We had a really fun time in Wildwood! The townhouse was wonderful! The location close to the beach and the boardwalk was great. One of our favorite memories was watching the fireworks Friday night from one of the balconies at the beach house. Thank you so much!

Great property. Great location. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Our family of four had a great vacation here. Property is very spacious and well-maintained. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. You can watch the Friday night fireworks from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation!

Al was great with communicating and allowed us to even check in a little early! The townhouse was super clean and very updated. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk were a definite plus. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!

Multi-generational home away from home

We *loved* staying at Al and Paula's house! Five of us (my parents, my husband, and our 4-year-old) happily lived together for a week at the beach, with plenty of privacy and gathering spaces for all of us. The house is as beautiful and clean as the listing implies, and the location is absolutely perfect--two blocks from the boardwalk, convenient to everything and also quiet in the evenings. Al and Paula were incredible and responsive hosts, and our whole family is looking forward to staying here again in the future.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed

Our family makes the same trip yearly. Due to delayed timing we weren’t able to get into our usual location. This location was extremely clean, updated and overall great. Beds were a bit soft for us but otherwise a fabulous location.

Home away from home

The home felt pretty much like our own home with a few added perks. 2 and 1/2 baths was a huge plus for us. Plenty of room for us on rain days to relax in our own space. Overall had a great time and we are planning to stay again next year.

Good beach week!

Enjoyed our stay; place was as advertised; nice and spacious for our family of five with two floors and two and a half bath came in handy; just fyi garage is tight for any car larger than sedan, but convenient to park right at the house; two blocks from beach for easy back and forth, though we forgot how wide the Wildwood beaches are with little ones in tow! Walkable to some good restaurants, mini golf, convention center, boardwalk, ice cream. Overall good week!

Good Location, lots to do. Bring some towels with you. The garage is made for small type cars. Our lifted Jeep and 3500 Ram was a no go. Had to try and find parking in the street which was usually about 2 or so blocks away. Other then that was nice place to stay.

Perfect!

My family of four had a great time staying here. The house is beautiful and in a great location. With everything being a short walk away, we never had to take our car out of the garage until check out time. There's a small convenience store right across the street and a Family Dollar a block away heading towards the beach, if you need any additional food or supplies.There's a good Mexican restaurant at the end of the block with a variety of options and large portions. There's also a fun bowling alley a short six blocks north, if looking for something to do. Watching the Friday night fireworks from the top balcony was a great option, avoiding the crowds on the boardwalk. When we return to Wildwood, this house will be our first choice to try to book.

Amazing place and owner

Al was such a savior to us and we really made out in the deal! Our VRBO that we rented in November 2020 cancelled on us the day before vacation. Al’s place popped up and he made everything so easy! Made sure the place was in tip top shape, got us the information and we were able to check in on or original planned date!! He checked on us throughout the week and made sure everything was good. Close to the beach and boardwalk. You can see the slingshot from the top balcony. Overall great place and great owner!! We will absolutely be back!!

Clean but other issues

We planned this stay for a dance competition that fell through. I really liked the townhouse—it was clean, had 2.5 bathrooms (a must if my dancers competed), and had comfortable furnishings, save the mattresses. We had a few issues at the house. We had no hot water on the first day because it had been turned off. So the first showers after check in (we had been swimming) were barely warm and got worse. I called, left a voicemail, and left a VRBO message. I didn’t hear from the owner for 4 hours. It was an easy fix, but the owner should have checked in sooner, given that we had just arrived. I also had an issue with the washing machine because it left gray splotches on our clothing after the first wash; some stains washed out. don’t know if this was related to the water heater or what. The trash collection information in the rental agreement is wrong. So we put trash out too early and then people added their trash to it and it was never collected. So we had to deal with the added trash and take it all to the dump. I didn’t bother relaying this information to the owner because he did not seem interested in our satisfaction. Then, while we were driving home, he messaged me 3 times about a blind that was broken. We didn’t break it, but I found it odd that the owner becomes very communicative when there is a problem on his end. Overall, the house served our purposes fine. I anticipate a charge for the blind, but no consideration of the water heater or washer issue.

Our maintenance team did not find any issues after investigating. To be fair it could have been something left in the pocket of one of laundered items. I also appreciate your feedback about the trash collection information. We are updated our rental agreement to ensure all details are accurate, eliminating any confusion for future guests. Close to beach, clean, very nice place to stay

We were at Wildwood for the Beach Blast Soccer Tournament and this was a perfect place to stay for our family of 4. The townhome is close enough to the beach that we could run back for snacks or a break if we needed to. The home is well stocked with everything we needed, very clean, and very comfortable. Al was terrific with communication and we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay

The townhouse was very clean and well equipped. It was in a good location within walking distance to boardwalk and many restaurants. The owner was quick to respond to us with any questions we had. I would definitely stay there again!!

Perfect for family vacations or when we just want to get away… Only 1.5 blocks to the boardwalk and the largest beach in New Jersey (no beach tags needed), this vacation home is close to everything… The Wildwoods Convention Center, restaurants, famous pizza, shopping, drug store, fine dining, nightlife, fishing, para-sailing, Jet Ski rentals, boating and the list goes on... This is a TOWN-HOUSE so there is no one above or below you… Watch the famous Friday night fireworks (in season) from the upper deck! Best of all it’s all about family spending time with family and friends and there is nothing more important than that!
