Fantastic place!!

From check in to checkout, Charles was a great host! The room was perfect for our needs. Besides the amazing location we needed, it had all the amenities - full kitchen for cooking, laundry machines, and an amazing bathroom space (and more). The patio was shady and relaxing. I would highly recommend this property and will try and reserve it again when I come back.

This is a great location in a quite neighborhood that's close to ballparks and shopping. Perfectly quiet and cozy for a couple.

Great Private Location

Overall, this is a cute little place and very private. We felt at ease coming and going. Charles the host is very friendly and easy going and can fill you in on a lot of happenings in the Tempe area. After the initial check in, we were left to our "casita" as I liked to call it. The casita is small but very comfortable. There is limited space for suitcases and clothes etc., so just keep that in mind. The neighborhood is very cute, and many people are out and about walking. Overall, it was a good stay.

Cute, quiet and clean!

This little “casita” was perfect for my husband and I. Charles was friendly and attentive and the property was clean and well stocked. Loved the recently remodeled bathroom with spacious shower.

Terrific stay in Tempe

I am delighted I picked this rental for my stay. Charles is a really friendly, knowledgeable host, and I’d absolutely stay again if I visit the area again. The fresh grapefruit (grown in the backyard) was a great touch!

Charles is a great host.

This studio offers easy access to all things in Tempe and beyond. Hop on the light rail, free Tempe Orbit buss or get on the close convenient freeways to be anywhere in the Valley in a short time. Chicago Cubs Spring Training ballpark is very close. We frequented the Riverview Park for daily walks. Thank you, Charles

Wonderfully appointed studio

We really enjoyed our stay! Charles gave us great info about the area and made us feel right at home. Had total privacy, but felt he was available for questions if we had any. The property is incredibly clean and the outdoor space was perfect for an evening cocktail after an eventful day.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay in Charles’s place. The place was perfect for two and really close to all the places we wanted to visit! Charles was a great communicator and made us feel right at home. The bed was comfy and the provided coffee a plus!

The owner is a well versed..knows Tempe very well; very kind and considerate and has a beautifully maintained property inside and out. This studio apartment was very comfortable for 2 adults and a golden retriever for 5 days. We will be back!

Perfect getaway!

We come to Spring Training each year and this location was perfect. We went to three games, quick Lyft rides, restaurants are close by as well. Charles is a great host. The studio is clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the Mexican market that was close by with fresh salsas, meats, dips and tortillas. Bought all the ingredients to cook most dinners at the house. Thank you Charles!

Great location and has everything you need.

Thank you Charles for creating this space for others to use. There is a seperate entrance with a little patio area, great for sitting out enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Walking distance to local transportation to many types of venues. We were able to walk to the neighborhood grocery store for whatever we needed for our week stay. Loved the frosted skylights that brought in natural light. We came to town for Chicago Cub spring training, hiking and ended our trip at ISM Speedway for the Xfinity race. All these venues and more where so easy to get to.

It was very small but, clean and taken care of. It was advertised as a one bedroom but, is actually a studio. Charlie was very knowledgeable of the area.
