Great host with Karine providing a lot of useful information for our stay, about the flat and generally Marrakech. The communal swimming pool area with all the plants and shade is a big bonus particularly at this time of the year.

Great Apartment

We had a great stay here while visiting Marrakech. The host was great and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and in a great location to get to the central markets quick and easy. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to travel to Marrakech,

Very nice

Very nice and secure. Close to grocery store 'Marjane', also a nice little grocer at the main level of the apartment building. Easy to hail a cab just outside, or if you want to take the bus, the stop just outside as well. All in all a very nice stay.

Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Bei bis zu 36 Grad waren die Klimaanlage, die elektr. Rolläden und der gepflegte Pool im toll bepflanzten Innenhof eine willkommene Abkühlung!

Appartement agréable

Appartement agréable qui correspondait à nos attente. Commerces et autres à proximité. La résidence (avec piscine 😉) bien entretenu. Merci au propriétaire qui a pris contact avec nous avant notre arrivée et qui a été disponible à tout moment (avant, pendant et après notre séjour). Je recommande cette location 👍

Great host

Everything was as advertised . Patrick Is great host. The first morning the coffee pot didn’t work. Contacted Patrick and the next morning he’s knocking on the door with a new coffee maker. That’s customer service !!

Modern, spacious apartment with private underground parking

This apartment was in a convenient location with small shops and restaurants nearby. Bus outside takes you to the Medina. The building was a little difficult to distinguish because they are all similar but we were able to contact the cousin who looked after us very well. Security controlled.

Lovely, modern apartment in a great location - would definitely stay again!

My partner and I stayed in Souad and Patrick's apartment for 11 nights and I wish I could have stayed longer! From the helpfulness of the property manager, Brahim, to the convenience of the location, I really enjoyed my stay and it really made my holiday in Marrakech. The apartment is located 10-15 minutes in a taxi from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the amazing souks, and a 15-20 minute walk to the shops in Gueliz (Starbucks, Zara, H&M, Carre Four, to name just a few). For some culture almost on your doorstep, the Jardin Majorelle and recently-opened Musée Yves Saint Laurent are close by. If you turn left out of the apartment building and walk just a couple of minutes, there are some great spots for a delicious Moroccan breakfast; there are also shops that are moments away from Yasmine Residence where you can buy groceries and essentials (toiletries, water, milk etc). The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and relaxing and the two balconies were a real bonus! The kitchen was kitted out with all you need to cook meals at home, there were plenty of bathroom towels and blankets, the WiFi worked at great speed and the shower had really good water pressure. The building is quiet, safe and come summer, the pool area will make for a relaxing haven. Overall, this was an ideal place to stay for a holiday in Marrakech and I look forward to staying here again - thank you Souad and Patrick!

Nous avons loué cet appartement fin aout et nous avons été très satisfait.Appartement moderne,spacieux et très propre.Piscine et quartier très agréable!!(proche de toutes commodités).Un accueuil très chaleureux de Brahim et un propriétaire toujours disponible pour toutes sortes de renseignements. Je recommande vivement.Sans oublier Marrakesh superbe!!!! à refaire

Boa tarde, estive em Marraquech neste apartamento desde dia 29 de dezembro até ao dia 6 de dezembro. A localização é boa, faz-se bem a pé até Gueliz . Apartamento muito bom, acolhedor. Em relação ao apoio que tive em relação ao aluguer foi fantástico. Só tenho bem a dizer. Voltarei aqui , muito obrigado

I rented this apartment for 3 nights. Over all experience was Excellent, owner response was with in timely manner, payment facilitation was introduced, and requirement / expectations were met. SUPERBE APPARTEMENT AU CALME ET RESIDENCE SECURISE

J'ai loué ce très bel appartement du 28/09 au 12/10, 15 jours formidable dans cette résidence de majorelle, calme, sécurisée, grande et belle piscine, salle de sport..... à seulement 5 minutes en petit taxi de marrakech plazza et pour 10dhrs, pressing, restaurant, supermarché, tout se trouve juste à côté de l'immeuble, l'appartement est décoré avec goût et est vraiment nickel, on s'y sent comme à la maison, propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute, je recommande vivement cette location et me rendant très souvent à Marrakech il est désormais n°1 sur ma liste de location.

Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour la proximité du centre ville, il est très propre, très calme et moderne, tout confort, le propriétaire est très réactif, et les photos correspondent vraiment au calme des lieux. Des commerces autour de la résidence , boulangerie pour les crêpes, poissonnerie, restaurants pas chers, bref, nous reviendrons!

l'appartement est bien propre , equipé: tv, wifi, piscine ; le quartier est très calm tout est disponible a pied , a coté super marcher Acima, boucherie, patisserie , epicerie ... pour se deplacer il suffit de prendre un taxi ou simplement le bus hhhh je vous remercie de ce beau sejour et j'esper revenir bientot
