Flat has got a great central location. Is easy reachable from the main street with one escelator. Has a balcony with a lovely view. It was a perfect stay for my friend and I.

Lovely apartment in great location

The apartment worked really well for a family of four on a ski trip. The location is great, being the centre of the resort. A perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 2 kids for a week, with comfortable beds all round. The kitchen area is basic and could easily be improved with additional/better equipment, but it sufficed for simple catering and I suspect is typical of this kind of accommodation. The television has a good selection of channels, although it would be better if it had been placed on a hinged wall bracket so it could be cinforyably viewed from both sofas.

Perfect Location

It was our first visit to Avoriaz and our experience was excellent. Everything was so easy for skiing from and to the property and arrival and departure were straightforward. The apartment whilst small, had everything we needed for the week and was warm and cosy. We thought there would have been duvets but in fact it was warm at night so our sheets and the blankets were fine. It was lovely that the apartment had a bath to soak our tired legs! We would highly recommend the resort and the apartment location within Alpages 1.

Cozy and grrat location

The owner of the property was fantastic at being in touch. Nothing was an issue. The apartment was as it said on the listing and was in a fantastic location.The only thing that let the place down was the managing agent who were useless so i was having to contact owner which is not how it was supposed to work and while he was excellent -that is not the point of a management company.was having to contact owner

Half term break

First time to Avoriaz with my husband and 2 Children. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Location was just perfect. Ski school is very very close, and also the ski and boot hire is conveniently located on the ground floor of the apartment block. Secure entry and exit to the apartment block and elevators my key fob. Ski/boot hire lockers also located on the ground floor of the block. All in all a great stay. The kids were so excited to see the snow every day outside on the balcony! The apartment was also nice and warm. Would definitely recommend.

Charmant petit studio très bien situé au centre d Avoriaz et proche de tous commerces.Juste petit bémol point de vue hygiène. Vaisselle sales, studio nettoyé en très gros à notre arrivée. Salle de bain rustique dommage que les plaids servant de couverture ne soient pas nettoyé car sales.Sinon nous avons passé un bon séjour là-bas.

Appartement agréable côté Est de la station.

Bien pour 3 ou 4 car peu de rangement. Mais l'essentiel est là , bien situé, centre accessible directement en face avec une galerie et pas trop loin des parkings . Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et Avoriaz est une très belle station. J'ai pu joindre par message le propriétaire sans problème.etsur place géré par le concierge

Apparemment parfait mais en mauvais état. Aurait besoin d’être complètement rénové. Immeuble vétuste

L’ascenseur en panne pendant 2 jours. L’appartement se situe au 9 eme étage. Pour monter et descendre, il faut badger . Et nous n’avions qu’un seul jeu de clés. L’appartement nécessite une rénovation totale. L’aspirateur dégage une odeur à vomir. Très peu de vaisselle. Pas de poêle.

Cómoda estancia en Avoriaz

El anuncio es tal cual la realidad. Es cierto que hay pocos enchufes (el del salón está quemado) solo hay uno en la cocina, otro en el baño y otro en la habitación. Si volviera, me llevaría algún trapo de cocina ya que no hay nada para secar las manos ni limpiar en la cocina más allá de dos estropajos. Tampoco hay secador de pelo, pero me lleve el mío y no fue un problema. Por lo demás, todo perfecto. El apartamento estaba limpio cuando entramos y estuvimos a gusto.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Nous venons à Avoriaz depuis plus de 10 ans, toujours dans la même résidence et généralement dans le même appartement qui malheureusement n'était pas disponible cette année. La localisation reste très bonne et proche de tout Mais cet appartement est trop cher (40% de plus que notre habituel qui est exactement identique en terme de surface et disposition et mieux entretenu), la propreté décevante voire limite, il est mal équipé (pas de sèche cheveu ou appareil à raclette par exemple, ou de simples et vieilles couvertures). Le plus gênant et frustrant au cours du séjour a surtout été le sujet des prises électriques. La principale prise dans la partie centrale de l'appartement ayant visiblement fait l'objet d'un court circuit il y a quelques temps, nous devions gérer entre celle de la cuisine et celle de la la salle de bain, sans rallonge, ce qui est loin d'être suffisant pour recharger le basique de nos jours entre téléphone, pc, tablette ou même faire fonctionner l'appareil à raclette que nous avons finalement loué.

L’appartement mériterait un coup de nettoyage de fond : poussière, vaisselle sale, un vieux filtre à café qui pourrit dans la cafetière Manque de prises électriques : la seule disponible dans le salon est brûlée Mériterait des explications et informations complémentaires pour l’arrivée : il n’est pas écrit dans l’annonce le prix de la location de draps, l’accueil de la conciergerie aucune information sur ou jeter les ordures, sur l'utilisation ces casiers à ski, pas d’état des lieux d’entrée mais un état des lieux de sortie

Appartement agréable

Appartement très agréable et calme avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. La situation dans la station est idéale pour rejoindre les pistes et cours de ski. A proximité se trouvent entre autre un supermarché et un très bon boulanger. Le propriétaire est très réactif à toute demande. Merci pour tout!

Great apartment close to everything

A good cosy apartment in the middle of avoriaz. Ski in and ski out even for children! The concierge meets you to hand over and collect keys at the block. Very easy to get a luggage cart using 1 euro and walk to the apartment from drop off. Thank you for a lovely stay in your apartment.

Appartement bien placé et très agréable car possibilité de mettre mes ski en bas l’appartement. Taille de l’appartement suffisant pour 3 personnes faisaient du ski toute la journée. Manque une poêle supplémentaire. Placard à ski neuf au rez de chaussé, ce qui permet de mettre les skis en sécurité. Propriétaire très réactif/agréable/rassurant mais personne à contacter pour le check in et check out pas aimable.

Joli appartement skis aux pieds Avoriaz centre

Appartement confortable, joliment décoré et bien équipé au cœur de la station d'Avoriaz.Skis aux pieds, tout est à proximité, commerces, restaurants etc.. Un magasin de sport se trouve au rdv de la résidence pour la location de votre matériel. Très bon rapport qualité prix et contact très agréables avec le propriétaire... Je recommande 🙂👍

Séjour à Avoriaz

Nous avons passés une semaine à Avoriaz, l’immeuble est plutôt bien situé car au calme et en même temps suffisamment proche des commerces pour les petites courses du quotidien. Les nuits ont été très calme. Pour l’équipement RAS , juste peut-être mettre quelques torchons et un sèche cheveux 😉 Très bon échange avec le propriétaire et la conciergerie, réponse très rapide et précise 👍🏻 Bonne continuation

Super séjour à Avoriaz !

Nous sommes heureux de nos vacances à avoriaz en famille ! L'appartement est très bien placé, une jolie déco, propre et lumineux avec une jolie vue au réveil, le propriétaire est très réactif et sympathique. Nous recommandons ce lieux et nous reviendrons avec joie !

Appartement sale non entretenu par l équipe sur place

Un état des lieux initial inexistant (40 secondes) avec necessite de revenir le lendemain pour expliquer ce qui n allait pas (Vmc en panne lave vaisselle en panne avec une notification qu il ne fonctionne pas) Des oreillers tâches de sang Un wifi non disponible (il aurait fallu déranger le propriétaire a défaut de la conciergerie qui n en avait rien à faire ) Immeuble avec ascenseur non aux normes (obligation légale de pouvoir aller au zéro sans pass en principe ) Tablettes sales Cuisine non pratique Chambre ne fermant pas Une location inadmissible sur votre site pour le prix
