Condo was extremely clean, as have been all the ones at The Magellan. Corner Room location was right at the elevator and great. Furnishings were adequate, but the chair and sofa desperately needed to be replaced. Every time you sat on the hide-a-bed sofa, or got up, it groaned. Springs completely shot in it, ,as in the chair. The bed also had a problem. If you turned over suddenly the headboard banged the wall. The middle of the bed sank in and the mattress sides curved up. I honestly think there was a problem with whatever support was beneath the mattress as the mattress was very thick and should have been comfortable. Also, at times the support system let out a popping sound.
Bathroom was fine, but I would suggest a grab bar to hold as you enter tub. The spa tub is very deep and 65-year-old knees don't bend well. I solved this by spreading a hand towel on edge of tub, sitting on this, and putting good leg in tub first.
Thought kitchen was well-appointed but over the years silverware has evaporated to four teaspoons, two or three steak knives, etc.
Thought the owner would want an honest critique as all things I mentioned are a quick and inexpensive fix. With newer sofa and chair, I would book this unit again.
