Le charme de la Bretagne

La propriété d'Alain est très bien entretenue, la maison est typique et le grand terrain de jeu magique pour les enfants et le plus grands avec plusieurs terrasses à disposition. Je dois dire que nous avons passé un très bon séjour, pas très loin du port pour que les enfants fassent un peu de voile. Merci beaucoup à Alain pour son accueil et sa flexibilité, c'est toujours agréable de loger chez quelqu'un qui aime sa région comme lui.

Superbe séjour en famille pour Noël

Endroit idéal pour réunir 4 générations afin de fêter Noël. La maison est pleine de charme. La pièce principale est parfaite avec la cuisine ouverte, la table à manger et le salon autour de la cheminée. Chambres et SDB à l’étage impeccables. Un accueil très chaleureux qui nous met tout de suite dans l’ambiance.

Venir a kerivalan est toujours un bonheur pour un été au calme dans cette jolie maison au sein d un parc ressourçant avec canicule ou une tempête. On y est bien .. alors nous reviendrons toujours avec le meme plaisir. A bientot a nos hotes. Merci encore pour la tarte aux abricots un jour de pluie.

Belle propriété. Proche de tout. Un weekend familial superbe. Balade magnifique dans le Golfe avec en prime la semaine du Golfe et ses vieux gréements. Bref rien de négatif, tout était parfait. Merci à Marie Claire pour son accueil.

Week-end très agréable à Kerivalan

Belle location, 4 chambres spacieuses, une grande pièce pour passer de merveilleux moments en famille. La maison se situe dans un magnifique domaine avec de très grands espaces sans risque pour les chiens. Alain est très accueillant, il n'a pas hésité à nous consacrer du temps pour nous expliquer une page d'histoire de Kerivalan

Beautiful and relaxing accommodation, friendly informative host

We loved our stay here. We wanted to explore Brittany for our first visit as a family and could reach lots of different and stunning towns, villages and beaches within an hour's drive, many within 25 minutes' drive. The host had lots of information ready for us in folders which was helpful. The gardens were ideal for our children to explore, play hide and seek and for our dog to play fetch.

Une belle échappée en famille en Bretagne

Superbes vacances

Comme l annee dernière la propriété est fabuleuse et l l'accueil adorable. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances même si le temps n était pas toujours au rdv. Le parc nous a paru un refuge à la plage à cause du vent. C'est toujours une parenthèse enchantée dans une maison bien aménagée où chacun trouve sa place avec plaisir.nous y reviendrons a nouveau avec le plus grand bonheur

Très belle propriété avec un magnifique parc. Tout était parfait. Bonne literie et très grande cheminée pour se retrouver le soir devant une petite flambée. We are theatre actors often on tour for our shows. We lived during all of our childhood in this beautiful region of Brittany between the sea and the Gulf of Morbihan. We had a serious case of love at first sight in July 1991 when we discovered the Keryvallan domain, with its small XVIth century Breton mansion, the traditional house and the outbuildings, surrounded by trees in the heart of the countryside, near the small town of Auray. The quiet given off by this charming place seduced us. For 20 years, we have been restoring these character buildings and planting trees and plants around this attractive living space. A small auditorium has been set up in an old barn: we are hosting theatre shows and music concerts (jazz, world music...), and artists on creation retreats. During summer, the theatre is closed. The house can be rented in any season; in July and August, you will be the only residents of this domain of 5 hectares, 15 minutes away from beaches.

We took great pleasure in living with the family in this charming house for the 12 years necessary to completely restore the Keryvallan small mansion. Today, while we live in the mansion, we are happy to share this setting with you and let you enjoy the quiet of the domain, in the heart of a region rich in discoveries, between pleasures of the beach, strolls on the islands, hikes and local heritage tours. In summer, we are not here. Therefore, Gwen will meet you. She will give you advice to help you enjoy this place to the fullest.
