Lovely place

We spent a nice 5 days in Roquefort, enjoying the pool during the day and visiting the surrounding towns and coastal cities in the evening. The accommodation is as described.

Nice

Nice property and lovely pool . The area is very quiet and peaceful. Owners are close by if you need anything. They are also really nice people.

Fine Stay

Welcoming hosts, clean property. Not good wifi; need to improve that. Had some difficulty locating the property; part of the address is not listed on the main listing; it wasn’t until after I called the owner upon when he included the complete address did I understand. Being American I didn’t know what Impasse des Cèdres meant and didn’t know it was part of the address until the owner messaged me that component. Otherwise it was fine.

Après l'appel de Gene, nous sommes allé le chercher pour lui montrer le chemin. C'est la premier fois que le GPS ne trouve pas l'adresse. Peut être spécial USA.. Merci pour votre commentaire.

The best part of the package was the swimming pool. The Villa itself is in the owners back garden which was not stated at time of booking.Plaice was dirty cupboard cupboards were filthy and the oven we couldn’t use it because it was so dirty.There was no way to sit of an evening as they only had a kitchen table and kitchen chairs there was kitchen there was nowhere to relax.There was no satellite TV to watch or Netflix or any English speaking channel. The Wi-Fi was very poor. As we walked into the drive, the place was filled with rubbish. It looked like Steptoe’s junkyardThe host Gerard was very friendly.

Que répondre à ce genre de commentaire. Il est vrai que nous habitons dans la même propriété. Cela nous permet aussi d'être à l'écoute des demandes des locataires. Le four et les placards qui doivent être utilisé par les locataires sont nettoyés régulièrement. Nous ne fournissons pas de service en anglais ni d'autre langue car nous sommes en France. Les relax sont en extérieur car en été la vie est a l'extérieur. Je ne sais pas ou cette personne à vue une allée de détritus. Gary était sympa.

Do not be fooled by these pictures

The overall picture is wretched, the house is in the master's barn. You will live like in the cage. Everywhere is full of flies. The water purity in the pool is very poor, it is difficult to see the bottom clearly. If you want to have something on the grill, at first you must clean of dog's hair tufts, burned fats..... And finally, I have stayed here with daughter for three days and on the last day of departure we unintentionally threw up for a few minutes, the owner have demanded to leave breakfast table and we must to disappear as soon as possible.... Frightening.... This price does not match the quality offered in any way .

La piscine est aux normes française avec les protections obligatoires ce qui ennuie ce monsieur. La piscine est régulièrement nettoyée et nous n'avons pas de problèmes avec tous les vacanciers qui sont venus nombreux. Nous lui avons prêté un barbecue pour lui être agréable et en retour nous avons des insultes et reproche. il vaut mieux en rire. Quand au départ qui est prévu avant 10h00 par contrat, ce monsieur déjeunait à 10h30 et quand on lui à demandé gentiment quand il comptait partir car il fallait nettoyer la piscine et le logement pour l'arriver des futurs vacanciers, il est parti en emportant la clef et la télécommande pendant en profitant de notre absence de vigilance. Je ne vais pas écrire un roman sur cette personne mais voici le résumé de notre expérience avec celui-ci : Nous avons reçu une personne non recommandable, sale et malpolie. En 3 jours il a plus salie que d'autre en 15 jours Ne respectant rien, même pas sont contrat de location. Il nous a volé les clefs et la télécommande du portail en s'échappant à toute vitesse. Cette personne est vraiment à éviter. Après cette mauvaise expérience nous demandons une caution et nous sélectionnerons les futurs vacanciers.

Propriétaires très accueillants et très avenants. Maison bien située a 15 - 20 min du bord de mer en voiture. Une tres belle piscine privative.

L’endroit est très agréable, la piscine magnifique, et notre intimité a été respectée malgré la proximité des hôtes, tous deux sont chaleureux et nous ont accueillis avec grande bienveillance. Les enfants et moi avons vécu un séjour très plaisant. Les petits se baignaient jusqu’à 22 h sans déranger le voisinage, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Les commentaires précédents, très enthousiastes, reflètent parfaitement mon ressenti. Quant aux plus réservés, certains points critiques restent vraiment anecdotiques face à l’ensemble de l’expérience. Nous avons profité pleinement de nos vacances :) Un grand merci pour tout !

Sweet villa in Roquefort les Pins

Great stay and fantastic comms with Gerard following our forced late arrival after Nice Airport was closed. Lovely, informative welcome from Catherine and delighted to meet their friendly dog. Huge pool, a bit cool (hardly surprising given the time of year) but I was determined to swim). Overall a fantastic stay and good value for money, Mark. Chers Gérard / Catherine, mon épouse Roz et moi-même avons été très heureux de vous rencontrer. Merci un excellent séjour, avec les petites attentions amicales (comme les croissants !) les bienvenues. Nous reviendrons certainement parmi vous, probablement en juin 2026 ! Situation privilégiée, gîte indépendant sur la propriété, propriétaires accueillants.

Endroit et hôtes au top

Super petite maison avec grande piscine au calme et hôtes très discret malgré la proximité de leur maison. En plus d’être discret, ils sont super sympa et vous conseille très bien sur les choses à faire dans la région.

Accueil des propriétaires irréprochable, grande piscine pour nous seul, proche de tous commerces, de Monaco, Cannes, Le Marineland d'Antibes... Idéal pour faire de multiples randonnées avec des paysages montagneux magnifiques.

Superbe et Calme

Notre séjour était génial. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et disponibles tout en étant très discrets, nous avions une totale intimité. La maison se trouve dans un endroit très calme sur les hauteurs, pas loin des plages touristiques. La piscine était parfaite et la climatisation procurait une agréable fraicheur dans la maison.

La situation de la propriété permet de passer des vacances au calme. Accueil excellant

La situation de la propriété permet un accès rapide vers Cannes, Nice, Antibes et Grasse. Une proximité aussi pour les adeptes des randonnées sur le littorale ou en montagne. Les propriétaires sont disponibles pour rendre services en cas de problèmes. Ayant une panne de mon véhicule leur aide a été précieuse.
