Great family home located in the heart of Trentemoult, former fishing village with colorful facades, lined with hollyhocks, on the banks of the Loire.
It is a spacious house. Traversing east-west, between terrace and garden. Living room of 70m2 with kitchen, overlooking a terrace of 50m2. A bureaucratic TV with sofa bed 140 cm wide, also opened on a terrace due west and a bathroom. 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor. 2 bedrooms, lounge and bathroom on the second. The house is very bright and friendly.

Great house in a great location.

We stayed for an extended period in this fantastic house. It was perfect for our large family. Nearby parks, restaurants and shopping made everyday life easy and fun. The abundance of windows and doors make this house light and airy. The owners were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Thanks to them for sharing their beautiful home.

Nice spacious arty house in busy area

Spacious property, very well furnished with all the facilities you would need. Full of many nice arty pieces and many knick knacks. This is the owners own home which was a surprise. Listed as having parking but it was just somewhere in the streets around, not necessarily close by as the busy season, so had to insist on using a gravel area of the garden which was fine. The river is very close (the industrial section) and has some restaurants and bars which are also very close. Good base for enjoying the lovely Nantes.

Sehr gemütliches Haus. Mit vier Schlafzimmern, drei Badezimmer. Es gibt in diesen Haus immer wieder was zu entdecken. Auf der kleinen Terrasse ist es abends sehr schön den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Super Lage, eine Minuten zum Bäcker. 5 Restaurant direkt an der Loire. Mit dem Rad haben wir sehr schöne Gegenden befahren. Mit dem Auto in einer halben Stunde am Atlantik.

Maison superbe décoration soignée

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cette maison avec des amis. Elle est spacieuse, très bien équipée, jardin très agréable. Dans un quartier de caractère. Nous y avons partagé de très bons moments. Ce sera notre adresse lors de notre prochain séjour dans la région.

Très belle maison originale, superbe petit village

Maison très chaleureuse, agréable à vivre avec beaucoup de caractère. Pas facile de trouver une maison pour 10, nous étions 3 familles avec des ados et tout le monde a trouvé sa place. Elle est très bien située, à 2 pas de la boulangerie, à 5 min du navibus que nous avons découvert (navette toutes les 10 min pour rejoindre Nantes et le tramway). Cette ville est très belle, beaucoup de choses à découvrir, décompression totale.Si vous êtes nombreux je vous recommande fortement cette très belle maison. On y reviendrait avec plaisir !

Spacious and comfortable

We spent six days in this house. There is much to recommend it. It is large and very well-equipped with everything you might need for your visit but it is also a unique and interesting house, with wonderful decor. The owners have done much of it themselves, including the amazing sculptures made of reclaimed metal! The house is situated in a quiet and charming neighbourhood with an excellent bakery across the street. There are many restaurants on the riverfront, which is just a one minute walk away and it is only a five minute drive to the supermarket and other large shops. It is also very convenient and good fun to take a river boat bus across the river into the centre of Nantes. Nantes itself is an attractive and fun city with many beautiful public gardens and activities for all. The owners were very welcoming and provided lots of information on things to do in the area and showed us everything around the house. This house was very suitable for a family as there is plenty of space as well as a garden and decked terrace to sit on but please note that if you have toddlers then you will need to be careful about the staircase as it is open. However, it is ideal for any children four years of age or over. All in all, it is excellent for a family holiday with enough space for a large or extended family.
