私たちの美しいアパートは、真新しいキッチン、大きなウォークインシャワー付きの新しいバスルーム、独立したトイレで今年完全に改装されました。
ベッドルームには、160 cmのダブルベッドと2つの独立したマットレスがあります。 独立したカーテンのない床の間のラウンジには、大人2人または子供2人用の大きくて快適なソファベッドがあります。 ラウンジには、必要に応じて使用する2番目のダブルソファベッドもあります。

2階のアパートからは、周囲の山々とその下の村の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。 バルコニーは東と南に見えます。

テレビと無料WiFiがあります。

キッチンには、食器洗い機、オーブン、電子レンジ、ケトル、コーヒーメーカー、トースター、食器、カトラリー、フライパン、食器がたくさん用意されています。 洗濯機と乾燥機があります。

階下はスキールームで、大きな共有ガーデンの外にあります。徒歩10分で村の端まで行くことができます。スキーバスは、家族連れに最適なマイスコゲルスキーエリア、または10月中旬から6月まで最高3000 mの素晴らしいスキーを楽しめるキッツシュタインホルンのいずれかに行きます。
ツェル湖は車で10分で、夏には水泳、ボート、ウォータースポーツ、冬には広大なスキー場があります。 トップクラスのタウエルンスパは素晴らしい施設であり、ゴルフコースがほぼあります。 この地域には何百ものウォーキングとサイクリングのトレイルがあり、町と山には良いレストランとバーがあります。

Perfection

The sleeping spaces were private enough and the space was used very well. We loved being able to use the kitchen. The view from the balcony was amazing at every part of the day/ night. The location was perfect for relaxing, skiing, and the night life of Kaprun.

Great apartment

Great apartment to stay during our ski trip for a week. We, a family of four, enjoyed our stay very much as everything we needed was there. The location is a bit uphill from Kaprun center. It is about 15 minutes to walk but you can always take your car and easily park almost anywhere you want. The cooking facilities, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer makes it a very comfortable stay.

Fantastic Apartment, Gorgeous Views!

Just back from a great week at Denise's apartment - it's in a really great location with fantastic views and is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Having a car is definitely a benefit but the walk up & down the hill is much easier than it first appears and we found that by the end of the week we really enjoyed walking to the village and back to stretch our legs out after a full day of skiing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and hope to return.

Communication

The property was excellent and well stocked with every thing we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent but with the property manager was poor. It would be helpful if fuller instructions on using the hob, oven, washing machine and dishwasher was provided. After a couple of days we mastered the hob and oven which were somewhat different to those we were used to. particularly after I deciphered the symbols along the top of the oven door, but the washer was total guesswork. A translation of the settings in common languages of visitors would be helpful as we finished up choosing settings based on the temperature of the wash programme as the descriptions in German did not seem to fit.

Het appartement is heel fijn en heeft een geweldig uitzicht. De eigenaren zijn erg behulpzaam. We hebben veel met de auto gereisd, maar met de mobilitycard werkt het ook heel goed in het OV

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, alles da was man braucht. Super dass man im Wohnzimmer noch eine Schlafmöglichkeit hatte, so konnten wir gut getrennt Schlafen.Etwas am Rand von Kaprun, ca 20-25 laufen bis ins Zentrum.

Kurzurlaub in Kaprun

Wir wollten einen Kurzurlaub in der Nähe von "Zell am See" buchen und sind dabei zufällig über diese Unterkunft gestolpert. Im Nachhinein, war dies eine sehr gute Wahl! Als erstes ist und aufgefallen wir Sauber, Aufgeräumt und schön Hergerichtet die Unterkunft ist. Die Unterkunft war vollständig ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Der Balkon bietet eine Tolle Aussicht, sollte man sich gemütlich nach draußen setzen wollen. Die Bäder sind etwas klein geschnitten, aber für eine Urlaubsunterkunft völlig ausreichend. Das einzige Manko bei uns war, dass in der Zeit unserers Aufenthaltes, rund um das Haus gebaut wurde und damit morgens keine Ruhe gewährleistet war. Allerdings wurden wir darauf vor Anreise vom Vermieter hingewiesen und der Vermieter kann ja auch nichts für die Baustellen, außerdem sind diese auch nur temporär. Daher keinen Abzug diesbezüglich. Alles in allem, ein toller Urlaub.

