Nous avons passe une semaine magnifique. Maison tres agreable, au pied de la plage. Nous etions 6 adultes et avions de la place. Laurent a ete tres reactif tout au long du sejour pour repondre a nos questions. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute, merci beaucoup Laurent.

3 générations sous le même toit

Location idéalement située à côté d'une plage spéciale tous petits. Belle maison sur 2 étages avec plein de chambres et de lits pour que chacun trouve son intimité. WC indépendant à l'étage et rez de chaussée. La vaisselle est bien proportionnée et en grand nombre pour faire de la cuisine pour 12 avec par exemple de nombreux accessoires pour faire même de la patisserie. Les commerces sont à 5 minutes à pied. Nous avons tous adoré.

Wir waren zu elft gut untergebracht u außer dem Chaos bei der Ankunft-Adresse falsch, Torcode nicht bekannt, da der Vermieter nicht alle Daten geschickt hatte, hatten wir sehr schöne Tage. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, außer Brotmesser u ein paar Brettchen zum Schneiden mehr haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt-schade. Die Anlage gehört mal überholt, aber die Lage ist der Hammer u auch im Winter ist es schön u belebt/zumindest in der Ferienwoche! Eine kleine Markthalle ist in der Nähe u die Strandbar an Campingplatt war sogar am Neujahrswochenende offen! Voilà

Cozy apartment next to the beach

Great place to stay with family and friends. Next to the beach to enjoy some watersports or fly the kite with the kids. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped. The facility comes with great amenities for families.

Séjour agréable.

L'appartement correspondait tout à fait à notre attente. Sa situation à été appréciée par toute la famille. La vue depuis la pièce de vie est superbe. Remarquable pour notre "escapade" avec enfants et petits enfants.

Une parenthèse enchantée...

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement de Laurent entre Noël et le jour de l'an pour nous oxygéner entre 2 confinements... Contrat rempli ! La vue époustouflante sur la mer depuis l'appartement était un vrai régal, à toute heure de la journée. L'appartement est de bon goût, très confortable, propre. Conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Un très bon séjour hors saison, malgré le temps maussade.

Tolle Lage

Wir haben im April unseren Urlaub in dieser großen Wohnung mit Terrasse zum Meer verbracht. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Direkt am Strand mit entsprechendem Meerblick. Der Küchenbereich ist sehr angenehm. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder (12 Jahre und 16 Jahre) und zwei Hunde. Die Wohnung ist schön aber an manchen Stellen etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Von den zwei Badezimmern war leider eins kaum benutzbar, weil die Badewanne defekt war. Bei Regen kommt Wasser ins Wohnzimmer rein. WLan ist in der Beschreibung angegeben. Leider funktioniert es absolut nicht. Gut zu wissen, wenn Sie mit Hunden Urlaub verbringen: auf der ganzen Halbinsel sind sie an Stränden verboten. Im Früher oder Herbst ist ein Urlaub in dieser Region sehr schön aber ich würde es nicht für den Hochsommer empfehlen! Von mehreren Leuten haben wir erfahren, wie voll und wie warm es im Sommer ist. Und Mücken soll es jede Menge geben, weil es sich hier um ein Naturschutzgebiet handelt. Hier gibt es keine Mückenbekämpfung. Die Wohnung gehört zu einer Anlage mit mehreren anderen Ferienhäusern bzw. Ferienwohnungen. Ein Empfangsbüro ist besetzt, leider in unserem Fall von einer ausgesprochen unfreundlichen Dame. Hier war keine Hilfe zu erwarten! Laurent, den Vermieter, haben wir nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Wir konnten per WhatsApp kommunizieren. In der Anlage gibt es Parkplätze, allerdings darf nur ein Auto pro Ferienobjekt dort parken. Im Sommer gibt es vielleicht etwas mehr Nachtleben. Für unsere Jugendlichen war es jetzt im April etwas zu ruhig... Generell benötigt man ein Auto oder zumindest ein Fahrrad. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Fußnähe gibt es kaum. Eine besondere Empfehlung zum Schluss für Reitfans: in La Crau (bei Aventure Cheval, ca. 30 Minuten entfernt) erwartet Sie das schönste Ausreiten! Unvergessliche Momente!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison en bord de mer. Il suffit de pousser le portillon et la mer est à nos pieds La vue est magnifique depuis la pièce à vivre comme depuis la terrasse. Le logement est très bien équipé, la literie est d’excellente qualité, le tout dans un lieu décoré avec goût. Mr Bernard est toujours disponible et bienveillant. En résumé vacances parfaites dans ce beau duplex où nous retournerons avec grand plaisir.

An amazing view on the sea

I was impressed to find how close to the beach is the apartment. When the east wind is blowing and kitesurfers are riding, there kites are passing so close to the terrace as you almost may touch them! The home is very comfortable and well decorated. I will come back as soon as possible.

A beautiful apartment with amazing view right on the beach

PRO: Great space with a full kitchen and functional appliances, big balcony, and big enough bedrooms. Access to the beach is directly at your feet and parking was available as well which made it so much easier. CON: The space could have been cleaner, the toilets had a smell when we first entered. We had a little bit of a misunderstanding on checkout, which made our departure pretty stressful. The owner had agreed on a late checkout time but forgot about it on the day of. Overall good stay!

An amazing spot on the beach.

We were delighted to find that we were as close to the beach as it showed in this picture. Since it was our first visit to the French Riviera we did not spend as much time gazing as we should have. The home was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable for all of us. We would love to go back some day.

Wonderful escape on the Cote d'Azure

This property is wonderful -- far exceeding my expectations. It was a fantastic place to spend a week of our vacation. It was plenty spacious for our group of 6, and could have easily accommodated more people. The views are beautiful, the beach is 15 seconds from the door, and there were a number of options for private and semi-private sunbathing and beach fun. 2 private patios with loungers and outdoor furniture, and petanque, ping-pong, foosball, and additional sun loungers in a shared space with other units. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for our group and we took full advantage of that, but also ventured to Hyères proper and Giens for some delicious meals, both charming towns with beautiful views and architecture, just minutes away by car. There are also additional beaches just a few minutes from the apartment with a great variety of water sports. If you aren't up for a drive, check out the Welcome Cafe or several other local spots within walking distance for a good meal and great hospitality. To top it all off, the owner was easy to communicate with, responsive, and very helpful. Hyères is definitely a hidden gem (at least for tourists from the US), and I recommend it and this home enthusiastically. I hope to return in the future, and if you are considering a visit, don't hesitate! Just book it.
