We really loved the location of the apartment, on the photos! But they seem to be old and the beach has changed over the years. There is a very small and steep piece of beach in front of the house, not such a wide strip as visible on the photos. We stayed March/April and there were tons of sargassum everywhere around. It’s a difficult issue, but after a week it started smelling very bad, so we couldn’t stay on the balcony at all. Other condos had staff cleaning at least the old rotting sargassum away, but ours didn’t. That was a pity, as we chose this apt because of the lovely location right on the beach. The view was stunning, beautiful sunrise with a pleasant shade from the palm trees in front of the house.The decoration was beautiful, same as on the photos. The guest book said the apartment would get cleaned every day, it was only every second day, which was no issue for us. It was very clean, we only had an issue with some mini ants...they were literally everywhere in the kitchen when having food around. Not overnight! WHILE preparing breakfast for 10min, and we had to wash dishes immediately, not possible to leave them in the kitchen/sink for an hour while enjoying the view after a meal. Late check-in worked perfectly, during check out there was no one in the office, so we handed our keys to the cleaning lady.We enjoyed our time, but would not come back.
