この広々とした別荘は、イモトスキの町の近くの小さな村ズミヤブチにあります。 趣味良く装飾され、設備の整ったホリデーハウスは、リラックスして楽しい休暇を過ごすことができると予測されています。 1階と2階は内部階段でつながっています。 地下に独立した入り口があり、ビリヤード、ダーツ、卓球、テーブルサッカーのあるラウンジがあります。 家の前には、バーベキューと子供の遊び場のあるテラス、そして「ケージボール」フィールドがあります。 屋外プールで暑い夏の日にリフレッシュし、耕作されたフェンスで囲まれた庭で日光浴をします。 約6 km離れた赤と青の湖を訪れるか、約25 km離れた沿岸の町バスカボダ、ブレラ、マカルスカを訪れます。

Family Holiday

We had a fabulous time staying at Villa Matko. Our host couldn't have been more helpful and the Villa had everything we needed to ensure a peaceful and well earned rest whilst keeping the kids fully entertained!! would highly recommend

Fabulous house, amazing host 🙂

The house was very well equipped and had everything we needed for a fantastic week with our extended family. The pool was idyllic with stunning views and was just how it appeared in the photos. The basement was great for keeping everyone entertained and the cage football area was a real hit with our son! The bbq area was brilliant to spend the evening enjoying food and having a good time. Matko was an amazing host - incredibly helpful and informative and always on hand to help. We all loved our time in the property and would not hesitate to go back again. Very highly recommended

The house is just as beautiful as shown in the pictures. Everything is clean and in perfect condition. It is located on a small hill above Zmijavci, where we could enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding forests and villages. Due to its location, the villa offers enough privacy to lie undisturbed in the sun, but is still only a few minutes away by car from numerous shops. The landlord lives in the neighboring house and has done everything to make our vacation as pleasant and uncomplicated as possible. He responded to all of our messages within a few minutes, offered us to buy groceries, as we arrived very late, brought us wood for the BBQ and was generally always around when a small problem occurred somewhere. We have never experienced such a polite and nice service from a landlord and that deserves another big thank you.

Superbe maison, grande et propre. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin même plus. Le soir, nous avons bien apprécié la salle de jeux. Dommage que la piscine n'était pas chauffée, nous en aurions profité plus.

Beautiful villa and a great owner

I highly recommend this villa. The villa was very clean and beautiful. The pool area and the view from the pool was amazing. The villa was equipped with everything you need to enjoy a great holiday. Matko was a great host, very nice and helpful. He helped us with everything we needed. It is important to have a car to be able to explore the surroundings. I recommend to visit Makarska (beach town) and Baska Voda, day trip to Bosnia (Mostar) and visit the lakes at Imotski. Thank you again Matko!

Beautiful villa with wonderful host

Matko was very helpful and a great host. The villa was very clean and comfortable with great facilities. I would highly recommend this property. It is near the border with Bosnia so it is easy to visit a range of sights both in Croatia and adjacent countries A car is essential but there is plenty of parking space. Local wines are excellent. If hiring a car set the satnav to fastest route otherwise the journey from the airport is picturesque but takes a while on winding roads. The nearby lakes are beautiful. This is an ideal family villa. Games room and pool much appreciated. Matko also brought us homemade wine which was delicious.

Heerlijke villa met veel comfort!

We verbleven een week met twee gezinnen in de villa, maar hadden er graag nog langer vertoeft! Bij aankomst werden we heel vriendelijk welkom geheten. De eigenaar nam de tijd voor ons en we voelden ons erg welkom. De eigenaar gaf een rondleiding door het mooie huis. Het huis zag er schoon uit. De slaapkamers waren netjes en verzorgd. De badkamers waren netjes en schoon. De bedden sliepen lekker. We hebben genoten van het zwembad, het water was heerlijk. Ook erg fijn dat er een buitendouche was. In de avond waren wij veel te vinden bij de pooltafel. De bbq werkte ook erg goed. Vanuit de tuin heb je een mooi uitzicht op het dorp en de nabij gelegen dorpjes. In het dorp kun je ook heerlijk eten. De supermarkt is in de buurt. De eigenaar is erg behulpzaam als je vragen hebt. Dit huis is echt een aanrader als je wilt genieten van de vakantie!

Great property & owner

We had a superb 2 week holiday at this property. Matko the owner who lives next door couldn't do enough for us. He showed us around, recommended and booked local restaurants, best beaches, advised when and where to buy the best steaks for the BBQ and even supplied us with homemade wine! The property is large and has excellent facilities for the children, we were 2 families of 5 and there was plenty to entertain everyone on the day we didn’t go out – pool, football pitch, games room and gym. There is plenty to do within an hours drive – the zipline in Omis is brilliant, waterfalls at the Krka National Park, the Imotski lakes, the beautiful old town of Split, speedboat hire and all the water sports you would expect at the beach. Thanks again Matko for helping to make this a brilliant holiday.

Amazing facilities, host and location!

Fantastic house and every activity to keep everyone entertained. Great views. Quiet area within easy reach of the beach (drive through the tunnel). Great for trips to Krka national park, the mountain drive is definitely worth a trip and Imotski has a great restaurant with a view of the valley and hills and some lakes to visit during the day. The old part of Split town is a must if you like narrow streets and Roman architecture. Fab holiday, Matko was a great host providing help with places to visit and giving us a taste of local cuisine ...nothing was too much trouble from him.
