Sit back and relax in this modern, spacious and light home, situated on one floor of 95sqm with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large open plan living area with adjoining kitchen. Although the main garden itself is not accessible, there is a beautiful private patio with wooden decking and a small private lawn, sun lounges, with a parking area for 2 cars.

Kriopigi village is a just a 5 min stroll away where you will find cafe/bars, tavernas, restaurants, mini markets, ice cream/creperie shops and more! Literally everything you need while on holiday.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The apartment can sleep up to 4 people making it suitable for couples, friends or families. The living room area is ideal for all our guests. It is has a flat screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player and a brand new AC unit installed in 2023.

For those of you who just want to sit and relax in this naturally cool airy room after a day on the beach, well there you can enjoy the lovely views from the large glass balcony doors and just unwind.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with the possibility of enjoying an early breakfast outdoors with a spectacular sunrise, or having a friendly drink or snack the patio in the evenings.

The two bedrooms are light and comfortable. The master bedroom has large balcony doors with its own direct access to the sunny patio while the second bedroom has large windows .

LOCATION
Kriopigi village is 90 kilometers from Thessaloniki airport. There are 3 ways of getting back and forth from the airport for those of you who are arriving by plane:- Taxi, bus and car rental with pick up if preferred. Directions, info and links available on request.

Set on the Kassandra Peninsula, you'll be captivated by the beauty of Kriopigi's sandy beaches and the hills rising inland. There is a long sandy beach approximately 1 mile from the house, only a two minute drive, but quite hilly if you decide to walk.
Free parking is also available at the beach.
There is also trekking and walking in the beautiful hills and forest behind the apartment.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is on the outskirts of the village but as mentioned just a short 5 min walk to several restaurants, local supermarkets and a short distance to a number of nightlife facilities, which makes it the ideal holiday destination for those who want to be close enough to the resort amenities, yet unwind on the sandy beach during the day.

For those of you who would like a spa/massage day or enjoy a swimming pool to play in, take part in all kinds of waters ports including skiing, paragliding, wake boarding and that's all waiting for you just a few minutes' drive or taxi ride away in one of the many hotels nearby. The beauty of the apartment's location is that you really have the best of both worlds, quiet and chilled or active and thrilled!

Eating out in Kriopigi
You can enjoy fresh fish and sea food at any of the numerous fish tavernas within a 5 minute walk from the house. As well as the usual selection of tavernas, you can choose between gourmet restaurants and steak houses.
Kriopigi also has a local bakery, butcher and ice cream parlours too.!

Nightlife in Kriopigi
Whether you're looking for live music, dancing or just a quiet drink, Kriopigi caters for all. Simply take a walk down the streets of Kriopigi and we guarantee you'll find something to fit your liking.

There are also 4 & 5 star hotels just a short drive or taxi ride away which offer fine dining, live shows and Greek evenings for those of you who would like to see another side of village life!

GETTING AROUND
You can rent a car in Kriopigi village, (they also do 'pick ups' from the airport, feel free to ask for more info). There is also a bus service which runs from Thessaloniki to the Kassandra penisular stopping off at the various villages on the way.
