The apartment was perfect for our party of six in Poznan for a sporting event and all wanting separate beds.Very handy for both tram and bus to town and airport.Dariusz, the host, was exceedingly helpful, giving a guided tour of the premises and responding quickly to a couple of text queries.We would happily stay again if ever in Poznan again.

Spacious apartment near the old zoo

The host was amazing, very welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. The flat is very nice, very big and comfortable. The common areas are well equipped, the bedrooms are massive with all the necessary amenities, and the number of bathrooms is good. It is a bit old and this is most obvious in the kitchen and bathrooms, but didn't bothered us in the slightest as it added to the overall charm of the flat. It's also well located about 15 minutes walk to the main railway station and around 20-25 to the city centre. There's also a tram stop next door. Definitely very happy to return anytime!!

Great location. Check in was easy with Dariusz even at our late check-in time. Did not use the kitchen but facilities were nice. No elevator and apartment is on the third floor.

Disappointed the owner told us it was on the market. Nothing had been maintained. The boiler was on the blink so showering was interesting. The tb did not work. General cleanliness was lacking

Great location, but dated and needs a deep cleaning

The furniture was old and a few pieces were broken (living room chairs). The apartment was not as clean as I would have wanted it. For how much they charge per night, I expected more. On the positive side, it was a large apartment in a great location. Some updating and deep cleaning, would make this a great apartment.

Quaint stay in quiet Poznan neighborhood

This was a lovely stay in a 19th century building. Flat is very large and open, though you should take the 3rd floor location quite seriously! Is very accurately represented on the website. Our only challenges were mostly related to parking, which is convenient to the apartment, but requires a Polish speaker to navigate. Providing a map of parking, and some written Polish instructions to hand the parking attendant would resolve this for non-Polish speakers. Dariusz was great in helping us with the parking situation. More timely responses to emailed questions would also be great for those traveling from a distance.

Sehr viel Platz mit alten Charme und dazu ein sehr gastfreundlicher Besitzer. Es fehlte an nichts. Relativ Zentrumnah, Parkplätze sind zwar in einer Parkzone, aber am Wochenende und ab 18uhr kein Problem. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

riesige Altbauwohnung mit Charme

Sehr angenehm war der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld. Auf Anfragen hat er umgehend und verständlich geantwortet. Auf Wünsche ist der Vermieter eingegangen. Er hat bei der Ankunft eine persönliche Begehung mit uns vorgenommen. Für uns stand Obst und Süßes zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Wohnung liegt nahe des Zentrums, man kann laufen oder die Tram benutzen. Zur Ausstattung: alles, aber wirklich auch alles, was man zu Hause benutzt, ist vorhanden und auch großzügig vorrätig. Die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten und ausreichend möbliert und gut geheizt. In den Betten haben wir gut geschlafen. In jedem Falle empfehlen wir diese Wohnung weiter.
