Maison très agréable

Située au calme, à quelques kilomètres de Nauplie, la maison est très agréable, très confortable et parfaitement équipée pour 4. Les deux terrasses permettent les repas à l’extérieur. Christos est très accueillant et donne de très bons conseils pour visiter la région. Adresse tout à fait recommandable.

Très jolie maison au calme

Une ancienne petite ferme totalement réaménagée. 2 belle chambres dont 1 avec salle de bain privative. Un très grand séjour avec cuisine et coin repas. terrasse ombragée pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Christos était très sympa pour nous accueillir. Seul bémol : le jardin autour de la maison est un peu négligé, ça pourrait être tellement plus sympa encore !

Wonderful stay

Location is perfect cause its not far away from Nafplio and beaches and it offers a quiet stay the owner is also very friendly In conclusion a wonderful holiday!

Lovely house surrounded by orange groves

We met the owner in Nafplion and he took us to the property. He was very helpful showing us how things worked in the house. He also gave us lots of local information with recommendations of what to visit and where to go for eating out, shopping etc. The house has been beautifully restored and has touches to show its original use. All rooms are a good size, there is a well equipped kitchen and enough chairs and space for everybody. The terraces at the front and side of the house let you catch the sun at different times of day, there is plenty of shade if you need it and comfortable chairs. Several windows have internal mosquito screens which helps keep the many insects out.

süßes Haus, sehr familienfreundlich

Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien mit jeweils einem Kind. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die sanitären Anlagen neu und mordern. Mit dem Auto ist es von Nafplio gut zu erreichen. Es gibt dort keine Tiere, obwohl es Bauernhaus heißt. Das dachten wir zuerst, haben uns aber dann mit den Walnüssen und Zitrusfrüchten vergnügt :)

A well situated house for discovering Argolida

In a quiet place, near the village of Kafkalia where one may find a nice local tavern, the house is very well furnished and easy practical for successfull holidays. His friendly owner, Christos, is able to give a lot of useful informations on practical matters, local services, beaches and places of interest, allways ready to help. It really worths to stay there for nice holidays, near from Epidaurus theater.

Herrlicher Urlaub bei Nafplion und herzlich verbunden mit Christos

In dem sehr wohnlichen Ferienhaus, das auch bei heißen Temperaturen angenehm kühl ist, verbrachten wir ruhige und angenehme Wochen. Das Haus liegt ruhig und abseits, umgeben von Organen Haine, Maulbeerbäumen und Walnussbäumen. Per Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in der einladende Stadt Nafplion die gerade Abends anziehend und am Hafen sehr romantisch sein kann. Mit Christos hatten wir einen exzellenten Ratgeber und engagierten Vermieter der uns herzlich verbunden bleibt. Mit diesen Grundlagen war es leicht sehr schöne Wochen im frühlingshaften Griechenland zu verbringen. Wie kommen wieder!

La casa è un po’ fuori dal paese, quindi è essenziale l’auto. Docce comode. Quinto letto un po’ arrangiato. Posto molto tranquillo. Christos molto disponibile. Buona posizione per esplorare l’argolide.

Great

The house is very close to the lively and beautiful town of nafplios, which is very convenient. It is calm, has a nice garden in which the children could play with the enjoyable smell of orange trees (they had both flowers and fruit when we came). Chistos is very nice and helpful to indicate relevant places (where to buy food, which restaurants to go, where to enjoy the seaside...as well as explaining the interesting places in nafplio). We could visit very easily epidauros, mycenes, argos and enjoy the sea, and (a bit further ) the very romantic and interesting mystra.

Un lieu idéal !

La maison est une ancienne ferme restaurée avec beaucoup de goût et pleine de charme. C’est idéal pour se reposer car c’est très calme. Il est simple d’aller à Nauplie qui vaut vraiment la visite. Passez-y aussi de nuit, la vieille ville est très animée. La propriété est confortable et l’air embaume des fleurs d’orangers des vergers qui l’entourent.Christos est chaleureux et accueillant. Il nous a donné de bons conseils pour nos visites et également une très bonne adresse pour manger : allez chez Vicky, vous ne le regretterez pas ! Cuisine de tradition faite avec le cœur ! Un merveilleux séjour ! Merci Christos

Gemütlich, sauber, ruhig.

