Home away from home!

Great place! Loved the shade over the pool! Very clean. It’s supplied with everything you will need for a one week stay. Close to food, we had food delivered from all kinds of restaurants. Close location to many destinations, we traveled to 8 different beaches and to Tampa to the aquarium. Neighborhood was safe and neighbors were very friendly with us. Loved it!

Perfect getaway spot!

The house was clean and had all the amenities of home. The neighborhood is quiet and a nice place to be for our morning walks. The communication with the owner was excellent! Always a quick response to any questions we had. If we return to this area and the property is available we would definitely rent here again.

Fun outdoor area with pool!

Very well kept home with tons of amenities. We really enjoyed the pool and open floor plan of the house. The trees around the property are gorgeous. Highly recommended!

Perfect Getaway

This house was amazing! It was perfect for our family. The house was clean and beautiful. Great neighborhood! We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the home is wonderful. Also the owners were so nice and very helpful making sure we had the perfect stay! Highly recommended!

Great vacation spot

This was an awesome place to stay with a pool. I could of stayed there all week and not went any where and would of been happy.

Great place spent vacation with family!

It’s was great house , more beautiful then in pictures and owner was very responsible. Pool was very warm and house was clean and comfy ! Close to beach ( around 20 minuses) for drive ! Thanks For everything!

Beautiful vacation rental !!!!

We had a great time in New Port Richey due to the lovely accommodations we rented. Very spacious home with most of what we wanted. A gas BBQ would of made it perfect. Would go back again in a heartbeat.

The home has a nice pool. The 3rd bedroom is really just for kids since the mattress is on a frame (no box springs). If you are planning to watch TV be prepared for no cable and it only brings in a few channels on antenna (2 are Spanish).

Florida fun

We stayed at this house with our family to help our family move from one home into another in the area. The house was a great size and we had plenty of room for visiting. Spending time out by the pool and swimming was fun, the pool temperature was perfect! The house is close to amenities, grocery stores and shopping malls. It was a fairly quick drive and very easy to the really nice beaches south of the house.

We met each other in Los Angeles, California, where we both worked -- Fred as an Account Executive, Karen as a Project Executive. Retired and moved to Washington, Pennsylvania, for elderly parents. Joined a community nonprofit organization as President, Secretary/Treasurer, for 6 years, created the Mending Fences Program to help qualified low-income homeowners to repair their homes to continue living in them. Wow, what fun experiences and lifetime relationships have been built! Recently retired from the nonprofit and moved to New Port Richey. We intend to live life to the fullest.

We found this wonderful home in a friendly community with great neighbors. It's all one level and easy to move around without bumping into each other. The rooms are spacious. It's a great home-away-from-home without the feeling of being in a timeshare or resort. Everything a person would want is within easy reach, such as the local grocery store stocked with everything including wine and beer! There's a wonderful park within about a mile to go hiking or biking, as well as beaches where you can rent bikes, kayaks, and more!

We knew this was the right hime for us as soon as we walked into the front door. The immediate view of the open living area and the pool beyond it. Very spacious living spaces. Plenty of choices on eating areas or for playing cards or other games. The pool area has its own bathroom so no traipsing wet through the house.
