Very functional apartment

This is comfortable apartment that felt like a home while we were staying there. It is situated around a 10 minute walk from the beginning of the old centre, but has all the shops and conveniences (including the train station) very near by. there were several large super markets less than 5 minutes away by foot. It is just far away enough from Plaza Mayor to make it so you have plan your excursions to the old centre,

Excelente

I spent the month of July in this apartment with my daughter as were going to language school. It was a really great location only a 20 minute walk from school through the historical pedestrian district. It was close to shops, food and the train station. The apartment was clean and welcoming. Corinne and Maria Teresa were great hosts. I would definitely stay here again. The house has a well stocked kitchen as well. We loved being there because it was a home away from home. I also host a house on vrbo and arbnb and it was fantastic to stay in a place that cares about the property, the cleanliness and the comfort of the guests. It really makes a difference. Thank you for the great place!

Salamanque l' espiègle castillane

Bel appartement bien équipé et bien situé à 1 km de la Plaza Mayor dans un immeuble de 4 étages. Idéal pour visiter la vieille ville de Salamanque. La seule difficulté un peu stressante aura consisté à trouver la location car elle est située au numéro 10 de la rue et non pas au numéro 18 (comme indiqué initialement dans l'annonce) ce numéro n'existant pas !

Visita a Salamanca verano 2022

Piso muy amplio y acogedor, todo en muy buenas condiciones. Se puede llegar a la zona centro caminando sin problema. La persona que nos acogió fue muy amable y nos facilito información de la zona. Es una ciudad de gran interés y los pueblos de la Sierra de Francia muy bonitos.

Great apartment. Great Hosts!!

Everything was wonderful with our Stay. Our hosts contacted us prior to our arrival and met us to check in. They went out of their way to help us feel at home and introduce us to Salamanca. The apartment was A short walk to the Plaza Mayor shopping and markets. It was very clean and well equipped. We will definitely stay again!!

Parfait !

Très bien situé à une dizaine de minutes à pieds du quartier touristique ; tous les commerçants et supermarchés à 2 pas. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour nous garer. L'appartement est spacieux, récemment rénové avec gout et qualité, particulièrement bien équipé (on peut cuisiner, les matelas ne sont pas du 1er prix et même les draps sont doux :)), la clim - pas absolument nécessaire si vous prenez la peine de fermer les volets en journée - est réglable pièce par pièce ET silencieuse. Les propriétaires et la personne chargée de l'accueil sont charmants et disponibles. Vraiment top !

In love with Salamanca

Once again, I had an amazing experience in this property. I stayed here last year as well to complete studies in the University. The owner was very nice and the manager of the property was very supportive. I got sick and she was making sure I was fine. It was great to have someone from Salamanca, she told me where to go and what to do. Priceless!!! The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and well furnished. It is conveniently located and has everything close by. I had my children for part of my stay and I was able to bring them to the pool and parks close by. I am very lucky to have rented this apartment. It was my place for two summers and wouldn’t have changed it!!! Muchas gracias!!!

Very nice apartment

In general the apartment was great: well maintained, new furniture, clean, etc. The only thing is that is a 3 rd floor with no elevator but if that is not a problem for you I highly recomend it.

Fabulous apartment in great location!!! Loved it!!!

We stayed in this apartment for 5 weeks. It was great to come home to such a beautiful and spacious apartment, not to mention to amazing air conditioning!!! The owner of this apartment was incredible, we needed internet and she promptly arrange it to have it conected making sure we were comfortable and happy in the apartment. María Teresa, our God’s sent contact person and manager of the apartment was phenomenal. She was helpful, caring and always there to answer questions, to guide us, and to help. It felt like family!!! It gave us piece of mind to know she was there for us. The location of the apartment was very convenient, grocery store, small restaurants, pizzeria, and pharmacy just around the corner. A fabulous park for children few blocks away. The center of town and shopping less than 10 minutes away. The apartment was very comfortable, with cable tv, great beds, washing machine, and a very efficient kitchen with everything you need. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to staying next year there again!!!
