We had the most amazing 6 weeks in this property. The views are unreal. Although the villa is a little tired, it was perfect for what we needed. We had a lot of issues with VRBO making payments but communication with Roy, the property owner, couldn’t be faulted. Dean the property manager was also amazing. At hand immediately whenever there was a problem. The walk up to the villa is not for the faint hearted but if you didn’t have that climb you wouldn’t have the amazing panoramic view.

The views on Talamanca beach and the old Eivissa town are unique. Wonderful place to be with our family. Great hospitality by Dean our house manager. It was really a pleasure ro know your host is available any time, any place and Dean can get you to the best places on the island. Great!

Excellent villa, perfect location within easy access of beaches, restaurants and Ibiza Town. We were a family of 7 and didn’t need a car used taxi boats and taxis. Dean the property manager is great and looked after us well. Would definitely stay again!

Super experience

The team here really takes care of you. Dean the property manager is amazing and offered to organize food ahead of our arrival to be at the villa, and also has so many other options- boat rides, excursions, nights out, restaurant reservations- he is very connected, a super nice guy and helpful. The best part was that we even asked him to coordinate a Christening for us last minute at the local church and shockingly he managed to do it! The home is a fantastic location.

Superb villa

The villa is pretty much one of a kind, with unbeatable views, great and versatile accommodation, and a short walk down to Talamanca bay. It's out of the way of the crowds of Eivissa town, but the restaurants, bars and shops of the old town are still readily accessible (walkable, or plentiful taxis etc). Highly recommended.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit acht Personen vor Ort. Der Hausverwalter Dean war äußerst hilfsbereit, informativ und sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut, wobei es schon einen nicht unerheblichen Unterschied macht ob du im Master-bedroom im 1.Stick übernachtest oder im Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss. Aber in der Gesamtbewertung ist das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!

Prachtige villa met fantasrisch uitzicht

Ruime, luxe villa met 5 slaapkamers, zwembad en tuin met fantastisch uitzicht. Heerlijk rustig maar overal dichtbij. Er is een slaapkamer met badkamer beneden naast de garage. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers met 2 badkamers op de begane grond met uitzicht op de binnenplaats. Er is een ruime woonkamer, grote eettafel en keuken. Allemaal met uitzicht op het zwembad, de tuin en zee. De bovenste verdieping heeft een grote slaapkamer, eigen badkamer en een overdekt terras en een zonneterras met groot 2 persoons buitenbed. Het is een afgesloten terrein waar makkelijk 3 auto's kunnen worden geparkeerd. De ligging is fantastisch en Talamanca beach is 15 min. lopen. Ibiza stad is 10 min. met de auto. Ee auto is een aanrader want de villa ligt in een klein wijkje stijl de heuvel op. Echt een aanrader!

Fantastic!

Lovely villa with plenty of space for 8 of us, in a great location with stunning sunset views - a fantastic place for a week away. Dean was really helpful throughout, particularly recommending and booking an excellent series of restaurants for us. Highly recommended!

Great views, great location

Awesome property, walkable to local shops, bars, restaurants and 1 beach. Easy to walk to the harbour to get over to the old town too. Property manager Dean was on hand on arrival, and available on WhatsApp throughout the week, and helped us with local knowledge. Any issues that arose during our week we're sorted very quickly. Living area, terrace and 1 main bedroom are stunning and massive, whoever has that main suite has the whole top floor. Worth noting that this is slightly uneven in size by comparison to the other 3 rooms on ground floor. As a full time rental property there is some visible wear and tear, but it doesn't detract too much. I would certainly visit again.

Great Villa ideally located within easy commute of the old town. Dean the Villa Manager was a really nice considerate guy with a vast knowledge of the island and what it had to offer. Thoroughly recommend it for friends and/ or family holiday.

What a fantastic villa. Fabulous location short walk to various bars and restaurants and short ride into Ibiza town! Facilities in the villa excellent - plenty of crockery towels etc - pool beautiful! Dean the villa manager is fabulous on hand whenever you need him - got the adult kids into some great clubs and even catered for us with a bbq and brought his decks ! Highly recommend we hope to be back again!

Great concierge service

Comfortable villa with great views to the old town. The real highlight for us was the unexpected concierge service that made the stay seamless. The manager (Dean) went out of his way to make our stay memorable and easy. He collected our adult children from the airport, stocked the fridge with our requests, cooked us a bbq at the villa on our first night, dropped us off at restaurants during the evenings, skippered a boat hired for the day and even rescued some taxiless friends up in the hills who were trying to join us for a night of clubbing. We chose this villa in large part because of its proximity to the beach and the ability to get into the old town under our own steam without being car dependent. It is about a 5-10 minute downhill walk to the beach then a 10 minute walk along the boardwalk to the ferry that provides a very pleasant and regular service to the old town. The only downside was the beach (Talamanca). It is mainly covered by weed except in the farthest section and the seaweed frequently stank. So we adjusted our sights and did not use this beach. I would recommend the villa but caution anyone for whom a good beach within walking distance is a priority. But as in most places it’s the people that count most and with Dean you are in friendly, experienced and capable hands.

Fantastic Villa with stunning views

If you are looking for an amazing villa, with stunning views and a Villa Manager, where your every needs are met, then this is the one. We are a family of 7 adults and 3 children and felt that the villa is very spacious (we did not feel on top of each other at all), had all the requirements we needed and the views are amazing. It has lots of hidden extras, speakers, lights, day bed etc and Dean!! Dean the Villa Manager was there every step of the way whenever we needed anything. We had communication from the moment we booked. He gave us lifts to shops and markets, cooked us dinner, arranged minibuses/restaurants, to name but a few things. Was so nice to know that there was someone on hand whenever we needed anything. One of the best villas we have stayed in to date.

Comfortable, relaxing experience!

Overall experience was excellent. Property came as advertised. Dean, the property manager, was attentive to every detail. For example, he provided great recommendations to local restaurants, beaches and other things to do. He even arranged for a romantic dinner for my wife and I at a beautiful seaside restaurant and coordinated a boat trip for us. Any time we had a question, Dean had an answer---and quickly! We went on this trip to get away and relax and Dean delivered. We would absolutely recommend this property for your next stay in Ibiza.
