Thank you for the review - Normally our cleaners do an excellent job sorry to hear that you thought it could have been cleaner, in the future please let us know right away and we will have cleaners come back out to correct what was missed. This has active pest control contract and is regularly serviced so not sure about the rat poop comment? Glad overall you had a great experience - thanks, GCG

Thanks for the nice review about the house. I really do not know what to say about the Mosquitoes? Very odd, first time in 5 years we have ever, ever heard that comment. This is the South so there are mosquitoes - not really anything anyone can do about that other than repellent and move spots. Gulf Coast Getaways

Thank you for the great review! It is a great location and some incredible views from the house. Thank you for the constructive feedback, we will definitely take that into consideration this off season when we do our annual upgrades. Sometimes difficult to keep everything just right with multiple groups all year long and just 5 hours of turn over time, but we do attempt to keep the house in the best condition as possible with our cleaning crews, maintenance, inspectors, and valuable and timely guest feedback. Thank you for the review and the constructive critiques. Your stay was at the end of our very busy summer season and there is some natural wear and tear deterioration we experience with all of our properties near the end of summer, as you might imagine with large groups coming in one after the other with only 6-7 hours between them to get the property back to the best possible shape. We will definitely take a look at the items you pointed out and make necessary correction and fixes once we have a break in the calendar. As far as the price point, this is priced appropriately for a 5BR beach front home of this quality, it is a very good house, but not a premium house and it is not priced as such - a premium house of this size and beachfront would costs thousands more. This is a very good value house for beach front and what it offers.
