Lovely villa and location

We had a lovely holiday at this villa. It has everything you need for your stay including a fantastic pool. The location is great as it's close to a variety of great beaches and Athens. Also close are a large shopping mall and a water park. Katerina was a lovely host and helped us with transfers from/to the airport, food shopping and advice on getting around. We had free use of her car and she even baked us cakes! Would definitely recommend this for a family holiday.

Lovely villa

We had a lovely stay. Katerina is a great host, she kindly showed us the local area and took us to the station to get the train into Athens. The villa is a good size for families with a very nice pool. Katerina was very welcoming and friendly and really looked after us during our stay. We all feel we have made a lifelong friend and will stay in touch. This was a great first visit to Greece for us, we will definitely return.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren zu 5 und verbrachten 2 sehr schöne Wochen in dem schönen großen Ferienhaus. Katherina, die unter uns im UG wohnte, war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Sie bekochte uns immer wieder sehr lecker und war stets zur Stelle wenn wir Hilfe brauchten. Der Flughafentransfer hat auch hervorragend geklappt. Der große Pool war super und das zur Verfügung gestellte Fahrzeug perfekt. Nur die nicht vorhandene Spülmaschine und ein schöner schattiger Terassenplatz tagsüber hat uns etwas gefehlt. Vielen Dank für einen Tollen Urlaub bei Dir Katherina.

Accueil formidable ....3 semaines de vraies vacances !

Difficile de résumer nos 3 semaines de vacances dans cette villa, je vais donc faire simple : Points Positifs : - transferts aéroport - véhicule à disposition - Katerina nous a cuisiné des spécialités grecques toutes les semaines ! - transferts métro pour aller à Athènes - proximité Athènes ( 30 min en métro) - proximité mer , ports et plages ( Rafina, Marathon, Artémi ) - proximité de nombreux sites antiques ( Delphes, Sounion, Epidaure, Marathon ...) - ménage fait tous les dimanches et linge de maison changé - grande piscine propre avec terrasse couverte - Climatisation efficace - Oranges et Citrons à profusion ! - Grand Centre commercial avec nombreuses boutiques à 5 minutes - Restaurants pas chers si on mange local ( 48€/5 pers à Marathon) - Environnement campagne avec vue dégagée Points négatifs: - Nombreux chiens dans le voisinage qui aboient beaucoup - Machine à laver dans le domicile de Katerina - Pas de lave vaisselle Katerina, vivant au rez de chaussé, a discuté avec nous tous les jours et a pu nous donner de nombreux conseils / métro, restau, ... Elle possède 2 bergers allemands très gentils. Je conseillerai , sans soucis, cette location qui est presque une chambre d'hôte à des amis.

Great home with pool, close to Airport and Athens & great host.

We stayed here for 4 days and had a great time. Katerina is a wonderful host and was always available if we needed. Athens was an easy day trip - Katerina drove us to the train station and we trained right in and out. We also drove into Athens at night (easy/quick). Airport is close/easy too. Home was clean and well laid out. Pool was great with a nice shallow end, and also a good deep end suitable for jumping off the diving board. Thanks Katerina !

Maison très accueillante

La villa est très bien aménagée, spacieuse et confortable. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue. La quartier est très calme, à 15-20' de l'Acropole en voiture. Katerina nous a beaucoup aidé, venue nous chercher à l'aéroport et accompagnés au bateau. Super séjour ! Un petit bémol : pas de lave-vaisselle ni lave-linge dans la partie louée (équipement prêt à être installé).

Wonderful and relaxing stay! Excellent host!!!! Can't wait to come back!

Great location and all the amenities you need. The host, Katarina, was welcoming and my girls enjoyed visiting with her, picking fresh vegetables from her garden, playing with her dogs, feeding to chickens and cooking in her kitchen which is just one floor below. Very clean villa with beautiful views. We became very close to Katrina during our stay and had to hold back tears as we left. Location is excellent ----- few minutes drive to restaurants, bars, outlet mall, airport and zoo. Super fast Internet and English TV Channels available.

I live in the ground floor but i'm invisible ready to help my guests in any problem. I have a beautifull cottage villa , with garden, chicken, froots, dogs and cats and etc . I love animals gardering , and swimming.

Because it combines the peaceful life of the countryside but its still very close to Athens. The house is located 1 km from the Attica highway exit 6 which connects pretty much all of Athens. That been said one can reach the center of Athens within 20 minutes while being able to avoid all the noise and pollution that every big city has.

この宿泊施設の特徴

As gardening is my passion all the food and fruits are produced within my farm. Depending on the season you will be able to taste some of the products produced here. I also have a chicken cottage with fresh eggs. All products are bio.
