夏には釣り、ハイキング、ボート、ゴルフをお楽しみください。 家はロッキーマウンテン国立公園の西側の入り口から数分以内です。 グランドレイクの町から公園に右折したり、12,000フィート以上の山頂にあるトレイルリッジロードをドライブしたり、このユニークな高山と亜高山の世界を数多く見渡すことができます。 バックカントリーへのハイキング、山頂の頂上、レンジャーの活動につながる。 100年前の国立公園が提供しなければならないすべてのものに近いです。

Great location. Nice View. Next to go-karts for kids and town for adults. Heat wave while we were there so house was hot. Box fans for rooms. Only one tv has smart tv. Overall, met our needs.

We loved our stay here. It was a great location near the town and RMNP. We had great giews from our living room and deck. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed when making dinners ect.

There was a lot wrong with his property from the fridge, leaking to a lot of wear and tear that we did not expect.They were very few towels, and plumbing issues

I was on the phone with Zach 4 minutes after he left a message about “flooding” in the kitchen. My neighbor was at the house 10 minutes later and discovered that frost had built up in the freezer and melted onto the floor while they were loading their things into it. The puddle in the kitchen was dried and there was no further leaking. I texted Zach a couple times to follow up and find out if there was anything else he needed and never heard back from him for the remainder of his stay. The guests prior to and following Zach did not report any plumbing issues - I heard no concern from him. We provide 12 bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for our guests plus a couple kitchen towels. The house literally looks over the headwaters of the Colorado River - a watershed in perpetual crisis due to over demand from the seven states that rely on it. It seems irresponsible to us to increase that demand by laundering more towels than necessary, but we do provide our guests with a washer and dryer if they choose to. Zach is unspecific about his wear and tear concerns. The interior of the house was repainted and all flooring replaced a couple years ago. Some furniture shows some wear; we still find it comfortable. Our window shades are old and some are starting to fail - those will need to be replaced in the next year. We welcome large groups, kids, and dogs into our house - we expect some wear and tear will always be visible. We and most of our guests enjoy the house as it is.

This home is perfectly suited for a large family or a couple. Sweeping views of the lake and mountains are amazing. Clean, comfortable and the host was easy to communicate with.

Great Cabin & Close to Downtown

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered this cabin. It was perfect for what my friends & I were hoping to spend our NYE - close to downtown (we drove bc of cold/snow but you could walk), clean and spacious. This place definitely gives you a cabin feel of Grand Lake.

Beautiful home!

This was a very spacious house. We had plenty of room for our family — 5 adults and 2 toddlers. It’s close to the entrance of RMNP and to downtown Grand Lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Cabin Retreat

Beautiful views, delightful family gathering space, close to Grand Lake. We were in town for a wedding, and we could easily meet with others in town. Master Bedroom is delightful. Well stocked kitchen.

There has definitely been some wear and tear given the large number of families that have come through the house. The house is having a major refresh of the interior this winter. The entire interior has been repainted and all flooring/carpets will be replaced.

Family get away

We went to Grand Lake on a family get away. The home easily accommodated our family of 8 with two babies. The views were beautiful and close to downtown. I couldn’t get the owners agreement to open but Dave was very prompt to answer any questions that I had.

Mountain retreat

This is a nice house. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and our dogs. Lots of stuff in the cabinets, spices, coffee, sugar... lots of pots and pans, and plates and silverware and glasses and dishes. It's in a great spot, 5 mins walk town and nice restaurants and shops. Overall very happy

Perfect for the location.

We chose this home to be close to the town itself. You can walk down to the grocery store or enjoy an evening walk at the lake from the house. There was plenty of room for our party and we enjoyed the large table that accommodated our whole family for meals. The balcony view was beautiful and the balcony was spacious and not overcrowded with furniture which is often the case. There was plenty of plates, cups, bowls, and silverware for us.

Great weekend at Grand Lake

We found this house on VRBO and it looked amazing. We booked it and stayed the weekend of 8/15/2015. It accommodated our family perfectly. The house is very open, clean, and the view from the deck is absolutely amazing!!! Walking distance to the restaurants, shops and the lake. The only drawback was the fact that house does not have A/C. Other than that, I would strongly recommend the house.

Great location!

Overall very satisfied however, a few things could be improved. For instance, there weren’t enough pillows and/or extremely poor quality and flat. At this price, I would expect all bedrooms to have at least a streaming tv, especially master bedroom. David was very good at communicating before arrival.
