With a washing machine and tumble dryer (access via steep staircase to Annexe).

First Floor:

With a 5' king-size canopied bed.

With a four poster 5' king-size bed and en-suite shower room.

With a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom three
With twin 3' single beds.
Bedroom four
With a 5' king-size bed.

With a roll-top bath and hand-held shower attachment, wash basin and WC.

Second Floor:
Stairs to two twin attic bedrooms with full size 3' beds.

The Annexe:
Access via a separate steep staircase from the utility room to a bedroom with a 5' bed king-size bed.

The Coach House

Outside:
Lovely, lawned garden. Garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.
Games room with table tennis (bats and balls provided).
Use of an all weather tennis court in the grounds (please bring your own racquets and tennis balls).
Ample on-site parking.
