Lovely spot. Very clean. As pictured and described. Our host Helena was helpful and gracious. Lots of restaurants around and a walkable grocery. Old Town nearby, perhaps 15 min walk. Definitely recommend this spot!

Large balcony to watch the sunset over the marina. Bed was a little hard for us but the pillows were perfect. Helena is a very fine host and easily contactable. We love Lagos.

The property was exactly like the photographs! Fantastic view from the balcony - able to watch the boats coming and going. The apartment was very well equipped and clean and it was wonderful to have a private parking space for our rental car although you probably don't need one. Lots of restaurants and bars around the marina and the supermarket was very close. Easy to walk into Lagos and the beach. Helena met us at the apartment and was really helpful. Communication with her before was also very easy. We loved our stay at this apartment and would definitely return.

Perfect Holiday

What a fantastic property, we didn't want to leave. Everything was amazing which started with a lovely greeting from Helena the owner. When we walked out onto the balcony for the first time we were speechless. The apartment was pristine and had everything you needed with a fantastic location. We loved every minute and will definitely be back. Thank you Helena.

Wonderful apartment in a great location. Nice and peaceful base to relax and refresh after adventures in Lagos and the surrounding area.Helena made sure the check in/check out process was easy, and the apartment was clean and very well appointed.Superb balcony view across the marina, supermarket nearby, and town and beach all just a pleasant walk away.Would recommend.

Five star third year there for three weeks

Beautiful view. You can’t find better location. Great size balcony. Helena our host is a wonderful person. Upgrades added every year to property. We love it there. Waking distance to restaurants,view of pool,bars,music,old town. Also great area for children. See you next year. Lynn and Mike

A Lovely Apartment

We really enjoyed our accommodations. The first 3weeks had awful weather so it was doubly important to be warm and comfortable. There are many good restaurants nearby and the view was terrific. Helena and her husband solved our few issues promptly The linens were excellent and were changed weekly. The bed and furniture were completely comfortable

8 day stay

Helena met us at the unit when we arrived to let us in and explained things for the unit. She gave us her number to contact her if we had questions or issues, which we did not. The unit was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location of the condo was fabulous. It was quiet, with gorgeous views of the marina, and very walkable to all the attractions and restaurants.

Lagos on the Marina stay

Excellent apartment overlooking the marina, close to all amenities. Coach terminus and train station easy 5-10 walk. 10 minute walk to the supermarket and farmers market. The apartment was clean and tidy and well furnished. Highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect Spot in Lagos

This was the perfect spot for husband and I to stay in Lagos. Helena met us upon arrival. Parking was free. We were able to walk to Old Town, the beach, grocery store and all water activities within 10-15 minutes. The train station was also close by. The condo fit our needs perfectly. We especially loved the large balcony…Hope to be.back again.

Helena's Marina apartment

Helena's apartment was ideal in all respects for us. We could walk the beach, restaurants etc. right from here. The apartment was nice and comfortable and well equipped. Lovely place in the Marina

This is a cosy and charming apartment fronting right onto the marina. it is an easy walk to town. It is very close to a grocery store Pingo Doce. But our favourite was that it is so close to many good restaurants in the marina and also lots of happy hours. It is an easy eight minute walk to the walkways along the beach where you can walk forever. Helena was gracious and a great communicator. She was easy to deal with and very responsive. The apartment is extremely well furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped.

Fantastic apartment in perfect location

This was our second stay at Helena's apartment and just as good as the first. The marina view is wonderful for watching the boats coming and going and people watching! The apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped and has a large comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen. The railway station, bus station and the Pingo Doce supermarket are all within 5 minutes walking as are several excellent restaurants (make sure to try Tasca la Lota opposite the railway station) so you don't need to hire a car. We will definitely stay again!

Great location - everywhere is walkable

Sadly virtually everywhere is Lagos seemed to smell of drains with sewage actually floating in the marina. This affected out stay but was nothing to do with the apartment. The linen and towels were changed after a week (we had a two week booking) but we were a little surprised that only two toilet rolls were provided for a two week stay. Parking was great (close and free) but if you want to watch TV you better speak German - few UK channels. Overall a great stay since we could walk to the old town and the beach. The apartment was exactly as described, was clean and comfortable.

Excellent Location

The apartment was ideal for 2 people. The large glass doors make it bright and welcoming with a lovely balcony and a view of the marina. The kitchen was well equipped but the microwave was too high to reach and could be dangerous when taking out hot food. We would stay here again.

Perfect

Very clean apartment, great view over the marina. Sun not over the whole of the terrace which is positive as it was very sunny and hot. Would recommend this piece of paradise to anyone .

Lovely apartment

This is a lovely apartment in a great location overlooking the marina. Nice, quiet location, really close to the old town and beaches, as well as the supermarket. The host left us a bottle of wine for our arrival which was a lovely touch.

Location! Location! Location!

Could not ask for better view and location. Proximity to old town, beach, bus and train was great. The local restaurants in the marina made dinners fun and easy. Thank you Helena for a great time!
