2つのベッドルーム、最大5台のベッド、キッチン、リビングルーム、バルコニーベッドルーム、海の景色を望む快適なテラス付きの家。裁判官の古代の男爵宮殿の前の広場に車を駐車した後、特定の小石の登り（すべてシリカと呼ばれ、地元の男性、ほとんどすべての漁師が、船を海に投げ込むのに役立たない日や時間に、立ち止まってアイドリングしたり、古典的なスクワットの位置に座ったりする）は、狭いヴォールトに押し込み、多かれ少なかれ100メートルと数十のステップを歩いて、3つのステップで独特のドアの前にいることがわかります。これはI PALUMMIELLI （町の中心部から最も遠く離れたハムレットの名前を取ります）と呼ばれる家です。その独創性を最大限に細部に注意を払って再構築されました。 暖炉とバスルームを備えたキッチンラウンジと、素晴らしい海の景色を望む広いテラスがあり、楽しくリラックスできる場所に変身した小さな廊下付きの接続エントランスがあります。 2階にはバスルーム付きの寝室が2室あります。

Wunderschöner Ort mit spektakulärer Aussicht

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem kleinen Ort mitten im historischem Zentrum. Sie ist nur über diverse Treppen mit ungleichen Stufen zu erreichen. Die Wohnung gehört zu einem Hotelprojekt, so dass man -wenn man möchte- auch auf dem "Dorfplatz" bzw. dort in einem Restaurant frühstücken und zu Abend essen (es gibt ein täglich wechselndes Menu) kann. Im Übrigen gibt es nur ein weiteres Restaurant, dass fußläufig zu erreichen ist, jedoch jetzt im Oktober 2021 auch nur an den Wochenenden geöffnet hatte. Wer mehr Auswahl möchte, muss den Berg einige km runter. In der Woche unseres Aufenthalts wurden noch zwei "Mitmach" Abende angeboten, bei denen wir zusammen mit den anderen Gästen nach Anleitung von Gabriella Pizza und Nudeln gekocht haben. Unsere Wohnung selbst war sehr, sehr sauber, originell eingerichtet und es entsprach alles der Beschreibung. Die Küche enthält das nötigste, wer dort ein Menu kochen möchte, wird allerdings aufgrund der nur vorhandenen Grundausstattung Schwierigkeiten bekommen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist unglaublich schön, insgesamt ist Kalabrien sehr grün und die Aussichten von den Bergen auf das blaue Meer sind nahezu überall traumhaft. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank Gabriella!

Mit viel Liebe beherbergen Gianfranco und Gabriella ihre Gäste. In ihrem Restaurant gibt es wunderbares Essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our experience in Belmonte was amazing. The house was charming and very clean. It had everting needed to cook. We loved it. The town is enchanting and the views from the terrace was like something you only see in the movies. It is very peaceful, perfect for reading and doing nothing. My husband did plenty of sketches of the views and our son was inspire and wrote many poems. We are already planning to return in the summer.

Something special

This place is truly amazing - we could have sat on our terrace forever with it's views to the sea and up the valley. Gianfranco and Gabriella have done a fabulous job of restoring our apartment with it being in keeping for a historic village. We also had a couple of meals that they cooked which really highlight the local food cooked in a traditional manner - delicious! We loved walking around the village with it's alleyways and stairways. It's a short drive down to Belmonte Marina with it's beautiful beach and lovely clear water. Would certainly recommend it for something different and very relaxing.

Very nice appartment with wonderfull view from the terasse on the sea.

Gabriella und Francesco sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die in einer besonderen Umgebung eine liebevoll hergerichtete Wohnung vermieten. Der Blick zum Meer und die Stimmung auf der Terasse nach Sonnenuntergang sind einzigartig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer Lust auf regionale Küche hat, kann diese auf Reservierung in ihrem kleinen Restaurant genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ungeeignet für Personen mit Gehbehinderung. Viele, unebene Treppen. Eingeschränkte Parksituation.

