田園地帯を愛する方には、サルデーニャ北部の最も美しいビーチから30分です。 AlgheroとPorto Torresから20分、Stintinoから50分、サッサリやショッピングセンター（Auchan、Carrefour、Decathlon、Cisalfa、Unieuro）から10分、すべての快適さ、設備の整ったヴィラ、様々なサービスがあります。 寝室は2つのダブルベッドルームと2つのベッドルームの前に3つ目のベッドルーム、2つのシングルベッドで構成されています。 リビングエリアでは、ダブルソファベッドを使用できます。 大型ベランダとバーベキューを楽しめる屋外スイミングプール（芝生の前）、家の前にある大きなテラスの卓球（木製の塀）。

Schöner Urlaub abseits vom Tourismus

Antonello ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, immer da wenn man ihn braucht, aber sehr diskret. Er hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und man benötigt ein Auto um die Umgebung zu erkunden und für die täglichen Einkäufe. Sassari, die 2. größte Stadt auf Sardinien, liegt 15 Autominuten entfernt. In Ossi gibt es auch einen Supermarkt und Restaurants, so dass man nicht immer bis Sassari fahren muss. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Es gibt 2 Doppelzimmer und 2 Einzelbetten im Durchgangszimmer, welches vor den 2 Doppelzimmern liegt und ein weiteres Bett im Wohnzimmer. Wir waren 5 Personen und es hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Der Pool ist sehr erfrischend und wird mit Quellwasser gefüllt und mit Chlor gereinigt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und werden wiederkommen.

Peaceful house off the beaten track - home from home - complete with dogs and donkey!

We really enjoyed our stay at Antonello’s house. It is very homely and authentic- Antonello and Gabry were welcoming but respected our privacy. They were on hand though if we needed them for anything. The house is in a rural location so you really need a car if you want to explore all that Sardinia has to offer. Ossi and Tissi are about 20 minutes walk and have a few cafes and small shops. Gemini bar in Tissi is fab. Alghero is lovely and about 40 minutes drive. The garden and pool were great and we loved having the resident dogs and donkey. Initially the second bathroom, which is not in the house but in the adjoining basement, was out of action but when we queried this Antonello fixed it so we could use it. The AC was welcome at night in the bedrooms and the kids appreciated having WiFi throughout. A lovely home in a beautiful setting.

Petit coin paisible

Maison somptueuse et propre. Anthonello nous a reçu chaleureusement a l'heure indiqué sur l'annonce. La maison correspond bien au descriptif de l'annonce ( petite précision pour le sèche-linge sa correspond a une fils d'étantage ) , la clim était en panne mais Anthonello nous a fourni des ventilateurs. Anthonello à été au petit soin pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux ( réponse rapide ). La maison est située a proximité de Ossi ( supérette, station-service . Bien placée pour visiter le nord de la sardaigne. Petit regret les chiens des voisins qui venez devant la maison aboyait. Je tiens encore a remercier Anthonello pour sa confiance , nous avons passé 2 semaines inoubliable. Nous étions une familles de 10 personnes . Je recommande chaleureusement

Lovely country home

We had a really wonderful time here. The house is spacious yet very cosy and provides everything one could ask for. The garden is large and well-kept and has a big swimming pool. The airconditioning in the bedrooms worked very well and was very welcome during the nights. Ossi is only a 5 minutes drive away, with restaurants and bars. The host, Antonello, is very friendly and does his very best to make you feel comfortable and at home. We would definitely recommend this house to everone who is looking for a nice, quiet house in the Sardinian country side. For us it was a real home to come home to every day after exploring beautiful northern Sardinia.

This house is well fit for those loving to be at country side. It is well equipped and although located in the woods it is 5 minutes drive from a village offering all what is needed for a pleasant stay. The nice beaches around Alghero are around 45 minutes drive away but worth the ride. Outdoor pool is pleasant for freshing up late afternoon. Only shortcoming is no proper shower in main bathroom and the one accessible is in basement in annex of the house. The host is very pleasant highly responsive and making sure the stay goes well. It is a pleasure to be hosted in such conditions in such a beautiful région. Maison parfaite pour amateurs de nature. Très bien équipée et Bien qu étant assez isolée à 5 minutes en voiture d un village offrant toute commodité pour un séjour agréable. Les belles plages autour d Alghero valent les 45 minutes de trajet. La piscine est un plus pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée. Seul inconvénient pas de véritable douche dans la salle de bain obligeant à utiliser celle en sous sol dans l annexe. Le propriétaire est très agréable, répond immédiatement à toute demande et veille à ce que le séjour se déroule bien. C est un plaisir d être ainsi acceuilli dans une région aussi agréable.

Lovely chalet in the countryside

This is our second stay at the property, we love the position on the side of a hill with peace and quiet, but not too far from a village (shops, petrol station, restaurants etc.). Antonello was the perfect host, and his family even prepared a meal on a first night to welcome us. Antonello was always on call if you needed him, but you had privacy with the property which is great. The pool was well used everyday under the hot Sardinian sun, and sitting under the veranda or trees in the evening watching the sun go down enjoying local wine was the perfect end to the day. The property was well maintained and you had everything you needed, close access to main roads meant you can get to the beach or go sight seeing very easily, it was the perfect location to explore the North of the island. We look forward to our next stay, thanks Antonello.

A paradise spot on earth

We really enjoyed our holidays in this quiet, well equipped house in beautiful landscape. The huge pool is amazing and perfect for relaxed days at home. Of course there are countless beaches to be reached by car in a short time. The host Antonello is very nice and helpful. He takes good care of you and recommends you regional tips. We thank him for everything and wish him and his family only the best

amazing house in quiet area, we loved it!

we travelled sardinia for 3 weeks, we loved the house of the elves a lot! the house has a lot of space, very nice green quiet area, great kitchen which we used a lot, great airco in the bedroom area (very much needed), lovely pool, and a very helpful host Antonello. only 15 minutes to the center of Sassari and huge supermarkets. But: the highlight of this experience is the donkey Matteo. The loveliest and smartest donkey you'll ever meet!

Villa à la campagne

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette villa à la campagne. Très spacieuse, très bien équipée et très calme, la villa était très bien pour notre petite famille de 4 personnes. Les propriétaires, Antonello et son épouse, ont été très attentionné, toujours disponibles. Nous recommandons cette location.
