Charming duplex of 120 m2 near the beach with sea and mountain views.
Spacious, bright and well equipped. From its east facing terrace you can enjoy the sunrise over the sea with views of the island of Gran Canaria, a relaxed breakfast, a romantic dinner with the moon rising over the sea, or simply sunbathing with total privacy.

ACCOMMODATION
-Internet connection via high-speed WIFI (fiber optic 300 MB) with good coverage throughout the house thanks to the availability of signal repeater.
-Full kitchen in which you can prepare meals of guests, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, Nespresso type coffee machines (capsules not included), classic, kettle, juicer, washing machine.
Enough kitchenware to cook and serve all guests with a variety of utensils.
-Terrace with magnificent views on the upper floor covered with artificial turf and equipped with counter and sink to facilitate outdoor meals, 2 sun beds, folding table, chairs. Next to the terrace there is a small play room with toilet (toilet + washbasin) and a sofa bed and where you will also find some board games, cards, darts and some toys for the little ones.
- Cozy, comfortable and functional living room with a very comfortable Chaiselongue sofa, air conditioning, 47 "Smart TV and PC connected to the TV. You can watch your favorite channels, watch and download movies, watch DVD, etc. It also has a balcony.
-Bedroom with a double bed, large closet
- Secondary bedroom with two single beds, small wardrobe.
-Travel cot available on request (confirm availability).
-Full main bathroom. Washbasin-toilet area separated from the rest which can be used simultaneously by 2 people with privacy.
Towels, sheets, etc. sufficient for all guests.

We have maps of the island as well as various tourist information in brochures.

You can clean the house during your stay, ordering it in advance and that will be paid for an extra charge.

Possibility to rent a bicycle and GPS at a reasonable price.

-Parking private. If you are going to have a vehicle, you can use a free underground parking space that will allow you to keep the vehicle cool, or there is also an open-air plot within the same urbanization.

During your stay, guests will have at their disposal for any need, query or question that may arise. Not only about housing, but also about places of cultural interest, restaurants, customs, popular festivals, culture, etc.
We personally assist guests on arrival.
We offer pick-up service at the airport or bus station.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The house is located in a private urbanization with easy and fast access to the highway. The beach is 5 minutes walk away.

Nearby you have all the necessary services for daily life such as supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, gas station, cafeteria, bars, even a Mac Donald. The maritime promenade and the shopping area with many shops, restaurants, etc. can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
Candelaria is an old fishing village with a lot of charm. Currently also the place of residence and summer holidays of the local people, with which they will be able to live the experience of the true life of the Canarian.
There is only one hotel. It is located away from the mass tourist destinations of the island but strategically located to visit the different points of interest of the island. It is the perfect place for excursions to other places of interest in Tenerife, since it is located in a strategic area, close to the capital and the motorway links with the north and south of the island.
The area is well connected by public transport. In front of the urbanization there is a bus stop.

Every Wednesday and Saturday there is a market of agricultural products where you can buy vegetables, fruit, honey, cheese, etc. directly to the producers.

Within the village you can go walking.
To discover the island better, it is recommended to rent a vehicle, although you can also access most places of interest by bus.

Perfect for a winter getaway!

This apartment is equipped, furnished and decorated to a very good standard. It is within a quiet, gated, mixed occupancy complex, a short walk to the sea and an even shorter walk to an excellent local supermarket. There are good local facilities. With access to a car (secure underground parking is included) the holiday towns and beaches of the south of the island, the historic towns of the north coast, the capital of Santa Cruz and the lovely Anaga rural park are easily accessible. The private rooftop terrace with its sea view and sight of distant Gran Canaria (on a good day!) was a lovely place for an alfresco meal. Any fears we may have had about the closeness of the motorway proved groundless, the excellent sound barrier and the design of the complex meant we were not aware of it. Rafa proved an excellent and helpful host ... and if you get the chance to join him for his informative walk through a banana plantation don't pass it up!

