The villa in Empuriabrava has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. It offers a comfortable and spacious 130 m² accommodation with views of the pool and the canal, and includes a mooring, ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava.
It is located 1 km from the supermarket, 2 km from the sandy beach, 15 km from the “Peralada” golf course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV Figueres train station and 65 km from Girona airport. It is situated in an ideal area for families and within a quiet residential development.
The villa features garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, iron, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, private pool and mooring, as well as a garage and parking. It also has satellite TV (languages: Spanish, German and French).
The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
The arrival time may vary depending on the season; it is recommended to contact the agency to confirm the exact check-in time.
The tourist tax and optional extra services are not included in the price.
