Die perfekte Wohnung an einem wunderschönen Ort

Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sehr schön von der Aufteilung und modernen Einrichtung, liebevolle Deko, auch die Ausstattung (Kapselmaschine, Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, tolle Handtücher, sehr bequeme Betten, GoodieBags mit Duschgel etc.) lässt keine Wünsche offen. Tolle Terrasse, 2 Pools, direkter Zugang zur Tiefgarage und ruhig gelegen. Perfekt. Alessia sehr freundlich, flexibel und immer ansprechbar. Die Lage ebenso hervorragend. 5 min zu Fuss bis zur sehr guten Pizza (Empfehlung von Alessia), 10 min. bis in die Altstadt. Mit dem Zug sehr gute Verbindung nach Mailand, Verona, Venedig. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr gemütliche, ansprechende Wohnung mit tollem Pool

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, die Gastgeberin war sehr, sehr freundlich und ist uns was den Check in und den Check out wirklich sehr entgegen gekommen. Überhaupt lief die Übergabe sehr unkompliziert und sehr pünklich ab. Der Pool ist wirklich klasse, und sehr wenig requentiert, super angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, die Terrasse ist toll, da diese auch überdacht ist und sehr gemütlich wirkt, allerdings sollten Sie das Mücken Spray, wie fast überall im Süden, nicht vergessen. Ebenso waren sehr erfreut über die 4 Liegen und die schöne Esstischgarnitur im Aussenbereich. Der Weg an den Strand lässt sich bequem zu Fuß zurücklegen, dort findet man auch diverse Restaurants, die Fähren und natürlich diverse Shopping Möglichkeiten. Was uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat..... das die Wohnung sich direkt am Parkplatz befindet, dieser ist nicht stark genutzt zwischen 1-3 Pkw´s, die Einfahrt der Tiefgarage befindet sich ebenfalls direkt an der Wohnung.....dies stört nicht extrem nur sollte man es wissen. Der Garten ist nicht wirklich groß und war für deutsche Verhältnisse nicht so toll gepflegt. Über ein wenig Olivenöl hätten wir uns gefreut...und die Pfannen sind auch schon ein wenig älter. Aber dies sind alles keine Gründe um diese Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen, im Gegenteil ... ein schöne Unterkunft um den Gardasee zu erkunden oder um einfach nur die Akkus wieder aufzuladen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gern weiter.

Perfect place for family vacation

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) was staying here from mid-May to mid-July, seven weeks altogether, and I can't express how I am glad that we made exactly this choice. The host, Alessia, made everything to ensure an enjoyable stay for us, so from the moment of our arrival we felt like in home. Some small presents were waiting for us, along with the welcome basket of Italian gourmet specialties, including the bottle of perfect olive oil. There are all kinds of appliances and useful stuff you could expect to have, including washing and drying machines in the basement. Every room has a separate air-condition unit, there are big closets in bedrooms. We were provided with 4 sunbeds, so everyone of us had the 'personal' one. There is a huge private garage in the basement with the direct entrance up to the apartment. The closest grocery store is 1.5 km away. The center of Desenzano is just 10-15 minutes walk.

A really good appartment!

It was a pleasure to spend our holidays in this appartment last week. Everything was clean. The description was absolutely correct. The appartment has 3 air conditioners - one in the living room/kitchen, one in each of both bedrooms. We had WIFI and there was no problem activating it. When we arrived the refrigerator contained some bottles of cold water. And for the coffee machine (type Nespresso) there already was a stock of capsules. Very good. Both swimming pools were large and contained clean water. The surroundings was quiet. Whenever we will be at Lake Garda in future we want to come back to this appartment. Perfect.

Tolles Appartement und ein super Service!

Die Übergabe ubd Abnahme wurde ausgesprochen pünktlich und sehr professionell von Alessia durchgefüht. Das Objekt entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Wir haben uns in den 4 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Leider funktionierte der Internetzugang nicht auf Anhieb. Hierfür hatte Alessia umgehend ein Lösung. Toller Kundenservice!

The property was very clean and tidy and perfect for our family's stay.

This property is located conveniently within a 5-10 minuet walk downhill in to Desenzano town. A beautiful town on the Lake Garda. With a choice of 2 pools (very quiet while we stayed the last week of August) our children were very happy. As the apartment is privately owned it came with our own sunbeds so no having to fight over sunbeds!! The apartment is fully equipped with everything we needed to cook at home which we did a few times and the supermarket was a short drive away. There are also a number of restaurants in town to visit if you don't want to cook. We had a car so did a few day trips to area's nearby. We also went to Venice for the day which was a little costly to get to when taking into account the toll road there and back plus car parking in Venice and the water taxi's! As a family this was a perfect holiday for us very relaxed and the family who own the property were amazing and helped us when we needed it. My family and I will definitely be going back.