Angenehme Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben hier eine Woche als Ehepaar ohne Kinder verbracht. Durch die Lage oberen Ende des Kapruner Tals hat man eine tolle Aussicht, sowohl hinunter ins Tal über Kaprun, als auch direkt auf das Kitzsteinhorn. Einzig das Umspannwerk trübt den Eindruck etwas, hat uns aber nicht groß gestört. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt für uns war die Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselkasten. Das ist zwar weniger persönlich, aber es war klar, dass wir mit 10 Stunden Anfahrt auf jeden Fall spät abends, je nach Verkehr und Pausen auch erst mitten in der Nacht ankommen würden. Die Wohnung selbst ist angenehm, hatte für uns als Paar genau die richtige Größe, die erforderliche Einrichtung und einen Balkon, auf dem man auch im Frühjahr in der Sonne draußen frühstücken und zu Mittag essen kann. Einzig eine Suppenkelle haben wir vergeblich gesucht, und es hat uns etwas Nerven gekostet, den Backofen als Backofen zu verwenden (und nicht als Mikrowelle). Vielleicht kann man hier die Beschreibung nochmal konkretisieren. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war einfach und angenehm, aber die wesentlichen Informationen waren eigentlich auch in der Wohnung zu finden (Pinnwand, Infomappe). Wir überlegen auf jeden Fall wiederzukommen.

Schöne Wohnung, ruhige Lage

Eine schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand von Kaprun. Schöner Blick vom Esstisch auf das Kitzsteinhorn, das mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar ist. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für zwei Personen benötigten. Die Vermieter antworteten immer sehr rasch und freundlich auf Fragen via Mail.

Toller Blick, gemütlich, sauber. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren 17 Tage zu viert (2 Erw, 2 Ki) in der Wohnung und haben uns die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl gefühlt. Küche ordentlich ausgestattet. Das Bad wie neu und Dusche getrennt vom WC. Betten bequem. Die Kinder fanden es super in der Bettnische zu schlafen. Beim Frühstück konnte man direkt aus den Fenster die Zicklein beim Nachbarn beobachten und bei guter Sicht sogar das Kitzsteinhorn sehen. Man kann gut zu Fuß einige gute Restaurants erreichen und dann wieder zurück schlendern. Ansonsten haben wir soviel erlebt und hatten einen so tollen Urlaub, dass wir gerne mal wieder kommen werden.

Een fijn, ruim appartement met veel voorzieningen en een fantastisch uitzicht. Een heerlijke week gehad. Iets meer aandacht voor de schoonmaak van het appartement zou goed zijn. Een verwarming voor de skischoenen in de skiroom hebben we gemist. Hiermee voorkom je dat mensen, ondanks het verbod, alsnog met skischoenen door het trappenhuis lopen. Lopend op skischoenen en ski’s naar de skibus is een uitdaging i.v.m. de hogere ligging van het appartement. Maar een rit met de auto naar de skiliften is snel gemaakt. Een aanrader.

We, Denise and Richard, are a British-Belgian couple, retired teachers, living in Austria. We love skiing and hiking, and never tire of Kaprun and the surrounding area!

Our daughter Stephanie (shown with Denise in the picture) will be your host at the apartment. Here she introduces herself:

I am a ski instructor working for Snowsports Kaprun here on the Kitzsteinhorn in Austria. I am aiming to complete my level 3 qualification (Landesskilehrer) with the race test in December 2025. I have taught in various resorts in Austria, both privately and as part of ski schools, since I took my first Austrian qualification (Anwärter, equivalent to level 2 in the UK) in 2016.

My guests include beginners, just starting their snow sports journey, all the way to advanced skiers who are looking to improve their technique carving or in the moguls.

Each guest comes to the sport with qualities and learning patterns unique to them. So I take a very personal approach to my teaching, tailoring it to best fit each person. Using a mix of conversation, video analysis and exercises combined with various fun activities on snow and in the park, my goal is to provide a comfortable and exiting environment for my guests to learn in and achieve their personal goals.

At the heart of my teaching is my passion for the mountains and winter environment. It is my hope that all my guests end their time with me having experienced the awesome beauty of nature in the snowy peaks, and that they take home with them great memories and a desire to return to the mountains next winter.

This property is cosy, fully equipped and comfortable, but it is most special because of its views and its proximity to some of the best skiing in the Alps, with excellently prepared slopes serviced by modern fast lifts. There is something amazing about a morning's skiing on the high peaks in Autumn or Spring, followed by an afternoon on the balcony overlooking the mountains! It is beautifully peaceful, but the town is not far away, and there are endless places to explore, including lakes, gorges, castles, high mountain peaks and much more. It is a place to relax, recuperate, and be refreshed, and a place to enjoy sport, good food and fresh mountain air in all seasons.