Da favola, Pace, pulizia e buon cibo

Edificio ristrutturato con gusto e materiali tipici del luogo, bellissimo. Sistemato su due piani, zona notte superiore con due camere, la principale dotata di terrazzino con una vista stupenda sul mare ed un bagno. Zona inferiore con stanza d'ingresso, un bagno, cucina con caminetto, tv, un balconcino e poi la zona magica della casa. Splendida terrazza, dotata di poltrone e tavolo per mangiare, che affaccia sul borgo e dà la possibilità di godere della vista delle montagne da un lato e del mare dall'altro. Il ristorante funziona solo su ordinazione, fanno la spesa giornalmente in base al numero delle persone ed utilizzano anche prodotti di loro produzione compreso tutto quello che fornisce il loro orto. Amo variare e conoscere i piatti locali quindi cambio sempre ristorante. Questa è stata la mia prima vacanza in cui ho mangiato quattro sere su sette nelle stesso posto. Si mangia in una splendida piazzetta od in un patio con vista sul mare e per due sere abbiamo praticamente avuto il ristorante solo per noi. Come mangiare a casa propria ma serviti. Il titolare, Gianfranco, come la moglie Gabriella, sono persone più uniche che rare, passerei dei giorni a parlare con loro. Persone che amano il territorio e cercano di far scoprire e riscoprire sapori e ricette di tradizioni oramai abbandonate, come in gran parte d'Italia, da gran parte degli operatori turistici. Antipasto, primo, secondo, una bottiglia di vino, dolce, liquore finale con prodotti ogni sera diversi sia di carne che di pesce e preparati al momento ad un prezzo che non avrebbe coperto per bontà, quantità e qualità noi due adulti è stato quasi imbarazzante. Figuriamoci non avere fatto pagare le nostre due bimbe. Avere un pasto con prodotti freschi è oramai quasi impossibile, comporta soprattutto minori guadagni e questo lo accetta solo chi ha passione vera per quello che fà. Il silenzio notturno è irreale, riposare in terrazza dopo cena accarezzato da un venticello leggero, godere dell'assenza di rumori, prestando di tanto in tanto attenzione al rumore dei passi di qualche persona che passava nei vicoli. Ci siamo abituati ad una vita fatta di corse e ritrovare ritmi e modi di fare di quando ero bambino è stato stupendo. Ritornare ad utilizzare spiagge libere, salutare le persone sconosciute che incontri per strad, le bambine libere di correre e giocare lungo i vicoli, le cene in piazzetta con i titolari ed altri villeggianti come se fossi a casa. Impossibile descrivere, provare !

Sagenhaftes Wohngefühl mit netten Nachbarn und Traumterrasse

Gabriella und Gianfranco sind aussergewöhnliche Gastgeber mit einem rundum Verwöhnprogramm ohne aufgesetzt zu wirken. Das Appartment sehr sauber. Einfach ausgestattet, aber zweckdienlich. Man bekommt eine Informationsmappe für die Gegend und bekommt alle Fragen (engl., spanisch) von Gabriella beantwortet. Es gibt eine Willkommensschokolade und 1 Flasche Wasser. Die beiden haben vor 15 Jahren ein Projekt gestartet, dass Dorf, in welchem Gianfranco geboren wurde(Belmonte Calabro), nicht weiter verfallen zu lassen und steckt sein ganzes Herzblut in die Restaurierung der Häuser. Gleichzeitig kann man im Restaurant der beiden Frühstücken und biologisch, landestypisch Essen. Im Hofladen erhält man regionale Produkte und selbstgemachte Marmeladen, Schaps und vieles mehr. Zum Meer mit seinem glasklarem Wasser sind es 4 km. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Parkplatz vorhanden. Der Aufenthalt ist nur für Menschen ohne körperliche gebrechen geeignet. Das ganze Dorf ist ein Labyrinth aus kleinen Gassen und unzähligen Treppen. Danke Gabriella und Gianfranco, es war wunderbar!!

Special Place with Special People!

I spent various days at Belmonte Calabro with the kind attention of Eco Vacanze Belmonte and I must say it was an amazing experience. Gabriella and Gianfranco refurnished old houses with a high attention to traditional details aiming to preserve the historical heritage of the medieval town and its traditional architecture paying high attention to details. In fact each house have a different chimney and name. Furthermore, aiming at bringing back life to town Gabriella, Gianfranco and his brother made a major effort to keep history alive, so by walking around you will see messages and charts with historical information. Also, these houses offers to visitors the experience of living like a local in a historical town. You wont feel as a tourist as such. Being there during spring and summer it is an amazing experience where you can get charged by the sun and also enjoy to take figs directly from the tree. This place is to really enjoy time-off, get real rest and enjoy a different kind of vacation. It is perfect for introspection for a long stay and get inspired to finish any pending project and also it is so romantic it can be a perfect location for a honeymoon and even a wedding!

VERY GOOD SERVICES AND MORE....

This Medieval Village was so good on everything, staring with staff people and the owner was extremely polite and very courteous with me and my wife. We were in Calabria for 10 days we had stay in about 3 different hotels in the area, this was the best one we stayed and I wish we knew about it before, but we are coming back next year. Every request we had was immediately taking care from the staff which were very helpful and very polite. The Medieval Village was very nice and clean and furniture were very cute!! Me and my wife are so happy and grateful with each one of them, they really know how to take care their guest!!! We strongly recommend it. Thanks Gabriella!

SUBLIME!

Se dovessi consigliare una vacanza non avrei dubbi! Albergo diffuso di Gabriella e Gianfranco. Paese stupendo che ti lascia senza fiato e senza parole, gestito da persone serie e competenti. Il loro tocco rende unica e indimenticabile la vacanza. Appartamenti puliti e unici per bellezza e particolarità. Il loro ristorante, con terrazza vista mare e angoli incantevoli unito da una cucina e un servizio impeccabile. In poche parole, vacanza stupenda e indimenticabile. I 1000 km che abbiamo fatto per arrivare sono valsi tutti. CONSIGLIATO. Silvia Stefano e bimbi.
