Family holiday

Lovely, big property suitable for our large family group. Plenty of outside space but could do with anti slip materials as we had a few falls over the week. Internal areas spacious but could do with some updating on areas. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the property manager was on hand to address any queries

Great location, great space would definitely come back again !!

It was so lovely spending Christmas in fuerteventura with the family. There was a Christmas tree up and other Christmas decorations which was a lovely touch! The villa felt like home and it was perfect for 7 of us ranging from 16 to 86 yrs old! Location was great just a 10 minute walk to the beach, supermarket was a few minutes away .. The only thing I would say is the floors can be very slippery when wet especially in the shower rooms (maybe larger bath mats for the downstairs shower rooms like the mat in the upstairs en-suite would benefit.). the outside areas around the pool were also extremely slippery when splashed or from wet feet from exiting the pool area and even in the mornings when the dew was still in shady areas .. we had a few falls but fortunately not from my 86 yr old dad 🙏 We didn’t need the air conditioning on which was fortunate as 2 out of 3 didn’t work .. fans were provided too.. The layout of the villa was perfect and the large outside space surrounding the villa was amazing with plenty of areas to sit in the sun or shade.. with a beautiful maintained garden.. The pool was great (could have been a little warmer )! A few sunloungers needed fixing or replacing , but that didn’t spoil our stay, towels were provided for the pool and the beach so another bonus as we didn’t need to bring them .. If there were any problems they were addressed straight away. The boiler broke down and it was replaced the next day, communication was fast, quick and easy during our stay. Maybe a few things could be addressed in the kitchen ( oven needs replacing, kitchen units are a little tired ) but there was a small worktop oven which helped, we had a few regular visits from cockroaches but using spray provided each night helped this maybe this needs investigating further .. it was a very well equipped kitchen with everything we needed and more …the lounge was a lovely large comfortable space, we would definitely recommend the villa and would definitely come back again.. In need of a little TLC.

A good sized property with plenty of room for the 9 of us. It's in a good location about 4-5 minutes walk to Campanario with plenty of bars & restaurants. And about 15 minutes walk to the main strip. The beach with a number of bars is less than 10 minutes walk also. The property is a bit dated especially the kitchen area. The microwave was rusty, so didn't like to use it. The pool area was quite nice but the motor was broken so was only able to use it for 4 out of 7 days. All in all would stay here again if it was given a bit of sprucing up.

Fantastic home

Our first time in Corralejo and at this property both just fabulous, what a fantastic home and location. We had a brilliant holiday. We will definitely be back to this lovely home.

Corralejo villa

6 of us in the property over one week. Really good stay, the villa did exactly what it said on the tin; accommodation welcoming and comfortable. Raul was very helpful and said he would assist if needed during our stay which helped. Recommend ‘whale watching’ and most of the restaurants along the beach front near Waikiki bar.

Groot huis, fijn zwembad

De woning was groot genoeg voor ons gezelschap (6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen). Wel was de woning niet volledig ingericht op de grootte van onze groep. Bij de eettafel stonden bijvoorbeeld maar 6 stoelen en er waren niet genoeg borden, glazen en mokken. Ook keukengerei was onvoldoende aanwezig. Slechts een paar pannen. Het huis heeft 5 slaapkamers, maar helaas slechte bedden. Alle volwassenen uit onze groep klaagden daarover. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Mooie tuin ook. Dichtbij winkelcentrum met supermarkt en verschillende restaurantjes. Strand circa 15 minuten lopen.

Amazing accommodation

What a great place. Quiet but close to everything. Like home from home. Really well kept and equipped. Would highly recommend this house. Joanne couldn’t do enough for us and it was great communication right up to our stay. There were 10 of us including our two small grandchildren and there was more than enough room for us all. We liked it so much that we will definitely be going back.

Lovely villa close to all amenities

Lovely villa just had a problem with the tiles around the pool. They were do slippery. Need some anti slip tiles putting down. The maintenance man who came to us agreed they need to be replaced. Also there are steps just inside the villa up to the lounge area which made the area not child friendly as we had a 1 year old with us. Other than that we had a brill time

The villa met all our needs

The villa was light and spacious and plenty big enough for the 7 of us. We were made to feel welcome as we arrived and the welcome pack was a big bonus due to our late arrival. We would definitely recommend and will return

Beautiful Villa in a lovely area

We met Raul who was lovely, he gave us keys and a tour of house. He also gave us loads of information on area and recommendations. On top of this we had a stocked fridge of the necessities which was ideal as we had young children and was just a lovely extra. The villa is as it is in pictures, very modern and fresh. Lots of different areas to sit and relax. TV had Netflix which kept the children happy in evenings. Less than a 5 minute walk to shopping centre where there is a supermarket. Also a few restaurants and they hold markets twice weekly. Upstairs was a children's soft play with bouncy castles and go karts. Children lived this and was very cheap. The main strip was a 15 minute walk away. There were lots more restaurants and shops but our villa location was ideal away from the noise. The villa was extremely secure, we had 4 children under 5 and the loved playing in garden. The pool was heated and cleaned out twice while we were there. Overall very happy with our holiday. Have already recommended to family and friends and would definetly consider returning in the future.

Villa did not live up to expectations, only had three bathrooms advertised with five.

Prior to the holiday we sent numerous emails to Leesa to try and find out what we needed to do on arrived in Corralejo but received no response. Finally two days before, she replied saying she had been away, and gave us a contact number to call on arrival at the Airport. She also wanted to know how many were in the party and didn't seem to know anything about our booking which is a surprise as when you book these details are entered and we had booked at least 6 months prior paid a deposit and the final amount. On arrival we called the contact who was not aware of us arriving, Villa was not cleaned and not made ready, Leesa had not informed him of our arrival. He said he would call Lessa and to call him back in 15 minutes time, we received a call form Lessa she said he did know we were coming but he had got confused and had a very stressful day and they were busy. He was on his way to get the Villa ready as best he could, Leesa mentioned she would organise us a discount for the stress and delays. Our family party was 6 adults two children and a new born to say we did not need the stress and delays after a long flight late in the evening was not what we needed for the start of our Holiday. Notes about the Villa itself 1: All floor arrears dirty including around the Pool at least a months worth of dirt. 2: Pool was dirty on arrival, cleaned two days later. 3: Broken tiles by the main entrance to the Villa. 4: Large crack in the Marble work surface (Kitchen area) 5: Two of the double beds were very uncomfortable to the extent it affected our sleep and we woke up with back pain, and aching joints. 6:Reason for booking the Villa was the 5 Bathrooms so what a shocker that there was only three, Leesa said this was and error and should have been corrected we have checked and still is the same. 7: Was advised the key to the main entrance to the Villa needed to be wiggled to be able to lock it, In the end we gave up as it did not lock and kept our fingers crossed when we went out. The idea of booking the Family Holiday was to have a stress free family get away, we have been Holidaying here for many years and the experience was not what we would of expected. Poor communication, little or no concern for our well being, disorganised not what we expected and to finish no sort of follow up in respects to our concerns and time there from Leesa, no discount received as was offered as compensation for the stress and other issues raised.
