This charming flat is tastefully decorated, bright and well laid out, ideally located in the heart of the 3 Valleys at Méribel-Mottaret 1750m.
With no sleeping area in the living room, this flat offers 4 independent sleeping areas. 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, private wc and terrace access. A 2nd bedroom + shower room. One bedroom with L-shaped bunk beds. A mezzanine. A 2nd toilet. Sleeps 6. Quality bedding and blackout curtains ensure a good night's sleep.
The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and includes an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge.
South-west facing terrace.
Private garage with shoe dryer. Free private parking spaces.
Available from Sunday to Sunday.
Les Alpages du Mottaret :
This complex comprises 5 independent chalets in Méribel Mottaret near Lac de Tueda. Easy access to the slopes and ski lifts on foot (approx. 5/7 mins). The nearest shops are between 150 and 400 metres away. The area is very quiet and its proximity to Lac de Tueda makes it ideal for walkers, snowshoers or cross-country skiers.

Genevieve was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is in the perfect location for walking to the village and the lifts and a 2 min walk from the shops. The apartment was perfect for our Christmas break and had been decorated beautifully which really made our Christmas. We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent séjour à Méribel Mottaret

L'appartement est magnifique. Il est décoré avec goût (mobilier haut de gamme, très belle vaisselle) dans un style montagne / Savoie. Nous avons adoré. Il y a une belle vue sur les montagnes et la promenade piétonne vers le lac de Tueda. Il y a également une belle terrasse. L'appartement est très bien équipé et il y a beaucoup de places pour ranger. Nous étions 5 et cet appartement conviendra bien pour 5 ou 6 personnes . Il y a une chambre avec sa propre sdb une salle d'eau commune. L'appartement est au calme, mais à proximité des ressources : commerces , location de ski départ des pistes (pas de montée ni de descente - très pratique). Je recommande cette location.

Central but no other buildings in sight

What we liked most about our stay is the secluded feel while being just a 2 minute walk away from shops and lifts. There are lots of characterless shoe box apartments in Meribel but this one has a unique layout with a more traditional feel and a view up to the mountains. It's quite special to not have any other buildings in sight. The apartment is very well equipped, way beyond the items listed. Our only issue was in communication as the original listing said that end-of-stay cleaning was included but then we had to pay extra. I think it's now corrected but might be good to clarify. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and the great communication. Thank you!

Parfait!!!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Méribel.L'appartement est tel que mentionné sur l'annonce.Tout y est adapté pour une famille de 5 (espaces, mobilier, équipements, local rangement pour les skis…)L'emplacement est central.La propriétaire est très réactive.Nous y reviendrons probablement.

Beautiful chalet, perfect for a ver special family Xmas holidays

A beautiful chalet, with ample space for 5 adults (family) in our group and a real home from home charm full of everything you would need for a XMAS ski break. Decorated with lots of Christmas touches. A very well equipped kitchen area perfect for self catering as we did every night. A big garage for storing skis and boots (and car, though we used the free car parking right outside) An amazing ski area, easily accessed with a short walk, and a good local supermarket (delicious chicken roti) A little quiet in the evenings, but after 7-8hrs on the slopes, no one had the energy for dancing on the tables!

Appartement tout confort à 5 min des pistes

Appartement très confortable, très bien équipé, literies impeccables et le tout d’une grande propreté. Localisation à 5 min à pied des pistes. Les propriétaires très réactifs et attentionnés. Parfait pour notre famille de 5 avec 3 adolescents. Je recommande chaudement.

Magnifiques vacances!

Appartement superbe, très bien entretenu, pratique et confortable ( baie vitrée, pas de couchage dans le séjour, vaste, mezzanine très sympa pour un enfant, garage, de la place pour les skis et changer et sécher ses bottes+matériel...) proximité de pistes ( pas ski au pied mais proche) + proximité des commerces. seul bémol, pas eu la possibilité d'avoir les lits fait pour notre arrivée...

Vacances d hiver en famille

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre idéal et un appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé et idéalement situé à l entrée de la réserve de Tueda. Communication très facile avec la propriétaire attentionnée. Literie impeccable, propreté des lieux , ski room possible avec le garage , supérette ,restaurants et cours des écoles de ski à proximité font les petits plus bien appréciables! Nous espérons revenir à Mottaret pour un séjour prochain.

Fantastic apartment

We had a fantastic time staying in Mottaret in Feb 20. The owner Genevieve was so nice, helpful and answered all our questions. The apartment its self is just a very short walk to the slopes, but far enough away that's its nice and quiet in the evenings. The views from the balcony are amazing. We ate out every night in the village and found some great places, far more than we thought there would be, but the apartment is well equipped for cooking your own meals and has everything you would need. We were a group of 6 adults and found we had more than enough space for us all. With a Boot warmer and storage for skis in the garage downstairs this made it much easier getting ready in the mornings and coming home at night. Although not quite ski to door, we were able to ski to Pub which was great at the end of a long day. It was then just a 3-5 minute walk home. There is a great little supermarket just 50m away which had all we needed and then there is a slightly bigger one just at the other side of the village. Mottaret is perfect for skiing the entire 3 valleys and we are already looking to come back next year and would not hesitate to stay here again if Gene would have us. 5 stars all round.

Charme et tranquilité

Très joli appartement agréable et chaleureux. Situé dans un magnifique chalet au calme mais pas loin des pistes et des animations (commerces, ciné, ESF). Les coins nuits sont extra. Malgré le manque de neige, la station a fait un effort extraordinaire, agréable séjour au soleil...........Propriétaire sympa et à l'écoute.

Charme et tranquilité

Magnifique appartement agréable et chaleureux, situé dans un chalet au calme pas très loin des pistes. 3 coins nuits bien séparés, la mezzanine offre un coin jeux pour les enfants très agréable. Le nec plus ultra est de trouver ses chaussures chaudes le matin. Malgré le manque de neige agréable séjour avec beaucoup de soleil. Propriétaire disponible et serviable.
