Idéal pour découvrir Sète.

Joli appartement à proximité immédiate du centre mais très calme, climatisé, bien équipé, lumineux, la literie est très bonne, le parking est un vrai plus, (mais attention, il n'est pas adapté à des véhicules qui dépassent 4m50). C'est une excellente adresse !

Hebergement de très bon goût

Hébergement très soigné. Accueil très agréable - avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Situation idéale pour visiter Sète. Par contre, gros problème de parking-garage: mal commode (manoeuvre au cm) et inondé, on n'a eu qu'à acheter des bottes pour ne pas avoir les chaussures détrempées et pouvoir récupérer notre voiture

Ici tout commence à Sète

Cette propriété, située à deux pas du coeur de Sète, est le point de départ idéal pour découvrir la ville et ses habitants mais c'est aussi un point de chute appréciable pour découvrir cette magnifique région. Elle est équipée de tous les appareils nécessaires à la vie courante, elle est équipée d'un ascenseur (très pratique lorsque l'on a quelques difficultés dans ses déplacements) et elle possède un emplacement de parking privé (très utile à Sète). Un très agréable séjour...

Appartement très calme et très bien situé pour rejoindre le centre de Sète en quelques minutes. Une ligne de bus permet aussi d'aller à la plage facilement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour .

Des vacances bien agréables

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cet appartement à la situation idéale , au calme, pour découvrir la belle ville de Sète sans avoir besoin d'utiliser la voiture. La décoration est soignée et l'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. On peut cependant regretter l'exiguïté de la douche. Merci à Sophie pour son accueil sympathique. Une expérience à renouveler !!!

Court séjour entre Noël et Nouvel An

Merveilleux petit séjour entre Noël et Nouvel An dans ce joli appartement d'où nous pouvions voir tous les soirs de belles lueurs du soleil couchant sur le Mont Saint Clair. Les terrasses étaient accueillantes après de belles balades sur les quais. Atmosphère calme et détendue. Des personnes faisaient du vélo de la marche du jogging au bord de la mer. Cela nozs a changé des nuages bas de chez nous .

nous venons de passer une très bonne semaine à Sète dans cet appartement, particulièrement très bien situé dans Sète, à deux pas de la zone piétonne , du marché au poisson et du canal principal .Gros avantage de cet appartement , garage en sous sol avec accès direct par ascenseur dans les étages . De plus avons apprécié l'accueil à l'heure prévue aussi bien à l'arrivée qu'au départ.

Bonne location sur Sète

Location très bien située, proche de tout : 2 minutes à pied du canal et du centre ville et 5 minutes de la plage du Lido en voiture. Location propre et bien équipée avec une bonne literie (lit et canapé). Nous avons laissé des cartes de restaurants et de visites que nous avons apprécie sur le filet présent sur le mur. Bon accueil par Maryvonne qui a su réagir de suite aux problèmes survenus lors du séjour et très grand professionnalisme de la part d'Hafida.

A treasure immersed in culture & perfectly located

Beautifully located close to town, off a quiet side street. We spent 10 wonderful nights here in this well furnished & wonderfully maintained flat. It was well equipped with everything we needed & even had a few provisional treats as well. After a long day of traveling via plane, train & bus it was an unexpected surprise to find a few simple extras to allow us to relax comfortably before going to the store for our provisions. A roll of toilet tissue, coffee for a relaxing cup, etc, the simple extras that showed us the owner was putting herself in our shoes! Thank you! It is perfectly located close to everything you would need. The bus, train, shops, town center, delicious restaraunts & the waterfront are all within walking distance. A short bus ride will put you at the Mediterranean beach or the top of Mt. St-Clair if you chose to opt out of a little longer walk, or hop the train for a day trip to Carcassonne to experience the awe of this UNESCO world heritage site! There is SO much to see and do, we just couldn't take it all in & you won't find yourself without options for the day! This was a trip of a lifetime for us coming from America & this property was a perfect fit allowing us to feel like an integral part of the local culture. Will definately recommend this accomodation & would stay here again should we find ourselves back in Sète. 🙂🙂

Highly recommend, our best apartment stay

This apartment has all that you need for a stay in Sete. It is spacious, well-decorated and equipped, has parking and elevator and is in an excellent location at the center of wonderful Sete; off the main streets by one block so perfectly quiet. The bed and linens were new and of great quality. The WiFi is excellent. There is a good fan and shutters for managing the sun. I understand that air conditioning will be installed soon which may be necessary in the depths of summer. The owner was very quick to respond and assisted us with our specific needs. It was super that she speaks English. An extra bonus for us since we had bicycles was the secure bike storage room.

