Whilst the host was lovely and responsive unfortunately the property itself was not as we expected. The bedroom particularly the double bunkbed was extremely small 3 children can not stand in the room at the same time. The double bedroom my friend said the bed was so uncomfortable she had to lie diagonally across it due to a large lump in the bed. Cupboard space for clothes not adequate. So uncomfortable we skipped the last night and checked out. The leg fell off a very wobbly sofa on our second day. There was no areas for the dogs despiteSaying dog friendly. Small decking area which my Cavapoo could fit through the gate and railings. That said the property was clean well stocked kitchen just such a shame the furniture and bedroom sizes let it down. Holiday park itself was beautiful such a good area and very friendly.

Lovely chalet stay

We had a lovely stay at this property. It is in a really good location for some fantastic hiking. The chalet itself had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Jeff was also really helpful. Would come back again.

Fantastic Holiday in Wales

A fantastic holiday chalet, located in the great Glan Gwna Country Holiday Park, in a beautiful part of Wales. The chalet has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ideally located in the park ,close to the facilities but far enough away to be quiet, car parking is directly opposite the chalet. Ideal for kids with an outdoor swimming pool and kids play area on site. The chalet owners sent good, clear instructions and directions and even provided a nice little welcome pack in the chalet on our arrival . oarrival..essentials .chalet.

A quiet place to unwind

The property is detached and located in a quiet place, away from the swimming pool and shop in the holiday park. It was just where I needed to rest in the evening after touring nearby cities. The amenities were as advertised. We received a welcome pack with details of amenities within the property and straightforward self-check in and check out instructions. The host, Jeff promptly responded to all my questions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for me and my family.

Brilliant

Absolutely amazing, the cabin had everything we needed and was a brilliant base to visit places, the resort was lovely, great swimming pool and the burgers at the bar were great!!!! The beds in the chalet were so comfortable and Jeff was really accommodating, even let us check in early when the chalet was ready, I contacted him whilst I was there (just a question) and he got back to me straight away, we will definitely be going back 👍

Kleines Ferienhaus in Feriendorf

Kleines Ferienhaus in Feriendorf mit Rezeption, Pool und Pool-Bar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Nordwales z.B. zum Snowden. Für 5 Personen ist das Ferienhaus allerdings etwas eng.

Brilliant Hosts

Great property, great hosts. Lovely little welcome pack, lovely clean property. Hosts thought of everything you may need from bedding and towels, hairdryer to pet essentials. Everything you need is included, just turn up and have a great stay. Would love to go back.

Ideal Holiday Home

I was immediately impressed by cleanliness of the chalet, first class. Lovely laundered bedding and very comfortable beds. I can honestly say I’ve never slept so well! All the utensils that you could ask for, even a slow cooker which we used twice, brilliant idea. The only thing that might be useful is some hooks or coat stand for hanging wets coats on entry. A wonderful quiet site in a brilliant location, we will hopefully be back soon. Thank you

Enjoyed our stay

We had an excellent stay in this cozy little chalet, which was very well equipped with all the essentials we needed for a short holiday. Great location, close to Snowdon, beautiful area. Easy and effective communication with the property manager. Definitely recommended.

Chalet was perfect for our needs. Brilliant location for snowdonia. Very clean and lovely to arrive to a welcome pack, clean linen and towels. The only thing missing was a clothes airer.

Great holiday in beautiful park.

Property was as described & very clean. Situated in a gorgeous park with the beautiful River Seiont running through the park. It’s very peaceful and tranquil setting, perfect for a break & lots to do nearby. Great walks & beaches.

What a lovely property with a welcome upon arrival including tea, coffee etc along with chocolates and cookies. Message from the owner to say the property was ready early if we wished to arrive earlier. Centrally located within easy distance of quiet beaches, walks and nearby attractions. The property was very clean and well equipped for all our needs. Very private and quiet park which we liked. Lovely lake to sit by too. All in all a perfect week spent. Thanks to Jeff . We’ll definitely be returning.

Very nice well equipped chalet in a lovely part. of Wales

The chalet was really clean and well equipped with good quality clean linen and plenty of towels. The area is lovely and we had a great week. The pool was very popular with the children (although in school holidays not really possible for adults to swim as full of children and only open from 10am to 7pm!) Very nice welcome pack and communication really good.. It is a tiny thing but for the benefit of others the hot tap in the bathroom turns the wrong and I accidentally left it on overnight, thus emptying it the hot water tank!) We couldn’t get WiFi in the chalet but could at the bar. With the tv and Xbox for kids it wasn’t an issue though. Thank you for the stay

Excellent holiday

We stayed for 10 nights in this lovely chalet and had an excellent experience. The property was nice, clean and cosy, and we were absolutely amazed how well equipped it was - not just the essential every day items were provided, but a lovely welcome pack and everything we needed for self catering. The location was also very nice - beautiful holiday park with friendly staff. For property manager we couldn't think of having a better one than Jeff (thank you again for everything!) who was always helpful and friendly. All in all: excellent experience.

Beautiful Surroundings

First time staying in a chalet, often stay in static caravan. Would stay again. Excellent facilities and felt like home from home. Fab hosts who left little extras to make our stay more enjoyable. Clean and modern. Quick to respond to our queries. Site was lovely.... spacious with plenty room between, doesn't feel crowded. Thank you