Lovely Spanish area

Rafa was a very helpful and friendly host who greeted us on arrival. The apartment was lovely. It is very well equipped and nicely furnished and we loved the view of the sea from the roof terrace. There is access to two pools which weren't very busy, even in the summer holidays. We loved the area as it was very Spanish and particularly liked nearby Candelaria which was a charming town with a black sand beach. My kids loved the ice-cream parlours. You can walk there in about half an hour but we drove as it was hot. You can also take a short but steep walk down to a small, rocky, black sand beach at Las Caletillas and there are a few restaurants there. We liked Méson Casa Pepe which was very good value. It's a great location for seeing the island with easy access to lovely places to visit. La Laguna, Santa Cruz, la Orotava, Anaga Mountains, Mount Teide, Playa de la Teresitas (white sand) etc. We had a car but there were bus stops just by the apartment. A decent sized Mercadona supermarket was just down the road. This was our first visit to Tenerife and we loved the island, the varied landscape and the friendly people.

Der Gastgeber war sehr fürsorglich, hat uns die Wohnung persönlich und in etlichen Videos im Detail erklärt.Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, alles was benötigt wird, ist da. Meeblick ist super. In der Anlage zwei gepflegte Schwimmbäder. Betten sehr bequem.Man sollte allerdings gut zu Fuß sein, es gibt in der Wohnung zwei und in der Wohnanlage viele Treppen, allerdings mit einem System von Aufzügen zu umgehen.Bushaltestellen und ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Busanbindung zum Flughafen und nach Santa Cruz sowie nach Candelaria. Candelaria ist zu Fuß über die große Uferpromenade in wenigen Kilometern zu erreichen.Wir haben uns schnell sehr wohlgefühlt.

Der Gastgeber Rafa ist sehr nett, zuverlässig und bemüht. Er spricht gut deutsch und kümmert sich. Der Vorab Kontakt per WhatsApp ist super. Wir wurden trotz deutlicher Verspätung nett empfangen. Die Wohnung ist in einer gesicherten Wohnanlage und verläuft über 3 Etagen. WSchlafzimmer unten

Erholsame Zeit in einer angenehmen Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt war in dieser Anlage sehr angenehm. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zu einem guten Aufenthalt braucht. Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Dachterrasse top. Das Einzige was man wissen muss, man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen. Super Anbindung an den öffentlichen Bus und den nächsten Supermarkt. Der Strand ist fussläufig leicht zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und hat sehr gut deutsch gesprochen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Apartamento funcional y agradable

Nuestra experiencia a sido muy buena con una puntuación de 10 sobre 10. Excelente trato del propietario, no nos a faltado nada de nada. Piscinas, terraza , utensilios de cocina,lavadora,juegos, de todo para pasar unas vacaciones cómodas , yuna ubicación en la isla intermedia que te deja a un paso del sur y del norte.

Wunderschöne Ferien auf Teneriffa

Rafa ist ein sehr zuverlässiger, super freundlicher und immer ansprechbarer Vermieter, der seine Gäste persönlich empfängt und auch während des Aufenthalts Kontakt hält. Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit sehr grosser schöner Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und war bei Ankunft super sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, in der Küche alles vorhanden, auch im Badezimmer alles da, sogar ein wenig Deko für Weihnachten. Wir waren mit allem rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr über einen sehr guten Wein und Käse, als Willkommensgruss gefreut. Wir haben auch einen wunderschönen, informativen Ausflug mit Rafa gemacht. Sehr praktisch auch der Platz in der Garage für das Auto, was man auf Teneriffa auf jeden Fall benötigt, wenn man was erleben will. Wir können die Wohnung und Rafa als Gastgeber nur empfehlen!!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wir sagen Danke und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Beate und Michael