Das Haus war für uns ideal, weil wir Fahrräder dabei hatten und diese im Nebengebäude unterbringen konnten. Die Terrassen zum Frühstücken in der Sonne waren sehr angenehm, schön, dass ein Garten dabei war. Das Haus selbst war gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und sauber, die Lage ruhig mit einem sehr guten Lokal in der Nähe. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bemüht und immer bereit, einem Tipps zu geben oder Wünsche zu erfüllen. Zum Haus gehört ein landwirtschaftliches Grundstück mit Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen, wir durften Obst nehmen, so viel wir wollten. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten.

a most welcoming place

The house is situated in a beautiful garden full of lemon trees and grapes, free to pick. It is a very tranquil place. In the garden there are great trees to sit under, a perfect place to read a book on a hot afternoon. The house is near Nafplio, a beautiful old town with lovely small streets to wonder in, a great museum and a nice harbour. The environment of Nafplio is full of great treasures to discover. Christos, the host, is a very warm and helpful person and made us feel very much at home. And by the way, the house is very comfortable.

Heerlijke rustige plek

Dit rustige, landelijke huis ligt tegen Lefkakia aan op de weg van Nafplio naar Tolo (let op, de locatie op de site klopt dus niet). Eigenlijk ligt het heel centraal, zeker als je ook nog plaatsen als Mycene, Epidaurus, Korinthe etc wilt bekijken. Een auto is wel nodig. Tien minuten rijden naar het fantastiche Karathona beach, maar ook andere stranden zijn makkelijk te bereiken. Het huis is gezellig ingericht en compleet en wifi is oke. De twee badkamertjes zijn fijn, het terras is heerlijk en we zagen iedere dag de kleur van de druiven boven ons veranderen. Alleen maar land om ons heen, kortom, een heerlijk rustig verblijf. Ga absoluut eten bij Taverne Psalidas in Lefkakia. Deze superaardige mensen koken iedere dag andere Griekse gerechten die geweldig en niet duur zijn. De eigenaar Christos is zeer behulpzaam bij al je vragen. Christos, thank you for your hospitallity and your kindness. We've had a wonderfull time at your place! Love, Simone

Lieu agréable bon accueil

Excellent accueil de Christos. La maison est située un peu en dehors de Nauplie, juste à 5 minutes de voiture du centre ville. Tres propre. Lieu sympa à l'écart du bruit et permettant de rayonner facilement sur les nombreux points à visiter aux alentours. Passez dans le village d'Ermioni. Un vrai coup de coeur.

Absolutely fabulous! Paradise. Oasis of peace in the sea of green and blue

The beautifully renovated old stone farm house is surrounded by a green pasture and plantations of oranges. During the day and all through the night you can hear only birds, cicadas, crickets... And yet you are only 10 minutes drive from the center of beautiful Nafplio and 10 minutes from the nearest beach (car is necessary), not to mention 20-30 minutes to Mycenae or Epidaurus. Throughout the day, you can seat outside in the shade of grapevine, on the patio or under the tree. The best of all, even with 40 degrees outside, we've never had to turn on the A/C! There are two beautiful bedrooms, one with real king size bed and an ensuite bathroom, the other with two extra large single beds and another bathroom just outside. The beds are extremely comfortable, linen and mattresses impeccable, and bathrooms luxurious. The big living room with a sleeping sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area is furnished in style, combining modern and rustic with a great attention to detail (lights inside and outside, mosquito nets on each window, etc.). Washing machine and a dryer are in an adjoining house that is also a small wine cellar. Last but by no means the least, our host Christos did everything and more to make our holiday perfect. Thank you, Christos! We hope to visit you again soon!

Great place to relax !

Great place to relax, surrounded by orange trees, very quite, nice view on hills. Stylish bathrooms, furnished tastefully. 6 km from center of Nafplio. The owner Chris is very available and helpful !
