中心部から目と鼻の先で、快適な明るい歩道でつながっています。アパートメントは、4棟のアパートメントの木材で完全に覆われた建物の2階にあります。

階段からアクセスできる1階には、キッチン、リビングルーム、バスルームなど、リビングエリアのスペースが分散されています。 景色の素晴らしい景色を望むデッキチェア付きのバルコニー（Mitico CastellaccioとPresena）と、芝生の暖かい時期にリラックスできる屋外エリアもあります。

キッチンにはオーブンと4口コンロがあり、ダイニングテーブルには最大8〜9人まで座席を利用できる拡張機能が備わっています。

リビングルームは、最新のH. 18マットレスを備えた非常に快適なソファベッドで必要に応じて開くことができる半島型ソファが特徴です。 ランタン付きの暖炉もあります。

2つのベッドルームは屋根裏部屋にあります。 3人を収容できる1つ目は、レイズドベッドと2つのローベッドが特徴です。
2つ目は、専用バスルームのある大きなダブルベッドルームです。 5つのベッドはすべて、スラットフレームと整形外科マットレスを備えています。

アパートには2つの専用駐車場があります。1つ目はローマ通りからアクセスでき、2つ目は建物の地下にある専用駐車場です。 非常に大きなガレージには、スキーとブーツの配置に使用される領域があります。
ポンテのスキー場は約700メートル先にあり、非常に大きな地下駐車場があり、冬期には一般的なバスが家から約50メートルのところに停車します。
短期間のみレンタルします。

Fantastic accommodation in beautiful location

Great accommodation for a wonderful family holiday. Really welcoming, warm chalet surrounded by beautiful views from every window and balcony. Spacious feel but cosy, nicely decorated accommodation, has everything you need. Perfect location for skiing at Ponte and 10 mins drive to Tonale. Children enjoyed playing in the snow in the garden too. Owners really helpful throughout the stay, we will definitely return.

Nice and convenient

Lovely cozy apartment with all the necessary equipment. Lovely skiing in Passo Tonale. It works well if you have our own car. The hostess is friendly and accommodating.

Great location in Ponte di Legno, less than 15 minutes walk to the town centre with a great range of good value restaurants. The property was clean, spacious and very comfortable, with an amazing view of the mountains. The only complaint is the odd selection of crockery, glassware and kitchen equipment. Vacanza relax in posizione invidiabile con vista monti.

Appartamento pulitissimo con balcone vista montagne e grande garage. Si trova in ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e da tutte le passeggiate da fare. Inoltre vicino a negozietti forniti di tutto e a pochi minuti di macchina dal supermercato. E' stata una vacanza - 1 mese - rilassante, all'insegna delle passeggiate e varie gite nei dintorni. Se dovessi dare un suggerimento, inviterei la proprietà ad aggiornare e completare pentolame e stoviglie. In generale siamo stati benissimo e ci siamo goduti la vacanza anche grazie al supporto della signora Claudia, incaricata del check in e check out, che ci ha dato tutta l'assistenza di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno (consegna lenzuola, asciugamani e tutto quanto necessario). grazie per l'esperienza che andrà senza dubbio ripetuta.

La casa é molto carina, ordinata, pulita, calda, ha due comodi bagni e due camere spaziose. La casa é per massimo 7 persone e ci si sta comodamente senza problemi.

Charming, cosy, comfortable apartment

Great apartment, full of charm in the lovely town of Ponte di Legno. We were there for a ski holiday, not ski in/out but very easy access to ski area as ski bus stop is very close to apartment. A welcome change from staying in a purpose built ski resort with easy access to PassoTonale ski area also. Guessing an ideal location for summertime too as bike & walking trails close by. Highly recommend this lovely apartment. Thanks you Barbara & Claudia.

Perfect!

Just returned from our Christmas holiday in Ponte di Legno. What can I say? The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy and rustic with a well-equipped kitchen. The area was just what we wanted - pretty, scenic and lovely views from of the mountains and yet only a 5 minute drive to the slopes (but the ski bus stops almost outside the door), and to the supermarkets, with good restaurants and cafes almost on your doorstep. Barbara and Claudia couldn't have been more warm, friendly and helpful from the beginning of our trip to the end. We miss it already!

Lovely apartment and a great host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well equipped and immaculate apartment. It has everything you need in good working order. It is the only place I have stayed in where I didn't feel the need to wash the cutlery and crockery before using it. Communication was excellent and the check in and check out both ran exceptionally smoothly despite our arrival time changing. Ski bus stops just outside and it is only a short walk into the town. Off street parking and a garage with ski storage. We are looking forward to returning next year. Thank you Barbara!

Soggiorno da ricordare

Abbiamo vissuto una bella vacanza in famiglia in questo appartamento accogliente ,finemente arredato con ogni confort.Tutto rispecchiava ciò che avevamo visto sul sito:nessuna sorpresa nessun imprevisto. Poco distante dal centro del paese e nel contempo in posizione tranquilla. Comodità di posteggio, affidabilità e puntualita della signora che ci ha accolto.Peccato per il tempo molto variabile ma si sa com'è in montagna e questo è il bello dell'inverno. Sarebbe bello soggiornarci di nuovo magari in estate per godere del bellissimo panorama.
