Great host

Enrico's communication was amazing prior to and during the holiday stay at his property. Property was perfect for us, pool and veranda was amazing, comfy beds and well equipped. Location was good, 25 minute walk into the main town area which was buzzing at night. Overall a very good holiday.

Great villa

Excellent villa, spotlessly clean inside and outside. Enrico the owner communicated well and his local agent, Mr Corrado, was outstanding. The local area doesn't have much to offer, and a car is essential.

A fabulous stay in a fabulous location

I can't recommend Enrico and this house highly enough. It is one of the best holiday hires we've ever stayed at: great welcome, well-equipped, plenty of room, amazing pool - everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. This was also our first time in this area of Sicily and it proved to be fascinating, with plenty to do and see, whether locally around Marzamemi and Noto or further afield at Siracusa and Catania. We'll be back.

Wonderful!

From start to finish what an amazing holiday home, Enrico provided so much more than we expected, this was home from home and an oasis by the sea. Close to the village of Marzamemmi, walkable in about 15 minutes and a charming place to spend time. I dont think the pictures do the villa justice, it felt much larger when we were there, well apointed kitchen, with everything you could require, including free to use essentials as well as a few treats to welcome us on arrival. After a long journey thankfully we didnt need to rush to the supermarket. The covered terrace was great for watching sunrises and eating al fresco and the bbq was brillaint with all the wood you need! The pool was a great size for lengths and fooling around, lilo's and beach ball included! The aircon was good but electricity is expensive so we used it sparingly. A great base to visit the surrounding area including Ragusa and Syracuse and only 90 mins from the airport with the town of Pacino, 10 mins down the road for supermarkets. We could not fault Enricos villa and would recommend without question. Thank you so much! Great value for money

Die Beschreibung des Ferienhauses ist sehr genau. Pool, Haus und Garten sind sehr großzügig, ordentlich und sauber. Auch wenn manche Möbel ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen sind, hat nichts gefehlt. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Corrado hat sich sehr gekümmert und war immer ansprechbar bei Fragen. Die Zufahrtsstraße hat regen Verkehr, der uns aber nicht gestört hat. Man kann leider nicht vom Haus direkt ins Meer (Zugang auch mit Schuhen nicht möglich), aber der direkte Blick aufs Meer jeden Tag und die vielen schönen Strände in Fussentfernung sind einfach herrlich.

Mukava lomapaikka Sisiliassa

Hyvin varustettu, mukava huvila isolla uima-altaalla. Majoittaja oli aktiivisesti yhteydessä ennen majoittumista ja sen aikana varmistaen että lomamme sujuu ongelmitta. Majoituksen aikana paikasta käytiin myös huolehtimassa (altaan putsaus ja yleissiisteys). Olemme perheemme kanssa useana kesänä vuokranneet huviloita omaan käyttöömme, ja tämä oli ehdottomasti sieltä parhaasta päästä. Huvila on hieman sivussa kaikesta, joten auto on välttämätön.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit riesigem Pool

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, wunderschönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Haus, toller Pool und nette Betreuung vor Ort! Einziger Nachteil ist der Müll außerhalb des Ferienhauses, der überall an den Straßen und auf den Feldern herumliegt.

Great villa and perfect location

The villa was as described and we have never stayed in a villa that has a fully equipped kitchen. We had two chefs with us and they were impressed. Nice touches with food, etc. that was left. Dealing with owner and caretaker was easy and prompt. We had a fantastic holiday what with the villa and its location.

Impeccably clean villa with superb facilities

This property is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. The house itself is very well appointed with appliances and equipment so that it becomes a home away from home. Everywhere was impeccably clean when we arrived. The pool area is just stunning- a very large pool for a private rental- with diving board and gorgeous surrounding gardens. We could have stayed around the property all day if the local area wasn’t also so enticing. The property is beachside, although you will need rock shoes to access the beach at this point. There are a number of lovely sandy beaches nearby- from secluded ones to a large beach in Marzamemi. A short walk into Marzamemi brings you to plenty of restaurants and a bustling evening life. The food was beautiful nearly everywhere that we ate, with lots of seafood restaurants and pizzerias. The children loved the crepe stands and ice cream parlours too! The other reason to book this property is the host, Enrico. From the beginning (during the pandemic) he has been so helpful and generous, quick to reply to communication, happy to answer questions about the local area and just generally an excellent host. His site manager Corrado was also lovely and made the hand over of keys etc very easy. We did rely on Google Translate quite a bit as our Italian is minimal but we got by. It really is a beautiful spot in Sicily and well worth booking. We shall return to this villa one day!

