2019年から2019年冬のシーズンに向けて予約をしています。

アパートはエントランスホールで構成され、ベッドルームにはツインベッドが付いています。 独立したトイレとシャワールームがあります。 隣にはメインソファがあり、ダブルソファベッド、椅子7脚のダイニングテーブル、キッチンエリアなど快適な座席があります。 座席付きのバルコニーへのアクセスがあります。 リビングルームの反対側には、ツインベッドルームから隔離されたドアがあり、バスルームにシャワー付きの専用バスルームがあるマスターダブル（スーパーキング）のベッドルームにつながっています。

キッチンには、ホブ、フルオーブン、電子レンジ、通常の調理器具が含まれています。

ダブルベッド2台+ダブルベッド2台を含むソファベッドを含む全てのベッドに羽毛布団を用意しています。 清潔なベッドシーツ（シーツ、羽毛布団カバー、枕カバー6本）がすべて提供されます。 6人用のタオルが用意されています。バスタオル1台、ハンドタオル1台。各バスルームに1つのバスマットが付いています。台所用に1台のティータオルが用意されています。 バスルームのトイレタリーやキッチンの清掃には小さな「スターターキット」が用意されています。 滞在の終わりにアパートの準備と清掃はレンタル料金に含まれています。

私たちがアパートを自分で借り始めたとき、私たちはキッチンを改造して、ワークトップをより使いやすくしました。 また、P＆Vの過密状態のWiFiを共有する問題が現在の歴史であるように、Netflixと独自のブロードバンド専用WiFiを購入した新しいSamsung 40インチHDテレビをインストールしました。

Au coeur du village, appartement spacieux et prestations de qualité. Richard, le propriétaire, est disponible pour répondre rapidement aux questions. Il y en aura peu car il anticipe les demandes en envoyant un maximum d'informations utiles avant le séjour.

Logement parfait !

Situé en plein centre du village des arcs 1950. Acces au sauna, hammam et piscine inclus. Logement très propre. Au pied des pistes. Je recommande.

A great apartment in one of the best locations in the village which is comfortable and well appointed. The welcome pack and dressing gown with slippers was appreciated and the host very informative and readily available for queries. Everything was explained well and the service department helpful in letting us know when the apartment was ready. Skiiing was fabulous in one of the best areas in France.

Magnifique séjour

Notre famille et moi avons passé de magnifiques vacances aux Arcs 1950. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal, la résidence donne directement accès à la place de l'horloge, avec ses restaurants, les écoles de ski, et les loueurs de matériels. Départ en ski en bas de la résidence et proximité du télécabine Cabriolet pour aller à Arcs2000. C'est un très bel appartement spacieux avec deux vraies chambres, dont l'une avec sa salle de bain. Un beau salon qui permet d'avoir un coin repas séparé du salon et une vue sur le centre du village et les massifs montagneux dont le Mont Blanc. L'appartement est bien insonorisé, de nombreux oreillers, couettes et luges sont disponibles au sein du logement. La literie est très confortable, ainsi que le canapé convertible avec un vrai matelas. Richard est un propriétaire réactif, et prévenant avec ses hôtes. Un séjour très agréable à faire et à refaire.

Excellente location et agréable sejour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour aux arcs 1950 à Pâques 2022. L’appartement est très propre, bien agencé, très bien équipé et la literie confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, au cœur du village, nous avons pu profité des animations, commerces et restaurants juste en bas de l’immeuble. La vue du balcon est agréable, elle donne sur la place centrale et les jolis chalets du village. Le propriétaire est à l’écoute, disponible et toujours de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir l'année prochaine et les suivantes !

Appartement très confortable au coeur d'Arc 1950

Nous aimons beaucoup la station des Arcs 1950 et y retournons régulièrement. Cet appartement est très bien situé dans la Résidence du Prince des Cimes, avec une jolie vue sur la place centrale et ses animations. Comme tous les appartements de cette résidence il présente un bon niveau de confort et de qualité de bâti (ici, on n'entend pas les voisins à travers les cloisons!). Deux chambres confortables (standard, pas très grandes mais lumineuses et bonne literie). Surtout, le salon est particulièrement spacieux, très agréable pour diner en famille ou entre amis. Gestion très pro de l'accueil et du nettoyage. Tres satisfaits, on reviendra volontiers !

Great stay!

Richard was great at communicating with us before and during the stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the Princes des Cimes block, on the second floor overlooking the main square in 1950. We have stayed in Les Arcs a few times before and this was the best apartment we have stayed in. Thanks Richard!

Fantastic.

Great apartment, perfectly located right in the centre of Arc 1950 village with direct ski in / ski out access. Apartment is large with good facilities; kids especially liked the strong wi-fi and smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. Small but well appointed kitchen - especially liked the Nespresso Virtuo coffee maker. Arc 1950 itself is a great village with plenty of restaurants etc accessible from the pistes. Fantastic communication from Richard the owner throughout booking and answering questions both ahead and during our stay. Would wholly recommend to anyone considering a stay here

Great apartment. Very comfortable. Lots of communal space and spacious bedrooms. Bin room just down the hall and pool and laundry room just one level below. Bakery downstairs and shop a few steps out front. Well equipped for self-catering. Good wi-fi and UK tv channels a bonus.

I am co-owner of the apartment with my three adult children who inherited my late wife's share in 2006. We have enjoyed skiing in Arc1950 ever since our apartment was completed in time for the 2004/5 season, and love going back when we can. Until 2015-16 our apartment was leased to the main operator at Arc1950, Pierre et Vacances (PnV). We decided that we would like more choice, and more weeks for ourselves, our family and friends. And of course also for other guests who are interested in renting directly from us, knowing exactly which apartment they will be staying in.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The apartment is on the second floor of the Prince des Cimes building. The operator PnV has found that this building continues to attract high demand, not least because of the large swimming pool where you can venture through a curtain and swim outside too. One frustration until we took on marketing our apartment ourselves was the very flaky WiFi generally provided by the building operator. We have had our own line installed so the apartment now has a separate private broadband link with WiFi. And having done that, we decided that a new 40 inch HD TV with a Netflix subscription would complete the package, so we hope you'll enjoy that too.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our apartment faces the village square, so you can look down from the warm while the ski school classes assemble. There's always something interesting to watch, but we have never had a noise problem as the bars and restaurants are far enough away not to bother us. We are actually directly above the bakery, though sadly we don't get any baking aromas. I have often thought that it would be great if we could arrange to lower a basket for our morning croissants or baguette!