Pour un séjour confortable un peu en dehors du Tenerife des tour-operators

LES (TRES GROS) PLUS: Qualité des prestations de très bon niveau: Résidence sécurisée (vue la météo fin novembre, nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine de la résidence), place de parking couvert, ascenseur, literie très confortable, isolation phonique totale (alors que la résidence est à 300m de l'autoroute), vraie salle de bains, cuisine parfaitement équipée, plancha... En plus, à notre arrivée, on trouve tous ces petits trucs qui facilitent la vie, rendent l'arrivée agréable et manquent pourtant souvent dans les locations: il y a déjà thé, café, sucre, huile, vinaigre, poivre, épices. produit vaisselle... Rafa est un hôte charmant, qui nous a accueilli, tout expliqué en détail et donné des tuyaux sur les commerces et restaurants de Candelaria, LES DEUX MOINS: 1/ En fait, c'est un duplex avec au dessus, une terrasse avec vue sur mer . Du coup, le living, qui est à l'étage de la cuisine, nous a semblé un peu petit pour les repas. Nous n'étions que deux, çà allait, mais, pour un repas à quatre (l'appartement comporte 4 couchages), il serait nettement préférable de manger sur la terrasse à l'étage au dessus, si le temps le permet. Fin novembre, ce n'était pas forcément possible... 2/ Par ailleurs, Candelaria n'est pas du tout Playa de Las Americas (Fort heureusement, à mon goût!!!!). et est beaucoup plus authentique. Candelaria est la ville du principal pélérinage de Ténerife. Si vous cherchez une station très teuf', une grosse vie nocturne et plein de touristes d'Europe du Nord, ce n'est pas Candelaria qu'il faut choisir. Si par contre vous préférez voir un Ténérife plus authentique, c'est parfait. Par ailleurs, la proximité de l'autoroute permet d'être à Santa-Cruz en 10-15', à La Laguna en 15-20', à La Orotava en 30', à El Medano ou à l'aéroport de Ténérife Sud en 30'. Très belle route par Guimar pour monter dans la Caldeira du Teide. En fait, seul le Nord Ouest de l'île est un peu loin depuis Candelaria.

Wunderschöne Zeit von Januar bis März 2019

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Candelaria verbracht. Dazu beigetragen hat die sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung von Rafa. Alle Details waren reichlich vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Highlight ist die große Dachterrasse mit Liegestühlen und herrlichem Meerblick. Rafa hat uns mit seiner liebenswürdigen Art viele gute Tips für Ausflüge und Veranstaltungen gegeben. Somit konnten wir unsere 2 Monate Urlaub abwechslungsreich genießen. Die Busverbindung ist direkt vor der Tür, der Supermarkt nur wenige Meter entfernt. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Gute Lage zur Erkundung der Insel, sauber, schön groß für 4 Personen, sehr netter Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer gepflegter Wohnanlage in der zu 95% Einheimische wohnen. Die Dachterasse mit Blick auf das Meer ist toll zum Essen Die Anlage verfügt über zwei schöne Pools, hier gibt es aber keine Liegen, Sonnenschirme etc. eignet sich nur zum schwimmen nicht wirklich zum Sonnenbaden. Die Autobahn ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, man hört sie etwas es ist aber nicht wirklich störend ( wer absolute Ruhe sucht ist hier falsch) . Vorteil, man ist schnell auf der Autobahn und kann von hier die Insel in alle Richtungen erkunden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns zB eine Unwetterwarnung über SMS gesendet und uns geholfen als man unser Auto aufgebrochen hat (was leider sehr häufig auf Teneriffa passiert).

abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana in questa casa che sembrava la nostra, funzionale e pulitissima, arredata con gusto, servizi comodi con tutto ciò che occorre per stare bene, dai prodotti per governare alla dispensa (olio, sale caffe tè ecc.) fino alla bottiglia d'acqua e di vino offerti come benvenuto. il proprietario gentile e socievole ci ha dato indicazioni che sono tornate utili per il nostro soggiorno, supermercato vicinissimo e fornito. che dire contiamo di tornare.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Tenerife

