Accommodation

The villa is a Mediterranean style home on two levels.
It has 3 double bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has an indipendent access.
There are 3 bathrooms, an additional external shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely living/dining area inspired by Mediterranean sea colours.

Around the house there is a spacious garden where you can enjoy wonderful views from almost every corner and a wonderful Pool where to cool down during hot days.
There is a dining area with typical stone barbecue, different terraces where to relax and fill your eyes with blue, a mediterranean garden behind the house and a romantic terrace on the upper part of the villa, where to enjoy the wonderful view of the bay and the stars at night.

Location

Villa Myra is located on a hill overseeing the marvelous Cann'e Sisa Bay and the entire Gulf of Cagliari.
In front of the Villa there are only the blue sea and amazing sunsets.
Approximately 700 m from the beach, 100 m from the rocks, and 2 Km from the supermarket and restaurant.

Not included in the price:
- Tourist Tax of 1,5 € per night per person to be paid in cash at arrival.

Torre delle Stelle

Torre delle Stelle is a peaceful residential village on the Southern coast of Sardinia, 30 Km East from Cagliari. It is named after the Saracen tower on the top of the promontory between two marvellous sandy beaches, Genn'e Mari and Cann'e Sisa. With its fine white sand beaches, crystal clear waters, wild rocks and nature, Torre delle Stelle is a perfect escape plan from the city’s routine, a place to enjoy the sun, the beach and the Mediterranean nature.

Tips

It is highly recommended to rent a car to discover the natural beauty of the surrounding area, and get to restaurants and bars.

Beautiful home and view

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Myra. The host, Gloria, was exceptional - she provided very helpful information and was always responsive to questions. The home has beautiful views throughout, our favorite from poolside! Every luxury is provided, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Our favorite activities in the area were two different days of boat rentals. One from Cala Gonone on the Baunei coast, and the other from Villasimius. Thank you for taking such great care of us, Gloria!

Fantastic holiday

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Myra. Gloria, the host, was very responsive and service minded. The place was fantastic, especially the 180 degree sea view. Walking distance to closest beach and short drives to other even more beautiful ones. Quite ok grocery stores in the village. Definitely recommend.

Amazing views

I know it’s a cliche but the photos really don’t do this place justice. It is a beautiful villa and Gloria is a dream to deal with. On top of the 3 Queen size bedrooms (one on a separate building next to the pool) you also get a bonus room with bunk beds! Would highly recommend.

Perfect simplicity perched above the sea

Villa Myra is a beautiful home, with luxury in its simple elegance and focus on the main things that matter in its situation: an infinity pool outside the bedroom doors that’s big enough to actually swim in; quiet aircon in the bedrooms and main lounge, a lovely Mediterranean garden and many sun terraces. The location is hard to better given its convenience for nearby sandy beaches and shops, and Gloria is a charming and tactful host, attentive when needed, mindful of your privacy otherwise. A magical stay, to be highly recommended.

Beautiful Villa

We were lucky to spend a week here in June. We were met by Gloria for check-in and given the keys and a tour of the property. It is a beautiful property overlooking the Gulf of Cagliari with all of the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. I can understand why people come back yearly. I would love to also although it’s quite a trip from Canada. Thank you Gloria for helping us have a fantastic week with our family!

Absolutely worth 5 stars.

Stayed for a week with family. There is no perfect property, but this is as close as it gets. First, let me get the very slight negatives out of the way. Access roads are horrendous. Wifi is spotty. In the 7 days we were there we did not get a hint of warm water at the kitchen sink (but showers had plenty of hot water). There is no storage in showers so you put your shampoo/soap right on the floor. Washer/dryer menu is in German (a positive if you speak German, I guess - we don't). Fridge door will open on its own occasionally. Now the positives. Clean air. Very quiet. Pool area 2 hours before sunset onwards is magic. Stunning views. Very clean. Plenty of space. Gloria is super responsive. Casita is great, with separate access and its own bathroom. All in all, GREAT property. Highly recommended.

Great Stay!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Myra. The property was clean & as pictured. Bedrooms were spacious, with a nice overall layout of the house. We initially had some issues at check-in but the host was responsive and helped us troubleshoot. We would consider staying at this property again.

Fantastische Villa

Wir (2 Erw. 3 Kinder) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin und eine wirklich tolle, super ausgestattete Villa mit fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben den tollen Pool und den herrlichen Ausblick beim Essen genossen. Die Villa verfügt über ein kleines Haus am Pool mit Bad. Das war für unser großes Kind ein Traum. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder..

Villa mit super Aussicht

Der erste Kontakt, die Anfahrt und das Check in waren super unkompliziert. Die Gastgeberin uns für Fragenjeder Zeit zur verfügung. Die Villa ist super schön, mit bequemen Betten uns sehr stielvollen Zimmer und Badezimmer. Der Pool, Garten und die Aussicht sind wohl das Highlight. Die Küche könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft top. Von dem Strassen im Ort waren wir jedoch etwas überrascht. Es sind sehr viele Naturstrassen mit vielen Schlaglöchern.

Das Haus hat mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten im Aussenbereich mit tollem Blick über das Meer. Alles da was man braucht! Man sollte unbedingt ein Auto zur Verfügung haben. Tolle Pizzeria in der Nähe "Ferra by Aquarium" Sehr netter Kontakt!

Villa Myra - At Last!!

We didn’t think we would have to wait so long to return to Villa Myra after our visit in 2019. Two years came and went and we couldn’t arrange our holiday – and you start to worry that things may have changed and not be the same – They were better!! Still great service from our host, the wonderful Gloria. She answers email queries quickly and offers support and solutions to any worries. She welcomed us on arrival and checked during the stay that all was well. We did not hire a car this time as hire charges had soared, and a supermarket delivery easily stocked us with all the heavy items on arrival day – and most importantly the wine! The villa – and the pool- just as lovely as before and an additional en-suite room will make it even lovelier for larger groups. The bars and restaurants, and beaches were all close enough to reach on foot – and the two local supermarkets close enough to manage any lighter items we needed. In fact the walking made us smug enough to never say no to an extra G & T! We missed the Lime Bar – Uncle Fabio and Rikki – gone but not forgotten - but the new Aquarium with Farra Pizza Restaurant and the finer dining “Mosaico” are well worth a visit and lovely surroundings. The other beach restaurants are all clean, friendly and nice to visit and some have loungers and umbrellas to hire. Everyone in Torre delle Stelle was friendly and helpful, with or without the language. If you like a beautiful view, a fabulous pool visited by a host of house martins in the morning, really comfortable beds and a friendly quiet village - Villa Myra really is for you!

This is our fourth visit in the last five years and we are always happy to come back and vacation here. Torre delle Stelle has a relaxed vibe and Villa Myra is wonderfully positioned for privacy and fantastic views of the bay and sunsets. Pool is top notch. Gloria and Luca are superb hosts. Eines der phantastischsten Objekte, die wir je gebucht haben. Der Service und die Herzlichkeit von Gloria und ihrem Vater suchen ihresgleichen! Atemberaubende Lage des Hauses mit Blick aufs Meer. Tolle Aufteilung des Hauses sowie des Grundstücks, so dass auch eine Familie mehr als ausreichend Platz findet. Einkaufen vor Ort, mit einem kleinem aber exzellent ausgestattetem Laden mit sehr guter Fleisch-/ Käse-/ und Fischauswahl, runden diesen Urlaub an. Danke Gloria!
