Great large house and pool

Easy to communicate with the property manager. And the house and yard were perfect for our group of six. The pool is refreshing and the decor is fun and as pictured. Would definitely come back for more stays!

Perfect for a ladies weekend in Vegas

Our group of six really enjoyed Nili's home! We spent more time hanging out here than we did in Las Vegas proper. Beds were soft and comfortable, there were plenty of rooms to hang out in, and the pool and patio area is amazing (although it was too cold to swim). An Uber to the middle of the action was about $20 dollars. Check in and check out was a breeze. It was the perfect place for our get together - we would definitely stay here again! Thanks Nili!

Best experience ever!!!

I've been to this property and stayed there 1 week. Words can not describe this amazing place. It's all organized and confirtible. All you need to Bring is your family and yourself. The location is absulotly great and prime. The owner of this beautiful house is so sweet and kind. The place is just incredible. No wondering why Nicolas cage has lived in this house. Don't you guys even think twice. Just make reservation and check in.

A home with all the flavors of Vegas!

We really enjoyed at our time at the house. It is very spacious with room to spread out. Tons of character in the property! Beautiful grounds, funky Vegas-style furnishings, comfortable beds. A short Uber ride away from the strip. A perfect place for a large group. Nili met us at the property and gave us the tour. Gated and secure, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and big well outfitted baths. The grounds are beautiful, front and back. Great lounging/dining space on the back patio and several lounge chairs by the pool. A complete workout room. We will definitely go back again!

Wow...gorgeous and so close to it all..

Stayed with my husband in this gorgeous home. It's as beautiful as the pics... it's the first time that we've stayed off the strip...and so glad we did!! Located in a really nice neighborhood that's close to it all..very easy to get around using Uber. There was always one close by, and never waited more than 5 mins for a car. Very close to the strip, downtown, and outlet mall. Also, when we wanted to relax at the house, we just ordered food using Uber Eats. That was convenient too!! Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay. I would definitely love to come back once the weather warms up to enjoy the pool! Such a great house!!

No complaints, very nice experience

9 guys shared this house for our golf weekend. Check-in process was very clear, "please take care of my house". I can definitely relate to the desire to keep an asset in great shape and respect the request and we respected her wishes. Check out process was pretty easy too. Owner was able to validate our checkout and told us there were no problems. We took care of her property, she took care of us with a full deposit refund. Seems fair. Couple of the guys have talked about renting the house again before next summer with their families. It was pretty fun place, we hung out at the house and in the pool a little too much for a Vegas weekend. Will request rental again. TLC

Disappointed. Property needs work!

We rented this home for four nights for as a group of seven family with the youngest being 13. Although the home is unique and has some great features, there were lots of issues. We rent a number of homes a year and in this price range it is not acceptable to have a number of items in disrepair. The owner must put some effort into fixing and repairing this home if she is going to continue to charge anything near this rate and for the comfort of the guests. The gates rarely work, they desperately need servicing, there’s one toilet that needs repair. The owner is aware as she brought it Lights that either don’t work at all, or switches that are falling off or uncovered. The electrical feels unsafe in many spots. The pool was very dirty when we arrived. The kitchen faucet leaks significantly. We washed dishes in a big bowl in the sink. The dishwasher does not work despite us prewashing the dishes. It leaves a gross film and the filter must be clogged as it deposited food onto plates. We hand washed everything we used as it was all dirty when we arrived. The fridge and freezer “drawers” are terrible. The fridge is barely cold enough and the freezer drawers don’t work. We assumed they did so all our stuff melted. The bathroom counters, fridge, showers, closets were all full of old product or food or clothes left behind. Expired bottles in the fridge, old soaps in the shower, a used deodorant (gross) beside the sink. Old used hygiene products. Nasty. Every item in the kitchen was well used, and needed tossing or replacing. The dishes were all chipped and mix matched. The frying pans and cookie sheets were in terrible condition, all scratched. Both of the main doors to the outdoor space need fixing. The diving board is an accident waiting to happen, the bolting and securing mechanism needs repair. Two of the covered deck chairs were broken and not usable but masked by cushions. All the outdoor furniture is stained and needs cleaning or replacement. The decks were dirty as was the yard. The yard has been completely let go with broken irrigation hoses And it’s been poorly maintained. The kitchen chairs are plastic. Most being taped and cracked and broken in the backs. And the outdoor gym is more like a dirty unkept shed then a gym. Unless these basic maintenance repairs are made, I would not rent this home as there are so many other options. The video on this home is misleading. It is not in this condition at all. This home needs some attention!

