Hello everyone! I'm Nectarios Kontogiorgakis, the owner. I'm married to Kelly and we have together 4 beautiful , adorable sons.I'm a teacher gymnastic in high school and my wife is a music teacher in primary school. We adore our life in Sitia, a beautiful , quite , small town of 10,000 people. Its a beautiful place near the sea, with no traffic, no stress, with good mood every day. Most distances are on feet, all children play in the playgrounds safe . We like that kind of life, we are fun of good health living, we are making many sports such as tennis, outdoor sunning, swimming, ballet. We are taking care of our nutrition of ours and our children, following the Mediterranean nutrition famous all over the world. Our land provide us oil ( the best in Europe), vegerables(potatoes, tomatoes) we have our own animals ( so they provide us meat , milk and cheese). All these are so important to us. The weather is usually good , no heavy winter and very sunny summer. We enjoy our family life here. We invite you to know us better.

We like this property . It's estate of my wife (her father) and we decided to take care of it after we got married. The most important is that its so near to Sitia (only 1,5 klm) and we spend the most of our day there enjoying the pool, drinking cold coffee around.We believe that this property is just like our home. We like to have it decorated with good taste, good quality of furniture and electrical devides. We like to have all the area cleaned and beautiful, so our clients to enjoy it and so to be pleased and happy.Nectarios, is taking care of all the property by his own. He takes care of the garden(watering,pruning), of the good pool operation, of the service of our clients. We just want our clients to check out as satisfied as possible, to feel that their money was worth it and hope seeing them again in the future.

My property combines a lot of activities. First of all it's near the sea (either organized or not), it's near the mountains for the people who like walking and exploring our virgin nature. They can cycle, they can drive everywhere, near our traditional villages , tasting our delicious food , swimming in our unique beaches under the hot summer of Greece. Sitian people are famous for their hospitality anyway. We are really in love with our property. It's our best investement.It;s located near Sitia, in the nature (around of mountains and sea). Our swimming pool with fresh water all day is our attraction.Clean blue tiles, mosaic stairs, marble around. Soft and anatomic sunbeds around the pool.Our garden is adorable, trees and plants and lawn all around by the care of Nectarios.All apartments have their own view by their balcony, either on the ground floor, either on the 1st floor.They are decorated by vintage style of Nectarios's sister(decorator and jewerly artist). Every client can park his car in our free private parking . That's why we love this property. We would like to be clients!!The only thing you can do, is to find out that by yourselves!
