Villas Arbia are located next to the sea, only 30 m away from the beach, with a breathtaking view of the old town of Rab and its four magnificent bell towers. The Villas were built during the Austro-Hungarian Empire, furnished with pieces in the Art Nouveau style. They are only a 15-minute stroll along the promenade away from the old town centre.
Villas Arbia offer accommodation in Villas Rio & Magdalena which have double and quadruple rooms***, and in Villa Margita which has (studio) apartments****. The newest addition to our offer are two luxuriously decorated apartments***** in the Deluxe part of Villa Margita.

The Premium Apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a pull-out couch, a large private bathroom, kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes), SAT TV and air-conditioning. It has a large terrace with sea view.
