Every thing was great. Steve was so cooperative

We have stayed for around 100 days. Everything was great, except 2 points: - A/C sound is too high near the kitchen - more sofas are needed in livings room.

Great place with quick response!

Cleanliness was on point. Ammenitees were much more than expected. I would recommend this home to any of my closest friends and family. Fluid check in and check out with no issues. Mr. Reddy knows how to make people feel at home.

Comfortable home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood

I stayed here for a month with my family, and we quite enjoyed our time here. The California-style back of the house, with the sliding glass doors into the backyard, brought in lots of natural light and invited us to enjoy the great weather in the yard. The neighborhood is safe and very pretty. Our kids enjoyed walking to the park just a block away, and they spent a lot of time playing there. Clean and close to anything you might need,.

Beautiful location and house

The owner was very efficient on replying back to things. His cleaning lady doesnt clean the house as deep as it needs to be though. There are cob webbs and dead bugs in the corners of window seals type of deal. Other than that, it was an amazing property to stay at! He provided us with everything we needed, very attentive and kind. The house is beautiful and I'd definitely recommend staying here!

property owner is unreasonable

We stayed at this home because our house had some reconstruction work being done. I mentioned to the owner that I might need to extend our stay. He said, no problem as long as I give some notice. I gave him one week notice and he already booked it to someone else. Forcing my family with two small children to have to relocate again. Then after we moved out he sent me a message claiming there was a stain in the master bedroom. I know we did not cause that stain and it was most likely already there. The house was not very clean and full of spiders. I told him we did not cause the stain or I would have told him about it if we had. I 100% respect other peoples property. He never responded back to me and kept my deposit. I would not recommend this home for your stay. Sorry

"THE NON RETURN OF DEPOSIT HAS MOTIVATED THIS REVIEW" We do respect constructive feed back from guests. This review is written to damage the reputation of the home owner. The security deposit is not sufficient to replace the damaged mattress which has to be replaced. The cleaning crew is a witness to the stain created on the master bedroom Cal King size mattress. This stain was not there when we handed over the property to Mrs. Barton. The security deposit is to cure material damage done to the property.

Don’t stay here

I had to find a long-term place to stay due to a family crisis. My first red flag should’ve been when I asked the owner for a long-term stay discount he said no, but I needed to find a long-term place for me and my dogs so I moved forward.I stayed here 3 months so do the math. My stay was terrible except for the park around the corner for my dogs and the lovely trail down the street. The house needs major work. I felt SICK the whole time I was here leading me to believe the house has mold and/or bad air filters. There are things that need repairs or replacements, the couches are unlivable and the house generally feels dirty. The communication with the owner was terrible. He doesn’t care, doesn’t inform you of things, sometimes responds and when he does he’s rude. I emailed him to let him know all of the issues with the house upon my departure for 2 reasons: to ask for a partial refund and to implore him to do some improvements on that house before renting it out again. No response.

It is obvious that this guest has used the review process to get a refund from the home owner . All issues that were brought up during her stay were immediately addressed. We accommodated all her pets during the stay . Now demanding discounts with threats of bad reviews is a bad precedent I would never encourage. We will always set right all issues if any before we lease out to new guests . This home has been occupied comfortably by several guests in the past .

Great value in Irvine

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house. Perhaps the owner should install heavy curtain or vertical blinds on the patio door in formal living room to provide greater privacy and darkness in mornings.

The house was nice and it was equipped with everything you could imagine.

The house is in a great neighborhood and would stay there again. We didnt have to contact Steve but he stated he was available if needed. The only thing I would suggest is that fans are put in all the other rooms. Everyone stated it did get a little warm when the air would go off at night.

Wonderful and Spacious Home

The home is spacious and inviting, and provided a great place for our extended family during the Christmas Holidays. The location was great and we walk could walk to a park, which was great for the kids. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to relax. Steve was very responsive during the entire process. Definitely would stay there again, and would recommend to others in the area.

Enjoyed our stay

A group of us were visiting the area for a family wedding and this house worked out well. The location was great and we walk could walk to a park. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our group. Steve called us the night we arrived to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. We would all stay here again if we are back in the area.

Room to relax

We spent 90 days at this property while our house was being remodeled, so we got the know the neighborhood pretty well. Steve was great to allow us to keep our large dog with us which was a major plus. This whole part of Irvine is pretty dog friendly. The Jeffery Open Space Trail is truly an Irvine treasure. A small corner farmer's market (with farm fields adjacent) is blocks away. The house was very roomy and clean. Decorating was pleasing but the tile floor is pretty dated. The backyard is simple but adequate for an evening snack under the patio cover. Nice little touches can be found throughout, including candles, bath salts, toiletries, etc. I found the master bed to be very comfortable. The bedroom was large and the closets perfect. My wife and I love to cook and found the appliances to be new and clean. (We actually bought some quality knives because we knew we were staying for awhile). The washer and dryer are located in the large 3 car garage. The garage was also very clean. The internet and cable worked well, with TV in the master bed room and family room. I got adequate Wifi on my phone in the master bed room. Finally, Steve is a responsive property manager. We didn't have many requests during our stay but our texted questions were returned in what seemed like minutes.

Nice stay

We booked this property on very short notice. Steve was very accommodating. They were actually wiring the house for cable/internet at the start of our stay, so Steve said the property wouldn't be available until later that week. But we were desperate and said we didn't mind being without communications for a few days, so he agreed to rent to us. (It turns out internet didn't arrive until later than expected, but we made do.) The house is big and in good condition. The bedrooms are nicely sized and bedding is comfortable. Everything was brand new. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals (maybe needs sharper knives.) The house didn't have a grill, which would be a nice addition. The house is in a wonderful, safe, neighborhood and grocery stores are a short 2 min drive. (Near Stonegate.) There is a small park and grassy area 1 min walking from the house which is great for small kids. The house itself is not the most baby-friendly. There are a lot of step-downs which is hard for a baby/young toddler to navigate. But I would stay again.
