We stayed here between 16th - 23rd August. From the moment we pulled off the road and drove up to the villa we absolutely loved the place.
I spent quite some time researching properties and was delighted when I came across this one. It ticked all the boxes and more. I wanted a property that was big enough for 4 adults and a child, with a pool, 2 bathrooms, AC, a patio with views, and close to a restaurant, should we want to leave the cars one night.
Before booking I had emailed several owners to ask if their pool was open, as due to Covid, most communal pools in Italy are currently closed due to restrictions. The Government have set a requirement that communal pools must have a lifeguard on duty, to enforce social distancing around the pool. This meant that some weren't able to open their pool. Robert emailed me back within 10 minutes, each time, and explained that they had invested in a lifeguard, allowing them to open the pool. Having a 10 year old with us, this was a must, but it gave us great reassurance that the owner was very responsive. Once we booked, Robert sent me a very detailed email, explaining places to go, an extensive list of restaurants and even down to where to park in different towns. This saved me hours of research.
The villa itself is perfect with the most spectacular views. As many previous guests have said, the photos don't do it justice. The AC was a welcomed treat after a day out and the villa is equipped with every necessity you need. The outdoor space is the largest of all 3 villas in the community and we spent every night sat outside on the huge patio.
There is a restaurant around 300 meters away which also has the most amazing views along with fantastic food. We ate here twice for dinner and once for breakfast.
The only suggestion I would make is that the villa would benefit from a bbq.
In short, I would recommend this place to anyone. We are even looking to book again for next year!
