Bonjour Matthew, Thanks for your review, we are deeply sorry that you had to experience such an issue as this one. We have added the mouse traps as soon as we heard about the problem and we have indeed contacted the building management company in the same time. Once we received their agreement to operate an extermination, we have scheduled it and the problem has been solved immediately after as they were coming from a common part of the building. Unfortunately these actions took time and your stay was already over, we are extremely sorry that you had to suffer from this. Beside this mice situation, we are really delighted to hear that you liked the apartment and its location, it is indeed a wonderful place full of charms and extremely quiet due to this very particular location. The owner has been living in this apartment for more than 8 years now and she is spending more than 8 months there yearly and she never had to face with such a situation, fortunately for her. Once again all our apologies for the inconvenience, we hope to be able to welcome you in one of our other apartments for your next stay in Paris, that would be the opportunity for us to compensate and make you have a better stay!