A beautiful house close to the Strip

The house has this old Hollywood style feel about it which I personally liked. It has 3 proper bedrooms and a fourth bedroom which is connected to one of the bedrooms, so essentially a foyer that was converted into a bedroom by creating separation form the bedroom. The fifth bedroom is just an open study with a sofa... The pool and garden are nice, but the gym is also old Hollywood.... There are issues with one of the electronic gates (apparently these are recurring issues as they appear in other reviews) but since there are 2 gates, we simply used only one of them for most of the time and its not a big problem. Nili, the owner was very nice and helpful. The location is great if you lie a quiet safe neighborhood close to the Strip. So overall we had a very good time at Nili's place.

Great location with eclectic glam

The house was very clean and the owner, Nili gave us a personal tour which we really appreciated. Little things like burned out lightbulbs, lamps not plugged in could be a minor improvement. Gate opener only opened one side of the gate which was a problem for exiting. We’d enjoy staying there again. Excellent location.

I was unbelievably pleased with my stay in this beautiful estate and my decision to choose this over a typical hotel when my peers and I visited Las Vegas on a business trip. The house itself was extremely spacious and decorated uniquely with every detail in mind, making our stay very aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, it was meticulously clean and well-kept and as our stay was a longer one, there was even a housekeeping service that helped us maintain it that way. Nearly everything we needed was already provided, from the silverware and clean linens to a gym, barbecue, and pool outside. Everything was easy to manage and all the mattresses, furniture, and such were so comfortable that we felt right at home from the day we arrived, which was a crucial feeling for us to experience as our stay had extended for nearly a month and it was also so much more worth it for us financially to choose this over a generic hotel due to this time frame. Additionally, the location of this house is truly prime; the house itself is built on a quiet a peaceful street, yet it is still in the heart of Las Vegas, only minutes away from the strip and were all the business and action takes place, so we could easily enjoy both aspects of Nevada. Lastly, I would love to express my greatest gratitude to the owner of this estate, Nili Neu, who was always only a phone call away if we had any questions or concerns as we were integrating and made sure to check-in if it was needed so we would have everything we needed to make us as comfortable as possible. Her customer service is extremely friendly and caring, much more than any typical business owner, which was greatly appreciated. We were all so happy with our experience and if the opportunity arrived again, staying here would be my number one choice and I would recommend this location for anybody else seeking an optimal stay in Las Vegas, whether it be for business or pleasure.

Swanky Vegas Pad

This house is absolutely beautiful. Just the right about of Vegas flare you would expect and want when you're staying in Vegas. The house has ample living space with a beautiful backyard. The pool table was a nice touch as well. The house is perfect for lounging and sometimes you don't even want to leave. The location of the home is in a quiet neighborhood very close to the strip so it was very convenience. My group enjoyed our month there. Unfortunately we accidentally incurred some damage prior to checking out. Our host Nili has been very accommodating and understanding during this process. It is much appreciated. Thanks Nili!

Fantastic oasis in the heart of Las Vegas

Very Fun House! Extraordinary is an apt description. In town for a trade show with 4 of my international co workers. The house was a great break from the usual ho hum of a hotel stay. Located in a charming island of beautiful mid-century homes, short drive to the convention hall, Fremont St. and Strip. The house is well equipped with all that you need, great floor plan with creative décor. The back deck and pool area is private and relaxing - humming birds in the early am. Our host, Nili, is very responsive with information and is thorough in anticipation of guest's needs.

AMAZING !

