Our stay was amazing, and the family didn’t want to leave! Condo was as described and it was perfect for what we needed. Location was great and close access to everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

Condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. Assigned parking spot, easy access to beach and minimal wait time for elevator. Definitely recommend. Plan to book again for next year.

Overall nice place just like the pictures. Unfortunately the smoke detectors kept going off for a couple days waking people up everyone. Guest bath water didn’t drain properly. Parking is very tight and small but manageable. Besides that we had a good time and made the best out of it. One of the guys that lives there and works there was very nice and helpful.

I was disappointed the tv was extremely hard to work in the living room coffee maker would not work small things but aggravating other than that it was nice i called but the person on call would not answer

We had a wonderful stay!! Everything was very cozy and had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The owner is very easy to contact and is very helpful and nice. We will absolutely try to stay here again in the future!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was beautiful!! Only issue was parking.. vey inconvenience when you have a handicapped placard and condo only offers two spots which both were taken and to park across street.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay! We will be back. Only complaints is that the management company only gave us the room code, but we needed code to get into the complex and code for the gym. Maybe provide those for guests in the future along with instructions on working the tv. Otherwise a great place to stay with everything we needed.

Perfect getaway

The property was very clean and just what we expected. It had plenty of room for the 6 of us and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Parking was easy and convenient. The view from the balcony was beautiful too. We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I have is that I didn’t book it for longer.

Beautiful location some concerns

Beautiful location. Gorgeous sunsets. We enjoyed being in a smaller facility, less than 50 total units. Our unit was nice but dusty. During our 28 day stay we needed to run the heat and suspect the dust was from the ducts. We suggest a duct cleaning. Check in was a bit confusing as an older adult because the information was online. Also we were not informed of the exercise facility location and then were unable to access it as the exercise room door code was not the same as either the outside nor our unit. Although watching TV when at the beach may be uncommon during short stays we were there for the month in January. The weather in January is not always beach weather so warching TV especially after the sun sets was important to us. The cable system was TERRIBLE. The TV screen locked multiple times everyday on every channel for our entire visit. We had maintenance and the cable company come yet the problem continued. We were unable to watch a single show without interruption. If I was the owner I would be appalled with the quality of the service provided. This was a HUGE negative for us. If not for this problem we would likely return.

Baseball stay

We had a tournament nearby, and chose this place as it wasn’t far from the fields. The management team was great, and were very responsive to any issues we had. The unit was very clean and had all the towels, utensils, you will need for your stay. Plan on getting soaps, garbage bags, toilet paper soon in your arrival as they only provide you with a starter kit as detailed in the property description. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shops in the area to replenish what you need. Balcony overlooking the ocean, hearing the waves at night when you sleep, steps away from the beach.. We were very happy with this place and will look to stay again next year.

Decompressing

We have been unable to travel and enjoy vacations for sometime. My mother had dementia and I was always afraid to get to far away from home. She passed in September so this was a much needed family vacation. We spent everyday but 1 on the beach and went out for seafood every night!!