Wir haben 2 angenehme Wochen Ferien in Candelaria verbracht, das ist eine hübsche, kleine Stadt an der Atlantik-Küste. Die Wohnung ist seh gut positioniert, nähe von der Meer-Promenade. Ein Supermarkt und eine Apotheke befinden sich um die Straßenecke, ein in Platz in der Tief-Garage ist vorhanden. Sie ist SEHR SAUBER UND GEPFLEGT, komplett ausgestattet, von Handtüchern u. Bettwäche bis zum Besteck. Herr Navarro (Rafa) ist sehr freundlich, zeigte u. erklärte uns alles , war jederzeit offen u. hilfsbereit. Da wir den Urlaub sehr genossen haben, können wir ohne Reserve diese wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Ferienwohnung für Kurzurlaub

Vermieter sehr servicefreundlich und angenehm verbindlich. Wohnung wie beschrieben. Sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Leider ist die Wohnung eingebettet in Wohnsilos, die überwiegend von Spaniern mit Hunden bewohnt sind. Wer Hundgebell mag, der fühlt sich wohl. Lediglich die Terrasse ermöglicht eine weite Sicht auf das Meer, was wir bei schönem sehr genossen haben. Die beiden anderen Etagen ermöglichen nur einen Blick auf den gegenüberliegenden Wohnblock. Nicht schön. Die Größe der Wohnung ist geschönt. Für Langzeiturlauber nicht zu empfehlen. Die Nähe der Autobahn war lärmmäßig nicht störend, sehr wohl gut nutzbar, um unkompliziert in den Norden oder Süden zu fahren. Obwohl Mercadonna in Sichtweite und das Meer keine 10 Minuten entfernt ist, empfiehlt sich ein Leihwagen. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht akzeptabel.

Dúplex muy acogedor y bien comunicado

Estuvimos como en casa, al apartamento no le faltaba detalle, y agradecemos mucho la hospitalidad de Rafa, que fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia, todo muy tranquilo y super bien comunicado. Lo recomendamos!

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas.

El apartamento muy limpio y Rafael el propietario se prestó a darnos información de la lo que necesitásemos, tanto para excursión como donde comer. El pueblo en el que está el apartamento es ideal, tiene turismo pero tranquilo, tiene sitios donde comer muy buenos y muy buena ubicación para conocer la isla. Nos encontramos que había en el apartamento sal, azúcar, aceite, champú, gel etc, El apartamento es tranquilo, sin ruidos, con dos piscinas y dos buenas terrazas. Muy recomendable tanto el apartamento como su ubicación. Rafael, gracias por todo.... Un saludo

Sehr schön, Vermiegter ausgesprochen freundlich, Wohnung komplett ausgestattet

Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, incl. vieler Gewürze, Öl, Essig, alles Geschirr was man benötigt. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Backofen und Microwelle für Selbstversorger. Sehr schön möbliert. Die Terrasse ist der Knaller. Jeden Tag frühstücken bei Sonnenschein auf der Terrasse über den Dächern mit Meerblick. Rafa ist ausgesprochen freundlich und bemüht. Computer mit Anschluss an den Fernseher vorhanden, wir konnten bei Bedarf über die verschiedenen Mediatheken deutsche Sendungen anschauen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Apartmentanlage und ist über drei Stockwerke verteilt. Im unteren Bereich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein geräumiges Bad. Weiter oben Wohnzimer mit Balkon und Küche und oben ein kleines Zimmer, weitere Toilette und die Terrasse. Man hört auf der Terrasse zwar ein "Grundgeräusch" der nahen Autobahn, das ist aber nicht weiter störend und betrifft in dieser Gegend vermutlich alle Wohnungen. Bei schönem Wetter kann man bis Gran Canaria sehen. Eine kleine Badebucht ist vielleicht 300 m entfernt. In der Anlage gibt es zwei Pools. Die Lage ist insbesondere für Ausflüge ins Anaga-Gebirge, zum Teide oder in den Nordteil der Insel ideal. Man wohnt, wo es meist sonnig ist und hat nicht weit in die tolle Natur der oft wolkenverhangenen Nordseite der Insel.
