Val de Ruda Luxe 45 is the perfect accommodation for a family or group of friends looking for unbeatable location as well as all sorts of comforts in a totally equipped apartment. It offers a roomy open plan lounge-dining room with kitchenette, three bedrooms and two fully fitted bathrooms.
The apartment is situated in a private residential complex known as "Urbanización Ruda", located at the foot of the ski runs at 1500 metre elevation mark in Baqueira. The access to the cable car is unbeatable. From the apartment, a lift takes us directly to the heated ski equipment room and from here another lift takes us directly to the cable car.
On entering the apartment we come into the open plan lounge-dining room and kitchenette. In the lounge area there is a gorgeous L-shape sofa situated opposite the fireplace and to the right, by the large windows and French door with direct access to the balcony, you'll find a beautiful dining table where you and your party will be able to enjoy wonderful evenings at the end of your day in the ski runs. The kitchenette situated by the dining area is fully equipped with high-quality electric appliances and complete kitchenware as well as a practical breakfast bar.
The main bedroom at Val de Ruda Luxe 45 offers a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle. The second bedroom has 2 fold-away bunk beds while the third one offers two single beds. These two bedrooms share the second bathroom in the accommodation which is equipped with a bath tub.
This accommodation also offers Wi-Fi Internet system as well as two parking spaces and a heated ski equipment room in the garage located underneath the building, everything included in the total cost of the rent.
