The house was beautiful and spacious.

The house was perfect for our trip to Tennessee. We shared it with another family and there was enough room for everyone. The kids loved the media room and the adults loved the screened in porch.

great house!

We stayed in Chattanooga for a softball tournament and had a great time. The house was great. Our entire family enjoyed all of the space we had and it was a much better option than staying in a hotel. The screened in porch off the master bedroom was huge and also a favorite. The owner of the home was very accommodating and we would definitely stay there again when visiting Chattanooga.

It was very spacious and well put together

We loved all the space and the back deck that was completely screened in. Having two kitchens side by side so you can cook/clean in one while having the other on in the ipn floor plan for entertaining stay clean and organized was a different concept, but I immediately appreciated it! It's a lovely home.

Beautiful home

It is beautiful home with lots of space. It had everything we needed to be in town for work. The owners quickly answered any questions we had and we're very nice. The location was great plenty of restaurants nearby.

Nice house...plenty of room

The good: Rooms were comfortable, plenty of parking, open space.... Needs improvement: Not enough kitchenware, utensils, kitchen knives, etc. Tough for a full group to use kitchen to prepare meals. Otherwise was a great place to stay.

Awesome spacious place

Fully upgraded home, located in a quiet neighborhood and near to all attractions. Home is exactly as it is described(spacious and well maintained) and we had everything we needed in the house. All the furnishings are new, we had a lot of fun for the long weekend. Owner(Ms. Molly) was awesome and wonderful to work with, she responds quickly to any question you have. I would definitely rent this beautiful home again and would strongly recommend to families, group of friends and just to anyone and everyone.

Fall Break Getaway

We stayed here for a fall break getaway and had a great time. Short drive to downtown Chattanooga attractions with a peaceful neighborhood setting. Plenty of space and very clean. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. We would stay there again.

anniversary travel

6 members of my family stayed here for a 50th anniversary trip for my Aunt and Uncles 50th anniversary. There was plenty of room for 6 or more people the house has a wonderful floor plan we were never under each others feet. We really enjoyed the screened in back porch it was fantastic. The house was very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was very nice and very quiet we felt safe if we wanted to walk around the neighborhood. I would stay there in a heartbeat again. It is also very close to the big mall maybe 10 minutes and we did the rail excursion from TVRA and we were 15 minutes from there so it is a very good location to reach about anything in Chattanooga but yet in a safe and quiet area with very little traffic. The owner Molly is very easy to deal with and is very nice and concerned that you are happy with the house.

nice stay but unexpected house guest

We rented this house for a stay in Chattanooga for the Ironman Chattanooga race. We wanted to make sure and have a house that was not to far out, had room to spread out for race preparation and family and peace and quiet for resting up for the race. The house was very nicely maintained and in a pretty neighborhood. Loved the back porch, we ate our meals and had our morning coffee and evening glass of wine every day on the porch. The only negative is we did not know there was a renter in a downstairs apartment. SHe has a separate entrance to her apartment downstairs, but we were not told about this ahead of time. When we first checked in it was just a girlfriend and myself and we were informed then there was a renter. When it is just two ladies staying by ourselves it was little off putting. Once the rest of our guests and my husband showed, I felt a little better, but I think we should have been informed of a renter downstairs ahead of time so we could make the decision if we were comfortable with the idea of someone else staying in the house. When the house is quiet you can hear the renter downstairs, and when music was played kind of loudly, we text the owner and she did take care of it right away. But when you rent a house you don't expect to have to worry about this. But the house is very nice and well maintained and we loved the back porch.

Upscale but Relaxed

My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the house was very warm and welcoming. The house is very well decorated and maintained providing an upscale yet relaxed environment in which to spend some quality family time together. It was convenient to all the attractions around Chattanooga as well as rafting on the Occoee River.

The house was great. Large and very nice, exceptionally clean. My husband and I stayed there along with our daughter and her family (husband and two children). The stairs were a bit of a problem for the 18 month old but we went and bought gates and that solved that problem. The bedroom/bathroom/bonus room combo was perfect for our daughter's family. Gave them their own space and great for napping toddler. We were there for a wedding and we were literally in the neighborhood next to my dad's neighborhood. Couldn't have been more convenient. Our other daughter had to stay with my dad as she had to bring her dog with her due to special medical needs. But it was only a mile to my dad's house so it worked out well. There is a community pool in the neighborhood. We were able to get a key from someone else in the neighborhood. Would recommend that that be part of the rental as it was very useful for us with small children to keep entertained on a very hot weekend. Thanks for sharing your lovely home. Our granddaughter loved the African décor...she is crazy about big cats and all things African!

Loved it and look forward to coming back!!

My family and I rented the property for our girls trip (mothers/daughters). The property is beautiful and very welcoming. Any and everything we needed was available in the house. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room. We absolutely enjoyed being able to cook together in the spacious kitchen that has every appliance that you need and more. We also throughly enjoyed the screened in porch. Molly,the owner, was very helpful before and throughout our stay! Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The few neighbors that we saw during our stay were nice as well. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!!

Great house for our trip!!!

Love, love, love this house. We were in Chattanooga for a big softball tournament and I shared the house with 2 other families and it was spectacular for our needs. We another family spent a night with us when their hotel wasn't as advertised and we still had plenty of room. We made great use of the *huge* kitchen and cooked several meals there at the house (saving us time and money) and the screened in deck and grill. The shower is the master bath is a amazing; I could have stayed in there for an hour. Likewise the space office was great for when I had get some quiet time and get some work done. The beds were super comfortable. I am looking forward to staying there again in the fall when we come down for another tournament.

I travel often. I often rent homes when I travel and this home is absolutely one of the best homes I've stayed in. This home is very spacious and can easily accommodate five (5) to eight (8) adults. It can also accommodate a family with teenagers. This is one beautiful property in a great area. Mrs. Molly, the owner, was so helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was WONDERFUL. Thank You!!

Beautiful Chattanooga home well-suited for a family

Since my niece was participating in a dance competition at the beginning of May and there were several ladies in the family (some all the way from Canada) that wanted to come and see her dance, we decided the best thing for us to do was rent a house. There ended up being 7 adults in all. The house was spacious enough for all of us. There is an incredible sense of space in this house. None of us felt like we were on top of each other. This would be a great place for a family with children as well, as the adults could be downstairs and the children upstairs. The decor was absolutely beautiful, and the sunsets from the back screened in deck were breathtaking. It was a great way to relax after running around downtown Chattanooga during the day. It is about a 25 minute drive into downtown. It was a very easy drive though. Molly, the owner, was so hospitable leaving a care package for us as well as a list of places in the area that we may need to know about. The only minor thing was the lack of a dishwasher, but Molly left us some paper products in case we did not want to do dishes. All of us truly enjoyed staying in this magnificent home!

This property is in a great location -- close to a university town, Volkswagen and Amazon Plants, Hamilton Place Mall, I-75 and I-24 and downtown Chattanooga with all of its river city tourist attractions -- Ruby Falls, Incline Railway, Rock City, I-Max, TN Aquarium, Children Discovery Museum, TN River Gorge, regularly held sports events, and host of other activities.

This home is +3000 sq. feet. Flooring is mostly hardwood, covered with Indonesian Kampas wood. The open floor plan is inviting and great for entertaining. The master bedroom is on the main and open into the deck as does the living. Because the entire living area is elevated, the deck becomes a great place to have an evening meal outdoors while enjoying the beautiful sunset.