Zentrale Lage - gewöhnungsbedürftiges Umfeld

Gut gelegene, kleine Ferienwohnung in sehr lauter Umgebung. Ausblick in einen Innenhof und auf die gegenüberliegende Häuserzeile. Leider waren die Umgebungsgeräusche auch durch einen unangenehmen Mitbewohner im Haus und starke Verkehrs- und Veranstaltungsgeräusche teilweise unzumutbar laut. Das Schließen der Fenster war aufgrund der nicht vorhandenen Klimaanlage keine Option bei nächtlich über 22 Grad!! Die Fewo hat keinen Balkon, die Küche ist für 2 Personen ausreichend, Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen wäre eine Herausforderung. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist angesichts der Verkehrsbedingungen in der Stadt ein großer Vorteil, jedoch nur für kleinere Autos (bis Golfgröße) geeignet. WLAN ist kostenfrei und schnell, Fernsehsender nur in französischer Sprache freigeschaltet. Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Wer gerne zentral wohnt und wen eine lautere Umgebung und eine eher pragmatische Wohnungsausstattung nicht stören, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours à Sétes dans ce magnifique logement, situation particulièrement agréable en centre ville : à la fois prochain du canal royal, des halles, des marchés de quartiers et des boutiques mais aussi suffisamment en retrait pour être au calme et pouvoir se reposer. L'appartement propose un réel confort de literie ainsi qu'un bel équipement du séjour à la cuisine en passant par la salle de bain.L'accueil très agréable, nous étions attendu et la mise à disposition des clés avec la visite se fait tout naturellement.Enfin, il est très facile d'accéder au bord de mer, à l'étang par la piste cyclable....Merci à Maryvonne et Hafida Chantal et Eric

Perfect Base to Explore Sète and its Surroundings

The apartment was clean, uncluttered and felt airy and spacious. I wanted a base from which to explore the area and I must say that this fitted the bill perfectly. Sète itself has lots to offer, from bustling markets to quiet walks, I really felt as though I got a true taste of South East France. I was impressed by the bus and rail links to and from Sète, and what the owner said in the description was true ... I really didn't need a car. And after a day exploring I found the flat to be a perfect place to relax. Close to the very centre of town yet remarkably quiet. I could rest back in the comfortable chairs and look out of the large window onto the twinkling lights of Mont StClaire. Magical.

Home away from Home

An immaculate maintained and comfortable apartment that is in a nice and peaceful area.The Town Centre and Railway Station is within walking distance from the apartment and the local shops are just a few minutes walk away. It is lovely to be able to buy fresh bread every morning for breakfast without having to walk miles to get it. We had a lovely time while we in Sete which was made even better by having a comfortable and quiet place to come back to for some relaxation after a busy day taking in the sights. We would highly recommend it and would love to go back again.

Relaxing getaway

Really lovely well-decorated apartment in the heart of Sete, within a few minutes walk of the town centre and many eating places. We had a really relaxing holiday. Would definitely recommend.

The space is ideal if you wish to mix work and holiday stay. Desk, Fast broadband and many multilingual tv and business channels available. We offer a great rate for all seasons and for a regular stay, including Monday-Friday stays.

The apartment is an ideal base to explore the beautiful fishing village of Sète and the typical Languedoc villages of Balaruc-le-Vieux, Marseillan, Loupian, Poussan near by.
A fantastic base to explore UNESCO World Heritage Site such as Carcassonne and Provence regions. Easy access to Toulouse ( Airbus 380 tours) and Perpignan.

Train connection is fantastic and the network have a flat rate tickets to promote tourism and at a very good value for money.

Since January 2018 I’ve welcomed guests from a week to three months stay for both work related stay or holiday to explore the areas of Languedoc Roussillon, Provence and Côte D’Azur.

The ‘Jewel’ is truly a great base, luxurious and good value for money. Feather’s pillows, Memory Foam topper mattress and Egyptian bed linen and towels. Bone China dinner sets and great quality cutleries.

The ‘Jewel’ is idyllically located and a throw-away from le Canal Royal, the Harbour, the Wednesday’s Market, The Halls to name but few. If you want to join in the Jousting’s, the fishermen’s festival frenzy, the magic rich cultural events at the art gallery and museums then this is the perfect apartment. If you are looking for an easy access to a 12 Kms of a long strip golden sand stretch as far as the eye can see then this is it.

A home from home comfort and well equipped bolthole than this is it. Parking and lockable bike shed are a rarity in Sete and free.

I’ve recently joined the local ramblers club and the locals are kind, welcoming and helpful. I’m amazed how much there is to do locally and the amazing walks in this area.

For fans of the famous series "Tomorrow belongs to us", the bar "The Spoon" and the hotel where the actors live are just 200 meters away. Bus Stop "Noël Guignon" to 200 M.

It's a comfortable place within a superb location. We offer ‘An Experience’ holiday stay in a comfortable and well furnished property. We are steps away from Saint Louis celebration event’s venue. You definitely do not need a car while in Sète. Lovely place and fresh produce from fish to meat, patisserie, croissants and petit pain au chocolat. After a meal I mostly enjoy a scrumpious Cafe gourmand. An expresso served with mouthful of various desserts...perfect after a main meal of fish and chips or mussels.

Meet & Greet
Our lovely housekeeper will meet and greet you on the day of your arrival. The appartment is well furnished with high quality furniture and easy to use. We have a key feature reference manual for the function of the air conditioning as well as the TV.
The whole flat is prepared on the day of your arrival with fresh clean linens and towels waiting for you. We have a board with recommendations of local pubs and restaurants that I have tried personally and enjoyed. Kitchen is fully furnished to include espresso cups, escargot fork, lobster cracker etc . Coffee machine for your fresh coffee, fresh baked croissant and baguette…FEEL THE EMOTION IN THE TASTES!
