Great place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay! We will be back. Only complaints is that the management company only gave us the room code, but we needed code to get into the complex and code for the gym. Maybe provide those for guests in the future along with instructions on working the tv. Otherwise a great place to stay with everything we needed.

Perfect getaway

The property was very clean and just what we expected. It had plenty of room for the 6 of us and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Parking was easy and convenient. The view from the balcony was beautiful too. We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I have is that I didn’t book it for longer.

Beautiful view

Very clean and very convenient very close to the beach. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the beautiful views of the beach. If you’re looking for a beautiful relaxing condo this is it.

Fall Break Family Vacation

We loved this condo, the location is great and the fact that the HOA doesn't allow tents to be put up in front of the rental chairs/umbrellas on the beach is such a blessing. Parking was easy peasy as well! The only thing that could have been better is our dishwasher never worked, called it in on Monday but Repairman didn't get there until Friday and had to order a part. We will definitely stay here again.

Family get-away

I really enjoyed everything about our stay. The unit was spacious, the beds were comfortable all the amendities that one would need were available. Close to everything and views were specticular.

Awesome Place

There was me (77 year old matriarch); 3 daughters; 2 daughters-in-law and 2 granddaughters off on a beach vacation. The place was lovely and we so enjoyed the week.

Baseball stay

We had a tournament nearby, and chose this place as it wasn’t far from the fields. The management team was great, and were very responsive to any issues we had. The unit was very clean and had all the towels, utensils, you will need for your stay. Plan on getting soaps, garbage bags, toilet paper soon in your arrival as they only provide you with a starter kit as detailed in the property description. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shops in the area to replenish what you need. Balcony overlooking the ocean, hearing the waves at night when you sleep, steps away from the beach.. We were very happy with this place and will look to stay again next year.

Very nice!

This place was beautiful and clean! the listing is accurate! we were able to do an early check in and that was so nice because we came in early with small children! Location is great as it’s on the beach and near Walmart/food etc! We would stay here again!

Decompressing

We have been unable to travel and enjoy vacations for sometime. My mother had dementia and I was always afraid to get to far away from home. She passed in September so this was a much needed family vacation. We spent everyday but 1 on the beach and went out for seafood every night!!

The view is Beautiful

The condo was very clean and the views of the water were spectacular!! Check in was easy, but the beds need replacing and the couch was pretty, but it also needs replacing, but it was very clean and tidy. We had everything we needed like linens, fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates,etc. All of the Restaurants and stores are nearby which is very convenient. Thank you Swell for making our vacation fun!! Family from Texas!!!
