Fantastic apartment and hosts

Not your standard holiday home - stylishly furnished and super well equipped with everything you need, cozy patio with lots of cute spiders, relatively calm besides the neighbor's TV running 24/7, friendly, caring and helpful hosts. About 20minutes to the beach by foot (uncommon, be prepared for strange looks, but one of the bikes included is a size XL, so you need to be at least 185cm) 15minutes to the supermarket Parking isn't an issue Owner lives there when it's not for rent - hence the nice furnishings, but this also means that you need to take a bit more care than you might be used to at holidays and it's not very suitable for kids, if you want to call this a "downside"

Klasse Wohnung mit allem Drin, was man so braucht. Gemütliche und exklusive Wohnung, grosszügig und ruhig, wir haben uns sehr wohl darin gefühlt. Neben den Fahrten zum nahen Strand mit den 2 guten Rädern haben wir uns auf der coolen Terasse beim abendlichen Grillen prima erholt. Nicht zu vergessen die elektrisch verstellbaren Betten mit den guten Matratzen. Danke, Gert, für die herzliche Begrüssung.

This property has an ideal area of ​​80 sqm with a very convenient residential layout.
The house is fully equipped including a 55 "curved flat screen TV, Netflix, stereo with Spotify, iPod docking station for your own music and a BlueTooth connector so you can play the music on your phone to the sound system.
The interior is a balanced combination of modern and classic style, which reflects in the art that is present in the apartment and also in the garden.
The apartment is 7 minutes by bike from the beach Kijkduin. The tram to the center of the city is a 3-minute walk away and the street is (still) free parking and is very quiet.
There is a south facing garden and it is furnished with an outdoor dining area and a wooden deck containing a sheltered lounge area with an abundance of pillows.
There are two bikes available, one men's and one ladies bike so you can move easily and quickly. And if you don't want to walk or cycle and take the tram you can use the two public transport tickets that are present. (Unfortunately 😢 you have to upgrade the balance yourself.)
