We appreciate your additional comments and we are sorry the cleanliness did not meet your expectations. although this has come as a surprise to us as the property has been very popular and the reviews we have been receiving do not reflect the same opinion. The owner of this property does use a contracted Changeover Agent to prepare the property before each booking and the owner asks them to leave a feedback card with contact information. These cards do ask you to contact them if there are any issues with the cleaning on your arrival so they can resolve them for you. We will of course provide this feedback to the company and the owner so they can make every effort to ensure the cleanliness is up to the usual standard expected for every arrival. We understand how important this is, especially with the current situation and the company are using Goldshield Technology to protect against viruses for 14 days prior to each booking.