What an Glorious Las Vegas experience ! The house could not be any more amazing than if it was straight out of Hollywood ( oh wait it kind of is #NicolasCage ) .. Nili ( the owner) has thoughtfully constructed an environment that is both convenient and filled with lots of little luxuries. Her attention to detail is spot on and to be appreciated by the discerning eye. I have rented several houses on this site and this one by far deserves a five star rating .

We had an awesome time or host met us upon check in walked us through property . Real nice house and back yard . Pool was not heated which was our only complaint as proline to booking I'm pretty sure we were told it was 85 degrees year round . If it was 45 degrees would be lucky . The location is perfect 8$ uber to freemont 12-15$ strip . This is a great get away location

Epic house for an epic 40th birthday weekend

The house is awesome - big wow factor right from the start. Nili was there to greet us and give us the tour - it is clear she takes a lot of pride in the house and had recently updated the furnishings in several rooms. We were there in August so the pool (and diving board) got a lot of use for sure. Couple of minor points as a FYI to other summer renters - it was a little warm in the house (even though we made sure to close the doors quickly going in/out) so we texted Nili and she adjusted the temperature through an app which helped. The gym behind the pool isn't air conditioned so don't expect to use it in the summer months, which wasn't an issue for us anyway - we spent most of the time hanging out in the pool. The master bath doesn't have a shower door or curtain so the water sprayed on the bathroom floor a bit, but not a big deal. The only real issue was I chose not to pay for the damage waiver and instead paid the few thousand dollar deposit - we didn't do any damage and the deposit was refunded, but for less than the full deposit amount by a couple hundred dollars due to a credit card fee - seemed a little odd as I didn't see any note about that in the VRBO details, but didn't want to cause a fuss about it and the house was a great value compared to what you would have to pay for anything close to this on the Strip. The house isn't huge, but the back yard is awesome and the everything is super upscale. Overall a great surprise party for my wife and our friends - would definitely come back. Thanks Nili - the house is amazing.

Comfortable Inside and Out

Our party of 6 were very comfortable during our stay. The house was clean, spacious and secure. The house was comfortable inside and out. The back yard is very inviting. During warmer times of the year the pool would be a big plus, but for the time year of our stay the pool table offered hours of entertainment. We had easy access to the Strip via taxi. The cue sticks for the pool table need a bit of maintenance, but the pool table is very nice. We had some slight issues with some electrical fixtures and plumbing in one of the bathrooms not properly working. The location was somewhat difficult to find due to street closures and road construction, which were not represented on our vehicle's navigation system. We would recommend it to others.

Amazing stay in this beautiful estate super elegant, well maintained estate to the smallest detail. Very comfortable beds and clean bedding (very important) Host was great she was on call 24/7 for us and was very helpful and did her best to make us feel at home. Very, very nice and well maintained.

Great experience! Nilus gave the two bit tour and explained everything very well and kept in touch during the stay. We had a family reunion of the 13th, 14th and some 15th generation of the family and everyone was impressed. The only negative was that it is a little hard to find and some of the TV's didn't work, but we didn't have time for TV anyhow.

The location was ideal - quiet neighborhood yet a short ride to The Strip. If we travel that way again we will definitely stay here, many thanks!!!

Great Vacation!!

AMAZING STAY IN THIS BREATHTAKING SUPER STYLISH AND ELEGANT WELL MAINTAINED ESTATE, WE ACTUALLY COULDN'T CARE LESS THAT THERE WAS LAS VEGAS OUT THERE....AND THE STRIP IS 5 MINUTES AWAY...! IT WAS REAL HIGH END HOTEL QUALITY STAY DOWN TO THE SMALLEST DETAILBEDS ARE SUPER COMFORTABLEAND CLEAN{ VERY IMPORTANT} THE BACK YARD FELT LIKE PRIVATE RESORT , OUR HOST WAS WONDERFUL , KIND HELPFUL AND GENEROUS AND DID HER BEST TO MAKE OUR STAY ENJOYABLE! WE LOVED EVERY SECOUND OF OUR STAY .WE CANT WAIT TO BE BACK IN FEW MOUNTHS FOR OUR NEXT CONFRENCE, A+
