Great location and has everything you need.......

The property has a great location and everything you need for a small family to enjoy a week on the slopes. It is small and there is very little privacy (bedrooms don't have doors!) and it can get quite noisy from the bars nearby, but we had a great holiday.

New Year's week in Central Val Thorens

The location is very central, and absolutely ski-in-ski-out, very convenient with e.g. small children or if you wanted to do your mid-day break from the flat. Also close to shops, restaurants and amenities. Despite the local night-club being opposite, the property is very well sound-proofed, so this was no problem. The flat is typical for Val Thorens; compact but with some foresight and discipline comfortable for 4 people. The flat is well equipped, with coffee make, toaster, dish-washer. Perhaps a few more general purpose cleaning utensils/bathroom cleaner would not have hurt. There are lockers for skis, but these are not suitable for keeping the ski-boots overnight. As he flat is on the first floor, loading and unloading is well doable, despite the lifts, although stressful due to the scarseness of even temporary parking outside at peak arrival/departure hours. If you can, get parking in P1. The flat is functionally furnished. We had an enjoyable stay, and the Immobilier agency was able to accommodate our late arrival due to traffic on the way. The communication with the owners was good and responsive. I'd stay here again.

Basic but cheap. Utterly perfect Location, Cold floor

Apartment was cheap and for the price paid it was good, Id prefer more expensive and nicer but little was still available when we booked. Biggest issue was that it was utterly freezing when we arrived and took a full 24 hours to warm up (with wall heaters) but even after24hours the underfloor heating was on about 10degrees Celsius and stayed cold all week. We were told the floor heat is not per-apartment but for the whole building...but floor heat should always heat the whole place properly and no other heaters should be needed – that’s the point of underfloor heating!! We should not be told to wear shoes inside so we don't get cold feet!! Also WiFi was advertised as included THEN we are told in an emails (after we had booked and paid) that its 10 euros, and then but when we arrived there was no 10euros (Neptune) option and we had to pay 39euros for Wi-Fi that barely worked (our phones had far better internet). We had to rent linen - we did miss this it he original listing (my oversight) but they should have reminded us as we then had no linen or towels on our first night (we arrived late). Owner was quick to reply to emails but only in French so i could only translate them when in the apartment (on laptop) as its too hard on my phone to do that when out skiing... It's a small apartment that would be really good if the floor was warm.

BonjourLe séjour a été excellent. L’appartement est vraiment bien placé et il est correct.Il est très bien isolé et propre. Le seul point sur lequel nous sommes déçus est concernant « la chambre ». Ce n’est pas une chambre sinon une continuité du salon, sans aucune séparation. Sur les photosdescription ceci invite à penser qu’il s’agit d’une vraie chambre mais pas du tout. Merci et à bientôt !

Appartement avec tout le confort nécessaire, hyper bien situé et équipé Quelques étagères et patères supplémentaires seraient top pour le rangementEt le petit bonus serait de laisser en permanence un petit kit de produits essentiels : éponge, paix, sel, poivre huile et vinaigre Mais appartement très agréable J’y retournerai avec plaisir :)

Appartement central et confortable, un peu bruyant

L'appartement est très bien situé, plein de restaurants aux alentours et accès très facile aux pistes.Il est bien équipé mais les lits sont petits et courts, peu confortable pour les personnes de grande taille.Malheureusement beaucoup de jeunes dans la résidences qui rentrent bruyamment au milieu de la nuit et laissent trainer leurs sacs poubelle.

Appartement très bien situé au cœur de la station, bien équipé, très propre et pratique. Le départ et l’arrivée sont bien organisés. La localisation permet d’avoir à proximité les commerces et les pistes.

Une belle semaine avec ma femme et mes deux enfants. Appartement très bien placé. Un poil de bruit la nuit mais très acceptable avec le double vitrage. Literie du lit gigogne est un peu passée et mériterait d’être changée. Sinon au top 😊

Localisation centrale dans la stations Proche de tout Assez bruyant les nuits mais c’est le cas de tous les apparts dans cette zone Les jeunes viennent pour faire la fête à Val Tho pas pour dormir la nuit. Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement qui est idéalement situé près de la place Caron.Cela fait 7 ans que nous venons à val Thorens, c’est l’appartement que nous avons préféré, avec ses 2 coins chambre. Le seul bémol est le bruit qu’il y a avec le Malaisia en face, mais ça ne nous empêchera pas de le louer à nouveau.

Appartement très bien. Idéal pour l accès aux pistes ou restaurant. Coeur de la station. Problème, juste en face d une boîte de nuit. Entre 00h et 4h, il faut des boules quies.

Ski à Val Thorens

Petit appartement suffisant pour une famille à 4 personnes. Bien placé pour faire du ski au pied, les écoles de ski, les commerces, le marché, les restaurants, les animations de la station. Le parking est en dessous de l'immeuble , ce qui permet de décharger et recharger les bagages sans être dans la rue . Equipements de l'appartement complets pour ce court séjour. Le balcon permet de prendre le soleil l'après midi. A relouer possiblement. Yannick

Lejligheden var meget lille i forhold til billederne på nettet. Samt var toilettet ikke særlig rent da vi ankom. Hanen var ved at gå i stykker og stolene var også ved at falde fra hinanden da vi kom
