We had an amazing day at Casa Tartano. Anna Maria and Camillo were supreme hosts. Highly recommend the Villa and allow them to cook you dinner!

This is an absolutely breathtaking location

This is an absolutely breathtaking location. I stayed for three days. The view was so magnificent that I just wanted to sit outside and enjoy all that I could see. My group was able to get everywhere we needed to go but we had to use a taxi to get there. WiFi was not always consistent but the property made up for it.

A little piece of paradise

Casa Tatano was fantastic! The breathtaking views of sunsets from the gorgeous terrace and the quaint private pool were the highlights of this little gem! Camillo and Anastasia made sure we felt welcomed and had everything we needed to fully relax and enjoy our week in Massa Lubrense. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Location not ideal

Lovely property in a nice area but if you wanted to enjoy a drink with a meal out we had to pay €50 (price varied depending on drivers) each way in a taxi to a town only 5 Km away.

We loved our stay at Casa Tatano! The property is a lovely villa with incredible views of the Mediterranean, a beautiful pool and patio surrounded by the abundant flowers, plants and organic garden lovingly tended by hosts Camillo and Annamaria. We were able to enjoy two delicious meals prepared at the villa with attentive care by our hosts, using garden fresh and locally produced foods. Camillo graciously took us around the Sorrento area to collect fresh ingredients from the fish market, cheese maker and bakery. Then we were served an incredible six course meal on the patio al fresco - a totally unforgettable experience! Thank you, Camillo and Annamaria!

The right place for us!

The property is as described. Our party consisted of myself and husband, our two daughters with one husband and a 7-year-old granddaughter. One of our daughters and her husband utilized the pool house and were happy with the separation from the main house. The house does not have a living area, but the expansive veranda was just the ticket to watch the incredible sunsets and have a limoncello. The pool is down some steps to a separate level. It was perfect for us to float in the sun. Our granddaughter spent many happy hours splashing in it. We are celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary and we couldn't have chosen a better place to do it! Thanks Carrillo and Annamarie. It was memorable!

La Casa Tatano est un endroit merveilleux pour ceux qui voyagent en famille nombreuse. La disposition de la maison permet tout à la fois des activités communes (solarium, piscine, repas), tout en préservant de la quiétude (chambres séparées). L'air conditionnée dans la maison pour se rafraichir après des journées intenses en soleil était très agréable. Enfin le cadre était tout simplement fantastique : calme et volupté autour d'une vue de la péninsule sorrentine à couper le souffle. Nous nous souviendrons longtemps des couchers de soleil derrière l'île d'Ischia.

Wir waren mit 7 Personen für 5 Tage in der Villa. Wunderbare ruhige Lage, sehr schön gelegen. Die Villa ist sehr schön mit ausreichend Platz. Den Pool konnten wir auf Grund des Wetters nicht nutzen ist aber fantastisch integriert in die gesamte Anlage. Die Familie von Annamaria waren sehr freundlich und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank!!

Schöne Zeit im Haus

Das Haus hat ausreichend Platz für die angegeben Personen (wir waren zu siebt im Haus). Im großen und ganzen kann man den Bildern den Zustand des Hauses entnehmen. Die Lage ist toll (für jeden der es ruhig mag) mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Man sollte sich im klaren sein, dass Fahrtstrecken wie zum Vesuv, Amalfi oder zum Flughafen Neapel auf diesen Straßen und dem Verkehrsaufkommen einen höheren Zeitaufwand verbunden sind. Der Kontakt/Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war vorhanden, hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Die Hausübergabe und Hausabgabe verliefen sehr einfach. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf der Halbinsel von Sorrent (auch sorrentinische Halbinsel, italienisch Penisola sorrentina). Flurtüre und Türe des Schlafzimmers (zur Straße hin) sind leider etwas laut (dies stört Nachts). Die Fensterläden im Obergeschoß sind nicht gegen Wind gesichert und schlagen gegen die Fassade (stört besonders Nachts). Auf der Internetseite von "AmoreRentals" sind widersprüchliche Angaben zur Kurtaxe aufgeführt. Insgesamt ist die Preisgestaltung nicht ganz nachvollziehbar/erkennbar von Anbieterseite, was allerdings wohl nichts mit den Hauseigentümern zu tun hat. Die Tourist Tax wird separat erhoben und die Kosten/Pauschale für die Endreinigung sind aus unserer Sicht etwas hoch. Weiter kann man in der Beschreibung ruhig aufnehmen, dass vor dem Haus/an der Straße für 2 Pkw Platz ist, es sich aber eher nicht um einen Pkw-Stellplatz oder Parkplatz handelt.

Very nice stay at Casa Tatano

We really enjoyed our stay with the family. The house was even better than in the description. The family room downstairs is very nice and the bed covers are much more modern than on the pictures. One remark : some lights on the terrasse should be replaced or do not work. The owners are very welcoming.
