Perfect stay

Our second stay at this apartment and all was good. Only a short walk to the beach and a shorter walk to two small grocery shops so very convenient.The local restaurants are good too - La Maine and Tamarells especially.Rosa's communication can't be faulted and the check-in process was easy.All in all a great stay.

Super little spot

Great little apartment for a long weekend. The apartment was clean and had everything there you needed. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants to get to.

Great property, location and host

Property was conveniently located for beach, access to cycle routes and shops and amenities. Rosa was a great host.

A great stay.

This was very well situated. It had all the utensils you would need for cooking. The Hist Rosa was very friendly and helpful. Great local resturant Sol y Mar just down the road. Thank you Rosa.

Great spacious, clean apartment with great garden and patio.

The apartment is located a great area close to shops and restaurants and has everything you would need for a longer stay. The welcome by the owner was friendly and efficient. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size as is the lounge which leads onto a lovey private patio and very large garden. I would highly recommend a stay here - perfect!

Excellent

The property was well located within easy reach of the town. Rosa the host was excellent with communication and nothing was a problem. The apartment is spacious with all amenities. The garden is also very spacious and a great asset to the property.

Lovely Apartment

Very good welcome from Rosa who showed us around and made sure we were all set for the holiday. Apartment well sited and a short walk to shops and the beach. Good air con and plenty of hot water. Quiet neighbourhood. All good!!

Nous y retournerons sans hésitation!

Très joli appartement, très fonctionnel et spacieux, dans un secteur tranquille. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le grand jardin très intime, la proximité de la plage et restaurants ainsi que des différents parcours de vélo. Vraiment un endroit parfait pour la famille!

Nous avons été tres bien reçu par Rosa.L'appartement est parfait pour une famille avec le jardin spacieux et la plage à proximité. L'appartement mériterait une rénovation et en cuisine peu d'ustensiles.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Es ist nur ein kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und jede Menge Restaurants für verschiedene Ansprüche.

Todo fenomenal. Rosa la anfitriona es estupenda y muy cercana, ha estado pendiente de nosotras en todo momento. La ubicación es perfecta a 3 minutos de la playa andando y muy centrada. Recomiendo muchísimo ir a este lugar.

Trés bon acceuil de Rosa , appartement proche des commerces et de la plage , exterieur bien agréable pour les repas , l interieur meriterait un peu de travaux d amélioration pour le rendre encore plus agréable . Merci à Rosa pour sa disponibilité sur les horaires de notre arrivée .

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay. Spacious property with everything you need for your stay. Plenty of outdoor space. 5 min walk from the beach, 10 min walk from centre of town. Took up Rosa's recommendations of restaurants, very accommodating.

A great time in Port de Pollenca

Location

Distance to beach and Pollensa centre not a problem for youngish family . For more mature person a bit of a walk particularly in heat of the day. Difficulty in getting taxi's into centre , no problem other way .

Quiet location, but not clean enough

The location is good, the apartment quiet and functional. The impression is that the cleaning was not properly done, it smelled from Clorine all over (inlcuding inside the refridgerator), but still not clean. For example, the kitchen-fan had a mix of dust and grease hanging down some centimeters and the smell when using it was disgusting, the shelves in the bathrooms where covered with dust. The garden is nice and private. Hopefully it will be better cleaned in the future.

Muy buenos recuerdos!

Hemos pasado una semana excepcional! Está muy bien ubicado, basta un paseo de 15 minutos para adentrarse en pleno centro del puerto de Pollença y está a dos pasos de la playa. La zona es tranquila y hemos podido disfrutar de buenos momentos en el jardín, tanto de descanso como de celebración con barbacoa. Destacaría el trato que hemos recibido y el buen estado y decoración del apartamento, ya que creo es lo que nos ha hecho sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin dudarlo lo recomendaré a mis conocidos, nos llevamos muy buenos recuerdos!