Excellent villa

Very well equipped and maintained villa with attractive gardens. A securely gated pool was of prime importance for us with young children. It was a beautiful addition to the property and much appreciated by us all. Enrico was easy to contact and he and Mr Corrado were very helpful and quick to respond when needed. The position of the villa, within walking distance of the town for restaurants and the lovely bay and beach bar nearby, was also a bonus. There was a really good choice of restaurants and we all loved the authentic feel of the village, especially walking round the harbour of an evening.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Terasse und super Pool. Check in und Check out problemlos. Kommunikation mit Enrico super !! Einziges Manko, wir sind von zwei kompletten Bädern ausgegangen, wobei eins ohne Duschbad war. Konnten uns aber durch die Außendusche behelfen.

Wunderbares Reiseziel!

Eine sehr schöne Anlage. Tolle Möglichkeiten sich draußen aufzuhalten: Essbereich, 'Lounge' und beschattete Sitzmöglichkeit am Pool. Genialer Pool - supergroß & macht viel Freude. Das Haus ist sehr, sehr sauber und mit allem was notwendig ist und noch mehr ausgestattet. Eine 'Grundausstattung' mit Lebensmitteln ist da: Wasser, Wein, Obst, Nudeln. Die Möbel sind etwas 'schlichter' - doch das tut dem Wohlbefinden keinen Abbruch! Rundherum ein perfekter Aufenthalt sowie eine perfekte Betreuung durch Enrico und Herrn Corrado. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Heerlijke vakantiewoning!

Half oktober zijn wij (familie van 4 pers) in het huis van Enrico en Ernesta verbleven. Wat een geweldige woning en host. Alles is aanwezig. Bij aankomst keurig rondgeleid en alles uitgelegd gekregen. Zeer complete keuken binnen en buiten. Ruime slaapkamers met reeds opgemaakte bedden. Kids vonden het stapelbed super. Daarnaast een dikke plus voor de basis benodigdheden (drinken/eten) die bij aankomst al in de koelkast/op tafel stonden. Dat is lekker aankomen. Op een paar minuten rijden zitten er enkele supermarkten waar je verse vis en vlees kan halen. Ook aan en in het zwembad was het genieten. In zeer nabije omgeving paar leuke zandstrandjes. Check-in en check-out ging heel soepel en ze waren heel flexibel kwa tijden. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf!

Komfortable Villa ortsnah

Komfortable und sehr gut ausgestattete Villa mit großem Pool und Ortsrand gelegen, nur ca. 15 min zu Fuß zum sehr attraktiven Ortskern von Marzamemi. Super Sandstrand am Capo Passero nur 20 min. mit Auto erreichbar. Sehr guter Service für Pool und Haus. Eigentümer und Servicepersonal ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Très belle villa et piscine

La villa est parfaitement équipée, que ce soit dans la cuisine ou dans les aménagements extérieurs. A notre arrivée, il y avait les produits de base à disposition (épicerie, eau, vin, bière, charbon, alimentation, etc) Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps sur la terrasse ombragée et à la piscine qui est magnifique, de très grande taille et bien entretenue. Le seul bémol est qu’il n’y a pas de parasol autour de la piscine, mais ça ne pose pas vraiment de problème. Enrico (le propriétaire) est toujours à disposition au téléphone et Corrado (sur place) intervient très rapidement en cas de soucis. Tous les deux sont très aimables et sympathiques. Il y a quelques supermarchés à proximité (ARD, Conad) à 5 minutes en voiture. Marzamemi est charmant à visiter, bien que le soir il y a énormément de monde : Pour aller au restaurant, il est recommandé de réserver à l’avance. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances et je recommande cette villa sans hésitation.
